About this house rental
This super clean, updated raised beach house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a large open floor plan for the living room, dining room and kitchen area. There is also a sitting area under the house with a gas BBQ, games, and hammock. Bed linens, bath towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and complimentary use of the owners golf cart are ALL included. Golf cart is approximately $400 if you had to rent it separately.
Close to the beach, golf and fishing but far from the craziness. Our pier home with golf cart located on a private cul-de-sac in the gated resort of Oceanside Village is just steps from Surfside Beach, minutes from golf courses, only a few miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport, and just down the street from Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island to the south and Myrtle Beach to the north. There is private, gated beach front parking and rest rooms for guests that choose to drive the golf cart or car to the beach, yet we're super close to the beach in case members of your group want to walk home for lunch or sleep in and join you later.
Our home includes high speed internet, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and garbage disposal -- all in quiet Oceanside Village just minutes from dining, shopping, miniature golf, movie theaters, jet skiing, kayaking and just about anything else you like to do on vacation!
Relax on the large second floor deck or in the 1st floor lounge area with couches, chairs, hammock, large fan, streaming TV, and the gas grill (propane included). You'll also find a private outdoor shower, with HOT and COLD water to wash off the salt and sand after a day at the beach.
Within our secure, gated community you'll find an indoor heated pool, two outdoor pools and a mini water park for the kids which is sure to be a memory-maker! Oceanside Village also has a 16 person whirlpool by the Hickory Grove pool. An activities center, tennis courts, a basketball court, baseball field, playground, volley ball court, five stocked fishing ponds, horseshoe pits, bocce ball, and 2 dog parks are also available onsite.
You can enjoy the fitness center for an additional fee per week by signing up at the office onsite. Golf for an additional fee at the spectacular Tupelo Bay course is just 4 minute ride or 15 minute walk away...across the street from the main gate. Check out their Glow Golf or Foot Golf when available!

My whole family loved this listing! Super close to the beach, plus we loved the golf cart and the private parking for it down at the beach. The community was super cute and the pools were very nice! Location was super convenient to several grocery stores, and walking distance to a Conch Cafe, a great seafood restaurant on the beach.
I cook for my family a lot on vacation, and I’ve never stayed in a rental that was so well equipped in the kitchen. The owner has thought of everything we could possibly need! Plus all the chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and other supplies are ready for the beach.
The security of a gated community was very reassuring, although the whole area seemed very quiet and safe anyway.
Owner was very welcoming and very responsive.
If I come back to this area I would stay here again!

This property was great! We have been coming to the area for years…hands down the most well stocked house we have ever stayed in. We loved our time on Kingfisher ❤️.

This home is in a great location super clean and was well stocked with many conveniences such as garbage bags, Ziploc bags, spices, condiments laundry detergent and even dryer sheets. Bedding and towels was more than ample. Very detailed instruction for the TVs and plenty of menus to help you make meal choices. Check in and check out very easy. Host was very quick to respond and very helpful.

This was a very pleasant place and location was excellent for access to beach. All was clean and plenty of stocked goods. Steps were a challenge for me (72 year old) legs but not too bad. Only thing about house it needed a full length mirror for teen to check her bathing suit etc. other than that it was enjoyable The golf carts were a plus but were not locked and had to be charged Just fyi to manager. Overall I would stay again and recommend

The place was not clean. The property manager told me that her cleaning crew gave it a “deep clean “. Look at the pictures and you will see that she lied. One of my employees spent 4 hours cleaning the place. Then the golf cart was broke and she said she will send her golf cart guy to fix it, well he never showed. She again did not tell the truth. I really don’t think she has a cleaning crew or a handyman. She did not offer to compensate for the 4 hours of cleaning so I have little respect for her (Anne).

We had the opportunity to stay at the "Salty Sand Dollar" for a couple of weeks and it was just perfect for us. The home is beautiful and well kept. The accommodations from the amount of space to having the ability to utilize the golf cart to travel around the community and beach made it so easy for us to enjoy the time away. Having our two little dogs with us made this home just the right fit too. Communication with Ann was always pleasant and timely. I would recommend staying at Ann's place should you wish to enjoy a vacation in Myrtle Beach.

We love Oceanside Village and this has become our favorite property in OSV. Great location, plenty of room, and several upgrades this season (new king size bed in the MB and new bathrooms). Ann is very responsive and any issues are quickly addressed. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay even though we lost one of our fur babies the first night we arrived. It was sudden & heart wrenching and we cried the first few days with the thought of returning home. However, we had family joining us and we decided to stay. We are glad we did because spending time with family helped us tremendously! The use of the golf cart was an added bonus as we are all in our late 60's and early 70's. We would certainly stay again!

My family and I were in contact with Anne a few days prior to our stay due to Hurricane Ian. I reached out to her about her thoughts on what may or may not be with her rental home and the hurricane. She informed me that if we decided not to come, she would refund 100% and not profit off the hurricane. I was very happy to read that! However, we all decided we wanted to go no matter the damage. And there wasn't any with her house, nor much in the OSV neighborhood.
Her home is very spacious and clean. There were five of us and we all had plenty of room to move. We were able to also bring our two small dogs. Everything about this rental is wonderful. Comfortable couches to sit on and relax. Comfortable mattresses for sleeping. Crisp and clean sheets, and luxury hotel style and size bath towels. We couldn't have asked for more than what we got with this house. Our week was packed with fun and sun and we were happy to have this place as a retreat for the evenings. We cooked several meals and were happy to see Ann has everything labeled in the kitchen, so it was easy enough to find what I was looking for to cook with. All in all, it was a great house to be in for the past 7 days while visiting Garden City. I highly recommend Anne's house. 5 stars all around!

We stayed 2 weeks at Ann’s beach house. The house was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Great location so close to the beach! Communication was great Ann was very fast at getting back to us with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again but already booked up for next summer. Maybe we can return the following year.

Perfect beach stay
We were sad to see our week long stay come to an end! This house was perfect and Anne's communication was great. The house was clean and spacious for our family of 5. It was also fully stocked with everything you could think of. We didn't need to purchase anything for the house except our food! The golf cart was great and the beach a short walk if we wanted. We felt safe in the neighborhood. It was a great experience! Highly recommend this property!

The property is exactly as advertised! The home is in walking distance of the beach and overall, just a great house. I would love to rent again, but the rate has increased almost $1000 since booking last year, but understandably so with the economy. Great communication with the owner. The enclosed outdoor shower is worth every penny spent!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. Ann was very responsive and the property fit our needs perfectly. The location is a SHORT walk (or cart ride) to the beach and Oceanside Village has always been one of our favorites. We have already booked our trip for next summer!

Amazing family getaway!!
This house has everything a family could want for an amazing getaway. No need to bring anything but cloths, swimsuit, and your family. This is the perfect location to relax but also be close to so many activities that Myrtle Beach has to offer. We traveled with children ranging in age from 5-10 yrs old and they had a blast. We will definitely be returning.

Very Comfy Home

Nice property with community amenities
This property was perfect for our multi-generational family. The beach is only a short walk away, and we enjoyed the access to an indoor pool and other community amenities. We spent a lot of time sitting in the outside areas and cooking in the kitchen.
Similar to many properties in the area, the steps that lead to the front door are fairly steep. This made me a bit nervous for my older family members, but everything worked out well. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!

You are 'Home' at the Beach
House felt like home and the golf cart made the trip to the ocean so easy. Everything was exactly as described. The indoor pool made winter swims possible and so enjoyable. I can't say enough great things about this rental. The owner is very nice and personable. We rented in Dec and already looking to stay again next December. Thank you for the best beach trip ever!
