Lovely house set in nice neighborhood. Swimming pool fun for all ages with perfectly placed umbrellas, wonderful shallow end with lots of inflatables and basketball net. Deep end perfect for jumping and the slide. Also it was surrounded by beautiful plantings and lots of seating. We enjoyed eating suppers outside.
We left the parlor and formal dining room unused, but spent a lot of time in the kitchen and family room side of the house. Great TV and adjustable thermostat. Cindy and Dave were great hosts and made a bed available on the 1st floor for our 97 yr old Mom. The creek was a nice addition but we found the kayaks, canoe and paddle boards a bit grungy. There was no hot water in basement bedroom’s bathroom. The weather was perfect so we never used the game room or bar. The dogs had a great time, especially swimming in the creek. A great place for a family vacation!

Perfect home for our college reunion weekend!
10.0 / 10.0
This home was perfect for our reunion with our current 12 member family traveling from London, Seattle, Portland, Virginia and Washington, DC. The size of the house and the property allowed everyone’s needs to be attended to in terms of space. The swimming pool with slide, the river with kayaks and a canoe, the swing set and tire swing kept all ages entertained and happy.

This property had everything a family could want, especially for our five grandkids aged 1-6. The pool, hot tub and patio were wonderful and we spent most of our time there. The kids also loved the home theater setup and the arcade game, pool and shuffleboard.

We all loved our stay at this property! Large spaces, very clean, well appointed, and beautifully landscaped. Quality linens. The kitchen & pantry had tons of appliances and all of the necessities. The grandkids were either in the pool or on the tire swing the entire time.

Lovely home on a beautiful setting in crownsville. Close to Annapolis for a day trip.

The house has everything a group could want or need! Pool, water slide, game room, and right on the water. Cindy was great to work with and best of all: we didn’t have to bring towels and sheets or wash everything and clean fridge when we left! This was our second time renting the home and would do so again in a heartbeat!

Loved our stay in this beautifully landscaped home on a quiet creek off the Severn River near Annapolis! We had a multigenerational family of 15 that included infants, children, teens and adults. We were able to bring in a sailboat to the dock for use, paddle and kayak and enjoy the pool with slide and hot tub. Sailed to Annapolis for lunch one day and played around on he Severn all week but also enjoyed paddling off the dock, fishing and crabbing. The house was very accommodating for all ages and the owners were very responsive. Loved our time here!

The house is beautifully landscaped in an upscale community at the end of Kyle Road in the Herald Harbor community. There are numerous amenities to enjoy including a pool table, shuffleboard table, movie theater set up, steam shower, grand piano and electric keyboard. The pool in the backyard is spectacular, and there is a whirlpool spa. There is a large gas grill and separate griddle. The house is ideal for families with kids. There is even a nice little park/playground for the kids a short walk down the road. Cindy, the owner, is very dog friendly, and just about every house in the row has at least one dog. The entire area is very dog friendly!
The neighborhood is about a 15 to 20 minute drive from serious shopping for groceries, and pharmaceuticals as well as serious dining. In short, the house is an ideal getaway for families with children and dogs to relax and have fun. You will want to park in the spacious driveway and not run around to go sightseeing. Cindy is a caring and considerate owner who has created a “my home is your home” environment, welcoming guests to use the facilities and her supplies.

After a long separation, our family group of 13
( ages 3 to 69) , were gathered for 5 nights, 4 days at this lovely home. Everything was excellent. The pool had a lovely shallow shelf for the young one , the slide was a hit with everyone.
The access to the dock, kayaks, little sandy beach was wonderful. The numerous “ stations” of tables, umbrellas, the hammock made it easy to be together or get some time alone or with a small group.
The kitchen was completely functional, with great appliances. Grills outside as well.
The piano room was so lively and the perfect spot for a little quiet time for the youngest.
Living areas were versatile as you could have a card game going on in dining room, more active gathering in living room with a gorgeous floor to ceiling fireplace.
We have been to several locations as a large group; this is the first one that’s been discussed as a possible return to!

Our stay for our son's commissioning from USNA was incredible! House was perfect for our large group of adults, very comfortable and so much to do for everyone. Owners were always responsive when we had questions and helped us when we needed it. We had a great time and would recommend this house to any large group looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful house and property.

With all that we are not allowed to do during the Pandemic, this property gives an entire weekend of entertainment. The owner is very responsive and flexible with the state of the world.

There’s no doubt that water was the highlight of the week - from the beautiful pool and hot tub - to the kayaking, canoeing, paddle boat, & SUP boards - not to mention the excellent crabbing, we had all the water sport activity one could ask for. After the grandchildren (and adults) had their daily fill of all of the above there were plenty of indoor activities, even a movie or two, to make for full, fun and exciting days. Thanks Cindy and Dave for providing the perfect spot for a perfect vacation!

Overall a good property and an enjoyable stay. A few concerns- the refrigerator was emptied but not clean, the dishwasher was not empty, we paid 200.00 extra for two days to use the pool but with check- in at 5 on Friday and check-out at 10 AM on Sunday we really only had one day with the pool which never heated to 80 as we were told. Nevertheless the place was comfortable and very pleasant.
