The house was cozy and spacious enough (just like the photos), the beds were comfortable, and the location was absolutely superb! We walked to and from the beach without even putting shoes on because it is literally crossing one street and two condo buildings away. The patio and grilling area is lovely. Also exceptional bonus is the shared under-stair storage of beach supplies. There was plenty of boogie-boards, beach chairs and sand toys - no need to bring these things. Additionally there were bikes and even a kayak in the garage. The property was clean, yet outdated in the bathroom and kitchen. They really need an upgrade in these areas: the bath sinks stunk like sewage, probably because they had no drain stoppers in either of the sinks. The stove had two burners that would not light and it was very frustrating to cook on the first night. The property management sent someone over to look at it within a few hours of the email notice and left a lighter to facilitate the functioning of the burners. They reported that the stove was supposed to have been replaced with new three weeks prior and they were unaware that that delivery had never occurred as stated. I do believe that they have since replaced this stove, but they took care of the problem appropriately enough for me to cook the rest of our stay. The carpets were all brand new, the linens were decent and the kitchen was minimally yet sufficiently stocked with cooking and serving accessories. Unfortunately there was a ton of fruit flies in the kitchen that we could never seem to completely get rid of. Lastly, I must note that the TVs were kind of a nightmare to use. While they have an Amazon stick, there is no basic service attached with it. Channels and shows did not work at all, it took us FOREVER to figure out how to use the TVs and we had to sign up for our own accounts to view anything at all. Not a pleasant or easy process and at the rates I paid, that should not have to be such a headache. All that being said - I would stay here again. It was very clean and quaint and cozy. And that beach, just steps away, is utterly amazing!!!

My kids and I had a blast. The patio was cool to chill on and BBQ. The garage had enough storage with bikes and body boards. Beach and cove are easy to get to. Shops, bars and rentals are within walking distance. I can’t wait to come back and rent both units. It was very clean and spacious. The management was amazing.

It was overall good. Would prefer more towels for a party of six . Would have preferred bikes with air in tires, bikes with locks ,we spent money for new tube on one bike, air on other two.
Would also request they have condiments , oil, vinegar, for food so not have to bring all supplies .
But yes overall nice enough we would use again 🙃

We enjoyed our stay. Close walk to the beach. Our directions on the check in process were not very clear but property management handled everything right away. Had trouble with the TVs and our coffee pot broke but everything was fixed in a quick manner.

My Family and I had a great time. This old house is in a great location, one block from the beach or the bay. The apartment itself is a little dated but clean and comfortable. The management company was very accomidating and checked in to make sure all was well.
I was able to meet the owner and they gave me a little history of the property which has been in their family for generations. Its one of the first on the beach, and has quite a cool vibe.

We had a great time in San Diego and this condo is in a great location. Just a few steps to the ocean and a few steps to the bay. Bike rental and restaurants all close.....PB was a bit farther to walk but still ok. Work great for my family of 5 with plenty of room. No AC but plenty of fans, might have been hotter but we were there during a cooler July. Would definitely recommend if you want the beach living experience.

We took an employee trip to San Diego and were looking for a place near the beach and close to the bars and restaurants in Pacific Beach, and this place is perfect. The roof top deck was our favorite part of the house offers of both the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. As for location, it is great....the beach is about 100 yards across the street (if that) so it is super convenient. You are right in the middle of Mission Beach with Belmont Park a quick 5-10 minute walk south and the bars in Pacific Beach are about 20 min walk. The property management company that we worked with were fantastic throughout the whole process and it was very smotth and easy to rent from them, A+ service for sure! Overall it was an incredible trip, the condo is super clean and spacious for all your guests with plenty of patio space on all levels to enjoy relaxing outside. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking at being in a nice location with easy access to both Mission and Pacific Beach!

Went to be a ch for a quick escape from the heat and got lucky. The condo was excellent. Spacious, could easily sleep 5 without using blowups. The yard with barbecue was an added bonus. If you have young children, not ideal because it was directly off of Mission Blvd. which made it loud.
