Step inside where you will find on the 1st floor a sitting room with a TV, a refrigerator, a half bath, and kitchenette. Head out the back door to the spacious back deck with plenty of space for sun bathing, grilling on the charcoal grill, or watching the waves.
The large 2nd floor of the home includes the main living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a half bath, and large dining space. The great open floor plan allows everyone to be part of the group, while enjoying the beach views. Located on this level is 1 king bedroom with a private en-suite and terrace access as well as 1 queen over king bunk bedroom with a private en-suite. A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

A great house for a family vacation. The pool on the main level makes it easy to monitor the children. Kids surprisingly loved the bunkbeds in the hallway, which gave the bedrooms to the adults.

We had an amazing time at “Tan lines”. We loved the closeness of the beach. Kids loved the pool on 2nd level. House was wonderfully stocked for accommodating 12 family members. Would definitely visit again.

We had a great time with a family of 10 including two young kids. The property was on a beautiful quiet beach with walk out direct to the beach which was awesome. fit our party very comfortable. I’m not sure i would say it held many more than that. While there were beds for more kids the table was for 10 and the outdoor table was only for 6 and the living room held 6. The couch really needs to be replaced, the cushions are very used with no solid cushion left. The kitchen had great variety of things and we found everything we needed. The beds and the pillows weren’t horribly comfortable I think they are due for replacement, especially the pillows, none of us liked them. My biggest disappointment, while small overall, is that for all the money we paid we had to bring our beach towels as there were none and we had to buy chairs sand toys and a canopy as it was cheaper than what they affected for rent. To me for what was paid this should be included. Overall a great time was had by all and we would consider returning.

Tan Lines was perfect for our family! It was on the beach, close to the airport and grocery, and had a pool. Our group of 12 had more than enough room to be together or apart depending on the time of day. We even extended our trip by an extra day once we got here! Tan Lines was the perfect place to make a memory!

Property is exactly as advertised. Amazing location right on beach. House was very clean when we arrived. Plenty of room for larger groups. It was a great space for our family of four. You can definitely sleep 26 but the perfect size of group would probably be 10-12. We will definitely stay at Tan Lines our next time in Florida.

The pool alarm needs a shut off button, this alarm itself will make you never want to stay at this house again. It’s so Loud, and honestly I think it was installed for air conditioning reasons to keep the door shut for lower electricity bill. This is my only complaint, the rest of the home was beautiful and amazing.

House was great disappointed with property management.
The house is amazing with amazing views. Easy access to the beach was one of the main reasons we decided to book this house. However, the property management company never notified us that there was a chance that the beach renourishment could impact our stay. I know that this is out of their control but they could have warned us and let us make that decision. So we ended up having to walk almost a mile down the beach to get away from the construction along with having to hear the construction crews at night as they worked 24hrs. We contacted the company and they offered zero solutions.

Overall a very enjoyable stay.
Very uncomfortable chairs on the decks and no lounge chairs. The main seating area was very uncomfortable.
The air conditioning was good but not distributed well, one bedroom was very warm and across the hall the bedroom and bath very cold.
Overall we would stay again if the furniture was corrected.

House provides a lot of bath towels, pillows, plates, bowls, and other things like....steak knives which was also nice. Smoker doesn't have the smoke plate for indirect heat. Works great as a grill but it did need to be cleaned first. Had a small issue with the dryer but it was taken care of promptly. We will definitely be considering this property and others by Holiday Beach Rentals in the future! Great vacation!

Beautiful with few issues
We really had a great time at tan lines. It is an amazing house. We did have a few issues. One of the master bedrooms had a bed that had weak slats which resulted in me waking up by falling through the bed, EVERY morning and I only weigh 155lbs. The other issue was, the dryer went out the day before we were supposed to leave which led to us having to hang our wet clothes on the balcony to dry. Someone did come quickly but she was not able to fix it and we did not see anyone else the rest of our stay to fix it. Last issue that has nothing to do with the house.. the house is pretty far off the main strip which we enjoyed but we could not find any pizza delivery places that would deliver to us. Only local place (bubbas) that would deliver to us, did not have a driver the night we were wanting to order. Other than that, it really was an amazing experience and we would definitely stay there again.

Paradise in Panama City
Incredible home with breathtaking views. I'm giving it 5 stars and I would stay there again but.... there were a few things that I would change. The main level family room needs a much larger sectional couch, there is not enough seating for the amount of people the home holds and the rotating chairs are in need of repair. If you are dreaming of hanging out in the family room, doors and windows open to the outside, listening to waves crashing on the beach.... that isn't going to happen because the sliding door can't be open for more that 3 seconds without a crazy loud alarm going off because the pool is on that patio. Extremely unfortunate because I was really looking forward to that experience. Let's talk about the pool.... it's freezing cold and you have to pay to have it heated.... several hundred dollars to heat it for our stay. No rear landscaping. The lower level of the home was completely unused our entire stay. There were no spices in the spice cabinet, not enough flatware for the amount if people in the home, dishwasher didn't work well at all, minimal toilet paper, trash bags or toiletry itemsI am extremely critical because I am a Realtor and designer that specializes in luxury vrbo and air b&b homes.

