The hygiene was beyond my imagination
The quiet environment
2.5 / 5.0
Easy H24 access
Very noisy. The most disturbing was the noise coming from the street, as if the windows were open. Also the noise coming from other rooms was as if there was no walls between them.

Locatie t.o.v. Gent
Gehorig (kon moeilijk in slaap komen door snurkende man in kamer naast mij).
4.5 / 5.0
Location is 2 mins off the highway to Ghent so it's perfect stop if you're arriving late night and leaving early morning.
Easy to get in, clean rooms and clean shared bathroom. There's also purified water station in the pantry where you can refill your bottle.
The curtain rail wasn't fixed properly so at some point when I closed the curtains, it fell off a bit. Also same with the shower curtain rails. Might be good to fix it properly :)

The host was very helpful and fast with the responses. We had a nice coffee machine in the room, and check in was easy and simple. The garage indoors as well as parking outside were great.
If you don’t go with the car to the city, take the bus because Uber can be pricy. The area seems to have a lot of restaurants but they have funny working time and it’s quite quiet.

Did not eat breakfast at the location, simply because I had other plans.
The location was good, had a bus stop very near and getting to the city centre was very simples.
Honestly, for a simple room this cheap, everything was as best as it could've been.

Rommelig, niet fris
4.5 / 5.0
Easy check-in, clean rooms in a quiet part of town, good facilities in the kitchen
3.0 / 5.0
Studio was clean which is normal in Belgium !
Bed was comfortable.
Coffee machine in the room.
Good free parking next to the road.
A bakery close by to buy breakfast.
Small sauna in the room.
We did not see any host during our entire stay, and could not ask questions (no telephone number available).
Shower temperature too hot (boiling) no indication how to change it.
Only coffee pads for a few days (8 coffee pads: if you count 2 people 2 coffees in the morning during 6 days, you need at least 12 coffee pads).
Main building where you enter is very old, also smell of inside.
The key is not numbered and can be easily copied. However, 200 EURO fine if you loose the key !!
Not sure about security. Door and lock seem easy to break in, however they are not responsible if anything happens.
2 pages of rules is really exaggerated. Lots is forbidden but if something does not work, it is not their fault and you cannot claim any money back (eg if Wifi does not work).

The room was very nice, the coffee was really good as were the biscuits.
The walls between my room and the one next door were quite thin as I could hear everything that went on in the room next door.

Accommodation difficult to find. Located in Hundelgemsesteen rd which is a very long road in Ghent and has two nr 154 locations far from each other
no fridge in the apartment - only in shared kitchen
Unit is small and only 50% wall separates the sleeping area and bathroom
This was our most expensive accommodation, but by far the worst on our trip

The guy in the next room snored so loud it made it hard to sleep. Please rearrange one of the rooms so that both headboards of the beds are Not against the same walls.
Also a map on the site would be good how to find the hotel from the train station.

Cleanliness was excellent!
The location was okay as there is only 1 bus to the accommodation which is quite limited, especially on a Sunday.

Bedroom and Shared bathroom was kept clean to a good standard.
Cheaper compared to others.
Easy to check-in.
Location is good and close to a bus stop that takes you directly to the centre.
The walls are paper thin, so our sleep was interrupted multiple times during our 4 night stay by other visitors coming in at around 1-3am. Talking and laughing very loud for hours. I am not a light sleeper and they managed to wake me. For this reason I wouldn't come back as I was left deprived of sleep during my entire stay.
Kettle and coffee machine water reservoir need cleaning.
No sockets for charging devices next to the bed.

Nice sized room, comfortable bed
Not very central but was close to the trai station
4.0 / 5.0
equipped kitchen, clean room with towel and robe. quiet area
private restroom was not really private as was open to everyone. maybe leaving the key to express the individuality of the restroom would make more comfortable for next visitors?

It was kinda good deal for the money!
