About this house rental

The Reihenhaus is located at the top of a ridge in downtown Helen off Main Street, just above City Hall, and on the same street as the new Georgia Mountain Coaster. Enjoy the spectacular seasonal views of surrounding mountains, and of the Alpine Village! The views are especially beautiful at night with all of the lights from the village glowing in the dark.

It's also very peaceful and relaxing sitting in the screened porch as you listen to music in the distance. Or, you might like relaxing in the sunroom while viewing nature's beauty through the large picturesque windows.

The living room has a 42' flat screen TV, and a romantic electric log fireplace for enjoyment during the winter months. Free Wi-Fi provided! The Reihenhaus is a townhome which has two large bedrooms upstairs with a king-sized bed in the master and a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom. It has a Jack & Jill bathroom with a double vanity. The Master Bedroom has french doors with a beautiful seasonal view of the Alpine Village and surrounding mountains, and a 26' flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a 32" HD TV.

An additional bathroom is located on the main level with a VERY SMALL SHOWER (1 1/2' W x 3' L) which is useful if you have a teenager, or a small adult. There's a laundry room with washer and dryer, and we provide the laundry detergent as well.

An outside camera is in place on the front of the townhouse facing the street for your protection and ours.

While a car is recommended to see all of the sights surrounding Helen, the downtown area is within five-minutes walking distance from the townhouse, ONLY if you're okay with one moderately steep hill when walking back. Most guests prefer to drive which takes two-minutes.

We provide maps, a travel guide, flyers of local attractions, and local restaurant menus for your convenience.

Super clean and wonderful property. The host clearly takes a lot of pride in putting lots of little touches to make it homey like bowls of candy, extra blankets, and everything was super clean. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

This was a perfect location, located on the hill above Main Street, but far enough up you didn't hear all the hustle and bustle. VERY clean!! Safe neighborhood. Loved the screened patio! Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, etc. Actual hand soap at every sink as well as good TP. Communication with owners was great! Super nice!

When we thought about taking a motorcycle trip. We wanted to stay in the mountains and within walking distance to Helen. We found this wonderful mountain retreat with all our needs. It has a lot of personality with every room. I especially enjoyed the sitting areas! Amenities are above other places we have stayed. The apartment is well equipped with plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The kitchen is well equipped too. We would highly recommend this retreat and would definitely return! Cute, comfortable place to stay. We chose it because it had two separate seating areas for 4 adults. We enjoyed the sun porch area. The beds were comfortable. Our host was friendly, communicated quickly and was excellent. I recommend this place and would stay again. It is perfect for any season.

From the moment we got there being right off Main Street and close proximity to all of the October 5th events it was very nice we were up a hill so the noise wasn't as bad as we expected we felt like we were in the woods We look forward to hopefully staying there again, in closing We felt very welcomed, especially with the sunroom to overlook the changing of the colors of the trees and the screened in porch to be able to listen to Nature

A truly quiet place with tree top views, but just minutes from heart of downtown. Hosts had thoughtful touches throughout. Several “outdoor” areas to enjoy the views, comfy living room furniture to put your feet up and sit by fireplace, and dedicated parking right in front of unit. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return to this location on our next visit.

We spent the weekend in this warm and cozy townhouse and enjoyed EVERY aspect!!! Our Grandchildren didn’t want to leave! Terry made check in a breeze!!! We were allowed to check-in early and it was greatly appreciated! Clean and kitchen was VERY well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were close in proximity for our Grandchildren who don’t like to sleep by themselves. Thanks for the hospitality!!! We will definitely be back!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing getaway in Helen, Ga this weekend. My husband and I along with my daughter and son in law stayed in this townhouse and it was perfect for our family. The home was very clean with comfy beds, plenty of washcloths/towels, along with kitchen supplies including coffee, powder creamer, filters and even a bowl of chocolate mini candy bars which we took advantage of. Lol. The location was perfect and close to town and all the shops & attractions. We actually walked to most of our destinations even with the steep hill which gave me the steps I needed since I walk at least 5 miles per day. This also saved money on parking fees and kept us from having to deal with all the downtown traffic. It gave us plenty of laughs going back up that steep hill twice lol 😂 The master bedroom was huge with a king bed, lots of space and adjoined the guest bedroom with a big bathroom in between the bedrooms. There is a small bathroom downstairs with a tiny shower that would great for kids/teens. The host was super nice and communicated well during checkin and checkout. There are lots of other amenities that we didn’t really utilize (sunroom, screened porch and outside patio) due to spending most of our time downtown Helen. We would definitely stay again in this beautiful home. We even got to see a few deer from the living room door. Highly recommend 👍
