Our privately owned Villa is located next to Jellystone campground/3 Bears Lodge waterpark.

We provide lodging only.
Water Park passes NOT included.

We offer more than the Jellystone villas and other private owners.
We have 5 beds up in the loft.
NEW living room furniture.

There's more cleaning and laundry for our cleaning staff with larger crews.

We had a great week at this cabin would definitely stay again. Location was great backyard was favorite spot at night. Owner answered anything we needed right away. Very clean and well taken care of !!!!

My husband and I took our 9 children here. Most are young adults now, and they had two cousins as well. They had a very fun time with their cousins and a family reunion with one of our daughters who lives in Wisconsin. It was a very beautiful cabin and the loft was especially nice for the siblings. They also had fun playing games with their cousins on the TV. Our youngest daughter made friends with a young child at the cabin next door. They also enjoyed staying up late talking around the fire pit. It was nice that she had games, children’s books and coloring books in the game closet. Our children enjoyed them. Sandy was easy to work with and contact with any questions.

Comfortable and quiet lots of room great fire pit, we will stay again. Also discovered the County line bar and grill, good food good prices. Only drawback…down stairs shower squeaks like crazy when in use,

This is a very cozy cabin. We enjoyed sitting by the camp fire, and playing games and watching movies together as a fanily. We grilled out one night and thought the cabin was well kept and clean.

Sandy was great and the place had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and care free. We brought food and grilled some amazing steaks one night and 3 bears lodge was perfect. It wasn’t crowded and our three 9 year olds wore themselves out playing in the waterpark and arcade. The staff at 3 bears was awesome and the prices you can’t beat!

Cabin was very nice and plenty of space for all of us. Loved having full kitchen and tvs and games, etc. Beds were somewhat springy but ok. We went to yogi bear for a day which was fun. Also checked out Wazee Beach about 30 minutes away. Nice sand beach and the overlook was great for pictures. Fishing was ok. It's $5 a Carload to get in. Its in Jackson County Park. Wanted to do cranberry tour but they were all booked up so plan ahead if you want to do that.

Very nice place to stay and real close to the waterpark we went to. Owners were great to deal with and everything went off without a hitch. Villa was super nice and my grandkids liked the beds in the loft area- their own little area to play. well stocked with what we needed. Hope to go back soon!! Definitely will stay here!.

Great weekend with family and friends.

We had a great weekend staying at this cabin with our two young kids and another family with four young kids. The cabin was neat, clean, and well furnished. The kids loved watching movies, playing, and sleeping in the loft area. Both lower bedrooms were great for the adults. The kitchen had everything we needed. We spent Friday evening at the waterpark, as well as all day Saturday, coming back for lunch. The waterpark was perfect for our young kids, as it was not very busy, it had some larger slides, a kiddy area, a small wave pool, and a hot tub area for the adults. Our only complaint was that the cabin was a little chilly in the living area. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this cabin for a weekend getaway with family or friends.

The cabin was very clean and exactly as described. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. We enjoyed the fire pit outside. The owner was very easy to contact and work with. I would definitely visit this cabin again for a weekend with adults or kids.

We stayed for a family wedding - 2 day stay requirement turned out great as we all got to hang out together. It was easy to interact with friends staying at the 3 Bears as well as campers.

Had a hard time with the TV. Wanted to watch the Bucks and Brewers but the only way we could get them was my son had to stream his home account to get this. For a sports minded family that was inconvenient. Otherwise, stay was good.

Our villa was clean with everything in working order. We enjoyed s’mores by the fire pit. Sandy, the owner was friendly and approved our booking quickly. She communicated the details of our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. She was even very understanding about a small mishap that occurred from one of the children in our group. Highly recommend!

The home was perfect for our group of 8; very clean accommodations and very nice year-round neighbors. Whitetail Ski Ridge only 30 minutes away which was one of our destinations. We will definitely be back to use the ATV trails come summer. A great "meet-in-the-middle" find for our friends who met up with us. Thanks for a great weekend!

Was very nice to get away for a few days with my family. The only thing we couldn’t get it to resort to use the water park, we were suppose to rent a room there to get the passes, I thought the villa belongs to resort, but overall we enjoyed staying there.

This cabin was a wonderful size for our family! I loved all the twin beds in the loft because our four teenagers were able to bunk together and make great memories! The location was nice to be close to the tubing hill. It was quiet and exactly what we were looking for. The living room was a little chilly because the thermostat was locked but that’s the only thing that I can identify as a “hiccup.” Otherwise, great communication from the owner and booked again for next month!

We had a great family weekend at this cozy cabin for my husband’s birthday. Cabin had many kitchen utensils and pots and pans. There were plenty of towels too. The kids loved the up stairs beds and set up. They even had their own bathroom. Thank you again.

This was an amazing experience. The cabin was super clean and awesome setup. Sandy was so helpful to help me through the checking process when my phone was acting up. I would recommend this cabin to anyone. It was a perfect experience for me and my husband and we would love to bring our kids back with us next time.
