About this villa rental

Our cabin rental provides fun for everyone. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a loft with 4 single beds. The living room has a full size futon sofa (sleeps 1 or 2) and 2 futon chairs that sleep small children. Very clean cabin that has new bedding, flooring and paint!

Per many guests requests, we have Wi-fi in the Villa.

It is walking distance to Three Bears Resort (see note below) a spectacular family-friendly water park resort in Warrens, Wisconsin. Three Bears Resort offers an impressive 60,000 square foot indoor and outdoor water park, a variety of family-friendly restaurants, exciting game rooms, and easy access to some of the best outdoor activities in Wisconsin. Also a little further away, but still walking distance to Jellystone Campground.

*Please Note: Campground and Water Park passes are not included with our rental. You can purchase passes directly from the Jellystone Campground and 3 Bears Resort Water Park.

Others items in the area include: fishing, 4-wheeling, hiking, biking and snowmobiling.

Our cabin comes equipped with:

1 Full Bath on main floor, 3/4 Bath in loft (shower)

Kitchen - Basic utensils, plates, glasses, pans, coffee maker, large griddle, crock pot, iron/board.

Smart TV's in Living Room, in both bedrooms and 1 in loft (4 total)

We have a fire pit, picnic table and a park style charcoal grill located in front of cabin.

Also includes some limited supplies: paper products, clean-up supplies, trash bags...etc. We have a STRICT no pet policy. If pets are found to be in the cabin, a $500 cleaning charge will be applied during/after your stay. We have a child allergic to dogs/cats and cannot allow pets. Please follow this rule to ensure our child is safe when we get to enjoy our family stays!

We do a yearly trip at Jellystone park. This is actually the second time we have stayed at this cabin. It is overall nice and does the job. We do enjoy the paved front yard when doing a campfire at night. The drawbacks were that the cabin had a slight odor in general, and could have used a deep clean. Additionally, every time you entered the front door you had to enter the keypad code which became cumbersome although I understand from a security standpoint. Lastly, there was no cable or even antenna providing basic channels. It was listed as a smart TV and you had to enter your own passwords for streaming apps. Somewhat off putting especially for people who don’t have streaming services. Overall it was a nice stay, and did the job but some improvements could be made!

We have been staying in cabins for years, this was by far the best one. Everything was extremely clean, in working order, and did not feel like a rental. It was well stocked and we had a wondeful time. Would definitely do this option again!

We were in the area for an event and couldn’t have found a better place. Close to the lodge as well as the convenience store ( one mile). Had a fire in the fire pit every night- capping of a great day with friends!!!

We had an amazing time, the accomodations were amazing the place was clean had everything we needed and not far from shopping and only a 45 minute drive from an amazing tourist area with outlet malls, water parks and amusement parks. Works totally recommend this to anyone headed to the area.

Beautiful location. Could not get the living room TV to work. The Wi-Fi info we received via email did not exist. The guidebook in the cabin needs to be updated. It was nice to have the entire wedding party and families all staying close by.

We had the best time staying in this cabin! HUGE upgrade from a cabin we stayed at on JELLYSTONE property. We really enjoyed the short distance walk to three bears. And the cabin itself was so comfortable. We will be back! Thank you for helping with the wonderful family memories that were made!

We didn’t find the place to be very clean. Cute but not clean. First impressions are everything. The bathroom had a ton of dust on the baseboards and blow dryer. Toilet seat broken. There was urine on the toilet seat as well which we had to clean. During our stay we were watching the cleaning people ride around in golf carts and they didn’t stay at any of the places they were in longer than 5 minutes. The cleaning people looking young.

We had a great time renting this cabin. Loved the location. Stacey, the host, was very nice. She checked if we need anything, and if we need more information about the location. The tree bears resort, 2 min away, was everything we needed for a 1-year-old and a 4-year-old. The outside space is great for the kids to run around and have fun around the fire pit. The cabin is spacious and very nice. Wifi has a great connection. There is a store by, like 2 minutes away from the cabin, in case you need something. Walmart is 11 min away, (driving). I recommend this property, especially if you have kids. You will make beautiful memories at this cabin! Thank you Stacey!

We entered cabin and it “smelled” just cleaned was actually cleaning product left in the commodes. The stove and refrigerator were not cleaned at all. We had to wipe down. Bedding was not washed at all. We had to wash the sheets and blankets ourselves. Towels did not smell just washed either. We totally enjoyed the water park down the street and felt better about the cabin after we cleaned it and did the laundry

Our young family and friends have stayed at properties near Three Bears before, and this cabin is far superior than others. It was incredibly cleaned, well maintained and had terrific household accommodations including box fans, games, baby table seats and housewares. We would definitely return!

Amazing property!!! Our 14 year old loved having the loft with his own bathroom. And main floor worked great wife and I in one bedroom and other 2 kids (5&2) were in the othe bedroom. Very clean and nice place.

We thought the cabin was comfortable and loved the decor. We would definitely stay there again. We were unable to get the lockbox open to use the key but using the keypad on the front door worked just fine. Thank you for a great affordable place to stay!

We had the most amazing time at this cabin, it was perfect. It’s the best location of the villas. My mom passed away a little over a year ago. She had been bringing us to jellystone since I was 3 years old. This was our first time coming without her. When we got here we realized this was the same villa we stayed in the last time she was with us in 2017. Made it that much more special. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay!

We stayed for a long weekend with friends. Fun for all! Location is great! Able to walk to the waterparks! Street is quiet enough for kids to ride bikes and yard is nice sized. The cabin was plenty roomy enough for 4 adults and 5 kids!
