The 'Adventure Inn' is is located in beautiful Central Oregon in Sunriver Resort. You will find this 4500 square foot vacation home a fabulous place for family reunions, weekend get-aways with friends, corporate planning away from the office, retreats, golf tournaments, conferences and multi-family vacations. If you need additional space, we also have a 7 bedroom home in Sunriver (VRBO.com/76717) that can be rented at the same time.
The house features beautiful stone and tile fireplaces; truly exceptional interior design and furnishings; an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen with large island/eating bar; all stainless steel appliances including two dishwashers, two ovens plus a microwave, two refrigerators, a 5-burner gas cook top; a custom 11.5 foot by 4.5 foot Dining Room table; an extra large, private hot tub; 65 inch high definition Smart television in the Great Room with full surround sound; a TV in every bedroom; over 160 movies; music CDs; exceptional choice of board games and puzzles; free high-speed, wireless Internet access; Xbox S video game system and games; Wii video game system with games; 8 bikes and helmets; as well as a pool table and ping pong. The home is stocked with lots of extra-plush linens, including extra towels for hot tub use.
Our vacation home was designed with you in mind and includes all the luxuries you want to have. EVERY BEDROOM HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE BATHROOM, each with tile floors and countertops. The exceptional rear patio is spacious and comfortable. The patio also has an extra-large stainless steel barbecue and top-grade tables and chairs.
The Adventure Inn is theme decorated with each area featuring a different adventure, most of which you can experience in the Sunriver area: Golf, Snow Sports, Cycling, Rafting/Kayaking, Fishing, Rock Climbing, Gaming, African Safari.
There is a wide paver walkway on the side of the house that leads directly to a rear door that is only one step up into the house. This provides easy access for those that may need to avoid stairs.
NEW - We now offer FREE Level 2 EV charging using a ChargePoint charger at the house! It uses a J1772 connector. A J1772-to-NACS adapter is required for Teslas.

The home was in impeccable condition and lacked nothing! We truly enjoyed staying here. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer! We’ll definitely book this home again!

WOW!!! Such an amazing home. This house had everything for our large group. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to keep the troops happy (just add food). The open floorplan is great for visiting and playing games. We spent hours playing 'ping pong - around the world" in the game room. When the temps got down to -3, the heated floors kept every room toasty warm.

This house was large with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is a cooks dream. It’s stocked very well and labeled so no guessing where things are. The pool table being in the garage and heated was a plus. I would say the hot tub is not as large as it looks in pictures but still was a nice treat. The beds could definitely use some memory foam toppers. All of us complained about the beds. I almost slept in the couch a few nights.

Our stay was amazing. Having 6 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, made each group very happy with the space. The home is very well stocked, clean, and comfortable. It seemed like the home had two of everything. Loved the garage setup with both a pool table, ping pong, and Pacman. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This house is the best supplied I've ever seen in a vacation rental. You only need your clothes and some food. It was a wonderful house for our family of 13, ages 4-85. This was our second stay, and we definitely will come back again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Adventure Inn. The owner has furnished this house to the max, nothing was not thought of! With 5 bedroom suites with bathrooms plus a bunk room for the kids, the house easily handled 5 families with kids. I've rented a lot of homes at the coast and Sunriver over the years and this house you could tell the owner takes great pride in making sure the house is top notch. Highly recommended!!

Our large family group has stayed in both of Gordon's properties in Sunriver & love them. Location, convenience, quality, cleanliness, amenities, communication are all top-notch.

This owner knows the needs of a larger group and thinks of helpful details; such as, two dishwashers, extra refrigerator/freezer, five king size bed suits (with baths), a dining room with enough seats to match the number of people the bedrooms allow (not often found in other places), similar seating for the back patio, lots of kitchen utensils so while some are being washed others are available, plenty of passes, etc. The owner even has a loose hdmi cable to plug one's own devices to the greatroom A/V system ... who thinks of that!!! Our family of 8 adults and 7 children have signed up for a 2nd year. Good work owner!!!

Absolutely perfect
I stay in a lot of VRBOs and this so far was the best by far. The house was very clean, and the owner really understands what it means to have a large group. There were 2 of everything which was so helpful. Dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators, washer/dryers etc. On top of that, there were more than enough dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. there were so many extras included in the kitchen that it was almost too much. Tons of games, movies, and things to do. Everyone said their beds were very comfortable. And on top of all that, there was enough TP, Paper towels for the week. Great house, great week. Thank you!

