About this apartment rental

(6152) Your all-season retreat in the heart of Estes Park. Affordable luxury and great downtown location, open year round. On the ground floor (guests must be able to use stairs), this is a NON-SMOKING, NO PETS, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom loft unit part of Lofts of Estes, at the confluence of Big Thompson river and Fall river. Newly renovated and furnished, this unit sleeps 1 or 2 adults in the bedroom (queen bed) and maybe a child or two on the sofa bed located in the living room, next to the fire place. The living room has a build-in gas fireplace, a cozy couch, free cable and also lots of DVDs to choose from for a very nice romantic evening. One bath with shower, in-room jetted tub and grills (outside). Condo has a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee Pot, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, pots and pans. All you need to bring is your food, your favorite recipes and special spices/ingredients.

In the loft are provided also full sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

WiFi internet and cable channels provided.

Walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping and Estes Park festivals. Follow the creek on the relaxing river walk.

Great condo for your own refreshing vacation, couple retreat, honeymoon or family vacation. Use it as a base camp to explore scenic Rocky Mountain National Park. Ski at Eldora in winter.

Area family activities include: hiking, horseback riding, fishing, wildlife watching, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, local festivals, art shows, movie theater, miniature golf, swimming and much more. Estes Park also provides a wide variety of shopping opportunities, including many local art galleries and restaurants, including its very own Estes Park Brewery. Free shuttle service to town and RMNP is available just steps from our door all summer long.
With only a couple minutes to downtown Estes and less than a 2 mile drive to the park entrance, this loft has the perfect location to meet all your vacation needs.

Cancellation policy: 100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date. You must contact the owner directly to request cancellation. There is no refund if the cancellation is made less then 30 days upon arrival.

The property was perfect for our trip to RMNP. We had easy access to the park and it was a comfortable place to come back to after our day of adventures. It was well-stocked with everything we needed plus lots of nice extras! It was nice to be able to walk for coffee or dinner. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Estes. The property was right off the main drag. This was very convenient and allowed us to walk to restaurants and shopping. The apartment was spacious and just the perfect size for us. The Jacuzzi tub came in handy after hiking and Rocky Mountain national Park. The landlord was very nice and provided a sampling of. Local beers. The amenities they provided were very nice.

Perfect place for our one night stay in Estes. Loved being able to walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. The rental was perfect size for the 3 of us. Very clean, quiet, and loved the decor! Definitely have on my saved list for the next we need a place in Estes!

The condo was absolutely lovely inside. Fantastic log cabin decor throughout. Everything that you need is already there. The bed was extremely comfortable. The washer and dryer made an added convenience. Would most definitely stay there again. Thank you Ela and Lucian.

Property had onsite parking and was located downtown Estes Park. We arrived early and parked our car. Didn’t need it again until we left. In the mornings we took our coffee across the street and sat in the park. We even got to see Elk! Property was just as pictured. Perfect for a short trip to Estes Park. Beds were clean and comfortable. Excellent communication with the host. Would stay again there.

Overall the stay was great. You couldn’t beat the location if you want to be in the downtown area. We would stay again and just ask not to be on the basement level. We were unaware there was such a level until we arrived.

This little condo (on the ground floor) was just delightful for couples visiting for a wedding. It was very well stocked (different coffee and tea options and plenty of towels), the whirlpool tub was great after hiking and the bed was very comfy. In addition the fireplace kept us quite warm while watching TV. Only issue was parking with the street construction but the other lot was just across the street and felt very safe. Highly recommend

This condo is a perfect stay for a couple just wanting to get away. It is a well kept, clean condo with amazing towels and a fantastic jet tub for a relaxing soak. The hostess was accommodating when we asked to extend our check out time by an hour. We were even allowed in an hour early. This is a GREAT location for a stroll as well. Estes is deep in road construction this winter so some roads are impacted but all else was absolutely amazing. I would stay with this hostess again!

Despite road construction that made it a little difficult/confusing to access the property we were able to speak with the host immediately! Everything was as described, and we were quite comfortable. We were able to walk a couple blocks to downtown, but dishes, cooking utensils and more than adequate linens were provided when we stayed in.

We had an amazing stay. The owners were pleasant and helpful. The condo was clean and cozy. It was the perfect location right in town. All of the extras inside the condo really made it a wonderful experience. Don’t go to the grocery store before checking in. More than likely the thoughtful owners have included most of the basics for your use. Would definitely stay here again.