Easy access to beach
Great house, each room has its own bathroom which was a plus. The dishwasher did not work half the time. It just wouldn’t start. Had to try many times. Very frustrating. I even called the day we checked in to see if it worked and they said yes. Well it does work once you can get it to turn on. Also the beds are on slats and the top mattress falls through the slats when sleeping. This is very annoying to say the least. Dishwasher and beds need to be fixed. Otherwise great house!

Great location, just needs a little maintenance
The house is beautiful, the location is amazing, and the rental company has outstanding customer service. I just have a few small complaints. The beds have wooden slats that fall if you move the wrong way (this will scare you and the mattress will drop to the floor), the shower heads need to be replaced, and there need to be more bed linens (specifically blankets for the extra beds). Other than these things, we loved it and had an amazing time!

Wonderful property
Great home right on the beach. Six full bedrooms with full baths and several TV watching areas make this a great choice for larger groups and families. Close enough to enjoy Seaside and other areas but also far enough away that social distancing on the beach was easy. Close to grocery stores and a great location!!!

Sparks Family Beach Trip
We were happily surprised. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 20 ranging from 79 to 15 months. I’ve never stayed in a Vrbo with a better stocked kitchen! The covered deck overlooking the ocean was a lovely surprise as was the size of the pool. All the kids enjoyed it. And we never felt crowded on “our” beach. Important in this virus/time. Perfect house and location for our family.
We loved this house. We had 5 kids and 4 couples (8 adults) staying at this house for a week. It was a great set up for this kids, parents and grandparents. Everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom was wonderful.
The beach is a short walk and beautiful. We loved shelling in the morning and sitting on the covered porch during the heat of the day. The pool on the second level was great for our family. This kids could swim while we fixed lunch then eat lunch without ever going inside and making a mess.

Great for multiple families
Great location. Great pool and barbecue space. Amazing views and play area for kids. We loved everything about the house with two small exceptions... the dishwasher didn’t work while we were there and unfortunately after several attempts by maintenance we just chalked it up to misfortune. They did refund my beach chair rental and pool heat rental as a gesture of goodwill. The second is the alarm for the pool sliding glass door. Not much you can do as it’s required by state law. Just more of an annoyance. We hope to come back soon.

Beautiful home and perfect location!
We rented Tan Lines for our children and grandchildren’s Christmas present from 12/27/18-01/01/20. It was a dream come true for this mama/nana to have my entire family under one roof in one of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever seen! Both the house and the beach were incredible! There were 9 adults and 5 children, age 2-11 and the sleeping accommodations just couldn’t have been more perfect. Everyone who had a bedroom had their own bathroom and “personal space”. It was so fun to have the beach just steps away, as well as a nice grassy area for the kids to play.
There were only two issues that we had with the house and the rental company took care of them both in a timely manner.
1st, we had paid the fee to have the pool heated, since it was too cold to swim in the ocean during our stay. When we arrived, the pool water was murky and ice cold and there was NO water in the spa. We called right away and they explained there had been issues when they came to turn on the heat that day. I’m still not sure what was broken, but we did have a nice clear warm pool, by the evening of the 2nd day. But, most importantly, they refunded a portion of my fee to heat the pool. I understand that things happen; things break, and if whomever I’m dealing with tries to make it right, then I’m pleased. Anyway, everyone sure enjoyed that pool and spa the rest of the trip!
The 2nd issue is in regards to the kitchen. I remembered reading one review that had said it was the “best stocked kitchen she’d ever seen”. So, I wasn’t worried about bringing anything I thought we’d need as far as pots and pans. Well1st morning breakfast, we had to bake our bacon in the oven and someone had to run to the store to buy a griddle to cook the eggs, as there was not a single frying pan in the place! There were a couple of smaller saucepans and some baking sheets, but that was about it as far as cook wear. Again, management made it right and within a few minutes brought over a very nice full set of cook wear! The other thing about the kitchen, don’t expect there to be ANY sort of seasonings, spices, condiments, etc...there is nothing there, not even salt and pepper.
This is truly one of the nicest vacation homes I’ve ever seen. Beautifully furnished and decorated, plenty of space, and an ideal location right on the powdery white sand beach. Do not hesitate to book Tan Lines. It’s worth every penny!!!

We had a great weekend.
The house was very clean and well stocked with comfortable beds, enough towels and the best stocked kitchen I have ever experienced with VRBO houses.
We loved the location and space and all the special detail that made our weekend so great. Will definitely recommend staying here.

Great Place!
We have been renting places for the last 20 years for our law firm retreat and this house by far was the best place we have rented. We hope to rent it again next year. We have never had a round table to meet at and it work great for everyone to spread out. Love the pool and hot tub. Every attorney gets their own room and bathroom so this house was perfect for us!