Great property for a family gathering!
This property, "Adventure House", was perfect for our family vacation. It had ample space in the great room, kitchen, and dining room for the whole group to gather, and the 6 bedrooms and baths gave each smaller group the space to have private time too. The kitchen was so well equipped, we had everything we needed to make our holiday meals. We felt like we had our own private hotel. Great property- we hope to come back again.

Our family group of 16 gathers annually (5 couples ranging from 40’s to 70’s; 5 teens, 1 age 8 this year). Have rented many homes over the years, & this owner’s are hard to beat. Rented Lazy G in 2019 & Adventure Inn in 2021 (2020 skipped due to Covid). Both homes are extremely well equipped, furnished, maintained, & generously supplied. Clean, comfortable, with space for everyone. Gordon is a great host who has thought of everything & more, is responsive & easy to work with. Already reserved for next year.

Best rental I have ever stayed in
This was the cleanest, most well stocked and organized rental that I have ever stayed in. This property offered every thing listed in the add, plus additional bonuses. I especially enjoyed the book or organized game instructions. This is something that I have never seen in another rental property. Each room in this property includes a full bathroom attached. The home, which is beautiful online, was so much more grand, open and generally more impressive in person. The owner of the property communicated quickly and thoroughly at all steps of the rental process. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to gather a large group of people.

This was, as many have said, a great place to stay. We had 4 Adults and 10 Children between us. Each person had their own bed and a spot at the dining room table! Yes, the kitchen is great, but there are 2 sets of washers and dryers so that we could go home with clean clothing! The owners are great to work with and very responsive. Including when we realized that we had left somethings at the house after we left.

Was so enjoyable and pleasant to stay in such a well thought out home with every detail and need anticipated.
Loved the basics of the house with great layout, quality furnishings, game room and more. What surprised us over and over again was small touches of VERY well equipped kitchen, pantry basics, and appliances. Every time we asked “I wonder if they have ______”, the answer was “yes they do!”.
The location not too far from Fort Rock Park and the North Store serves our group very well.

All the amenities!
27 Poplar was so well-stocked; nothing was overlooked. There was plenty of detergent for laundry, lots of paper towels and cloth dish towels, plenty of dishes, serving pieces, crock pot, waffle irons, and a complete spice cabinet along with essentials such as flour and sugar. And then there were the lovely rooms, especially the master bedroom, and each bedroom with a private bath. This is one of the best homes our family has found in twenty years. And communication with the owner was the best! Five stars!!

Great for large gatherings!
Fantastic house for large families. Not one thing wasn’t thought of... even the Yahtzee game was full of new score sheets! My only negative comment is about the carpet which needs to be replaced...it’s dirty and rumpled...other than that it’s a great property.

Great Home - but check out is too early
Loved the home, however a 10:30 am checkout is too early when you can't check in until 4:30 pm, but have to pay for the day - also it was requested that we strip our own beds upon departure, with the price of the home and cleaning fee I felt this was inappropriate, it is a large home that will take awhile to clean, but I feel you should bring in more people to clean it rather than have your guests time limited.

Our family of 16 fit perfectly in this home. Everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. This house is stunningly beautiful, extremely immaculate and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The owner was a delight to work with and was very helpful. We would love to come stay here again. We had the best week! So much to do for all ages.

Amazing family time
We decided to spend time rather than exchange gifts this year for Christmas. We may have to do this every year since we loved every minute! This home is our 3rd VRBO and by far the best! Most homes have a tired and "beat up" feel about them. Adventure Inn had a very nice high end feel. Every imaginable item was there! We really appreciated the multiple card tables for our craft projects. Three reasons I rented this house was 1: the huge table so everyone was sitting at the grown up table 2: the pool table and ping pong were away from main living area, that helped with my older parents hearing issues 3: there was a bathroom for each bedroom which helped with my crohns family member and the multiple teens we had! Other perks were the "two of everything"!!! Two ovens, two dishwashers (the best thing ever!), Two coffee makers, two sinks, two fridges, two washers, two dryers, and more!
