About this house rental

Beach house is located in Garden City just across the street from the beach (approximately 100 yards). Relax on the covered porch swing and enjoy the sunsets. Shared pool just behind the house. Room for four cars to park under the house. Well stocked kitchen. Cable TV in each bedroom as well as the Den. Tastefully decorated. Picnic table on patio below the house. Outside shower with hot water. Great family beach. Cleaning included in rental fee. Linens are not provided. We only rent by the week Saturday to Saturday from May through September. No prts are allowed.

Nice house, well stocked kitchen. All appliances worked well. Beds were comfortable. Very clean and well kept. Wonderful porch swing and rocking chairs. Lovely breezes on front porch.

We enjoyed everything about the property. The porch was great due to it raining most of the week. The walk to the beach & pool was easy, when we were able to go! The board games were enjoyed as well. We hope to stay again in the future!

This property was the easiest of my vacation transactions in the past few years. The owner/ property manager responds quickly to messages. We enjoyed the close access to the beach. Our only complaint is that there are no chairs by the pool and some places in the past provided beach chairs.

Enjoyed spring break with the family. It was the perfect location with the beach and pool. Everything about the home was inviting. The front porch was my favorite spot.

The property was very clean and well-kept. The kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, cookware and utensils. The beach access was just a few hundred yards away. The house was simple, but comfortable. It even had comfortable mattresses. The owners were very responsive to questions and greet with communication

This was our second year at this property. We loved our week there so much last year that we booked two weeks this year! We love the location, clean beaches, never over crowded and clean. The pool facility is nice and is a great transition for the kids from beach to pool to the house for dinner. We had a great time but with new additions on the way, we will exceed the max capacity of the house for next year. So many great memories though!! Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and clean. I especially enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. However, the stove would not go to programmed temperature the first try; it kept defaulting back to 350 degrees. Overall it is a great house!

My husband and our friends rented this house and it was perfect for a getaway to the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It is seriously less than 100 yards away from the beach. Perfect for if you want to come back for lunch. We will happily stay again!

Great house and close to everything! Had just about everything we needed. My only complaint is no linens and towels or a hair dryer. We travel a lot by motorcycle and no room for packing those things.

We enjoyed our stay so much in this beautiful, spotless residence that was so close to the beach we could carry our coffee down to the beach to watch the sunrise everyday! The rooms were well described in the online description and we had plenty of space for five adults and two children. The proximity to the beach access made this so enjoyable and the beach was wonderful with a great seafood restaurant within easy walking distance. I cannot say enough great things about our stay. We will return! Thanks to Janet for making our vacation all we hoped for and even more! Nancy

The location is good,but the cleanliness was questionable: The stove,the oven and the freezer were disgusting, under the carpets and the furnitures there were sands and dust like if it has not been clean for months. We had to clean the bats before using its.I would never return there and,of cours,never recommanded this place .

Just a few steps to beach. Fully stocked kitchenware. Would definitely stay again. Only drawback was cable, not many channels. Ducks were entertaining.

The house was exactly as it was described. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The layout is perfect. The beach is a very short walk, closer than if you stayed in a condo complex. The weather was too cold for the pool, but it is right behind the house. There's a nice area under the house with a picnic table. We will definitely stay here again when the weather is warmer. It is a very well maintained house!
