I recommend without any doubts

Everything was great, and I definitely recommend this accommodation to every and each one.

The only problem I see is in the kitchen. Where there is no AC. It would be great to think about putting it there into the future. Even tho there is a window, when temperature rises hot air comes from there, and if you cook it also creates heat. So that was quite a problem for me.

Szívesen megszállnék itt ismét, bátran ajánlom ha egy tágas, kényelmes és központi helyen szeretne megszállni.

Nagyon központi helyen, mégis csendes környezet. Tiszta, rendezett, kényelmes és tágas. Késő este érkeztünk és kellemes meglepetés várt a hűtőben, reggeli volt bekészítve. Szállásadóval könnyű és egyszerű kommunikáció whatsappon. Strand kellékek és strand törölköző is volt bekészítve. Parkolás nehézkes és fizetős a környéken, viszont találtunk kb 400m-re egy remek lehetőséget. €2,5 /behajtás. És korlátlan tartózkodás. Sorompós, őrizetlen, de tökéletes volt.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and in a very good location. It is close to the city center, beach and Larnaca bus station. There are many markets, shops and restaurans around it. It is fully equiped with towels, even parasols and beach matresses! When we arrived, we found water, bread, coffee, fruits and some cheese and ham in the kitchen. What a nice welcome. :) The host was super responsive and he gave us instructions with many details related to the apartment and Larnaca as well. 10/10 I definitely recommend!

George send pics and information about the key collection before hand. A little bit tricky to find but not very difficult.

Good clean and spacious apartment. All information available, central location very close to beach and with in centre. Parking is with minimal payment 3euro whole day and nearby. Good hospitality by the host with breakfast food already there in the apartment.

The apartment has everything like your own apartment very close to the beach and bus stops and 20 minutes from the airport (bus425). The contact with the host was very good, he is a nice person 😉 we just got back so even winter (in Cyprus about 20 degrees during the day) in the evening air conditioning in each room and electric heaters are used, I recommend!!!

George is very helpful and kind host. Detailed information about how to get to the apartment and plenty of useful info we received about Larnaka and Cyprus was astonishing. We found it very useful to start our stay there. The key locker was easy to handle. The apartment is equipped with EVERYTHING you need for your stay including washing machine. Air condition is in all 3 rooms and works well. Beds are very comfortable. The apartment is located 5-7 minutes of walking distance from Finikoudes beach. The beach is clean and big with sunbeds and umbrellas at extra charge. However there is no problem to go with your own stuff. You can wash your feet when leaving the beach free of charge, the shower is 0,5 EUR. There are many bars and restaurants along it. You can take a bus to Mackenzie beach (less than 10 minutes driving) which is next to the airport. Great place for the spotters :-)

Bathroom requires renovation, especially tiles under the shower. Toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet bowl – hard to use. The sofa in the living room requires washing – very dirty. The internet was not working the first day but it was solved the other day.

Host is frendly and helpful, provided check in/out instruction and helpful information. There were apples, everything for tosts, coffee, tea and water upon arrival. Rooms are clean and with air conditioning in every room. Kitchen equipped with all necessary staff. There are hairdryer with diffuser attachment (it was a life saver for curly hair).

Internet was very weak. Sometimes I just fell off for a few hours. YouTube was hard to watch. We bought a cydavota sim card for internet purposes

Nice apartment in the downtown, for a good price!

The amenities and the beach is very close, the apartment is basically in the city centre. The kitchen is quite equipped and the owner left some food in the fridge as a welcome gift. He sent us very detailed informations about the city, the apartment, and everything.

The apartment wasn't completely tidy when we have arrived, but it was ok. It's a bit noisy in the evening.

Great place to stay to see the area as well walk to good restaurants and beaches

Perfect location for seeing the area. Parking reasonable. Communication with property owner excellent, but not intrusive. Owner had thought of all the little things we might need as well as providing all the basics.

Nice and comfortable apartment

The apartment is in a very good location, near the beach and restaurants, quiet, the air-condition works very well, the beds are comfortable. The apartment has everything you need to cook your meals, shower works ok, clean towels provided and there are even extra towels for the beach. We had a nice and comfortable staying in your apartment and we will be happy to return!

Bathroom could have been cleaner, no shower gel and shampoo provided

Perfect place to stay in Larnaca!

Savvas was very friendly from the arrival date until departure day, he was very keen to help with everything! He is very professional and gave us some extra info for larnaca which helped us a lot! Location perfect, property perfect, bedrooms and kitchen very well equipped!

Sometimes children from near flats were screaming.
