Your Home Away From Home Awaits You and has been recently upgraded with new luxury vinyl plank flooring, a new stainless steel refrigerator and updated living room furniture and accent pieces.

Beautiful, charming and very nicely decorated with a beach theme. It has 2 bedroom/2 bath with sit down white water ocean views located in the famous 'Pier Bowl' area of San Clemente. It honestly doesn't get much better than this. Enjoy relaxing, dining and entertaining on the 23 foot balcony overlooking the beach, pier, ocean while watching the surfers, dolphins or enjoying a beautiful southern California sunset.

Condo is equipped with everything you need to make you feel right at home-including beach towels chairs/umbrella as well as books, magazines, movies, games and puzzles. Literally just steps to beach, ocean, pier, shopping as well as a abundant of restaurants to choose from.

WOW is the response from guests when they first arrive. Even more lovely, charming in person and spotless!

Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, ocean, pier, swing-sets, wonderful ocean walking path and several restaurants near the pier.

Property is gated......beautifully maintained with luscious greenery and flowers, elevators,bike racks and secure surfboard locker.

Beautiful pool (heated year round) and jacuzzi on property as well. Casa Romantica Cultural Center just one building away. Short walk to the charming street of Del Mar that is lined with unique boutiques, antique stores, wine bar, restaurants and art galleries.

San Clemente truly is the 'Spanish Village by the Sea' as well as a hidden jewel along the southern California coast..... so come and see for yourself and experience a vacation you and your family won't forget.

This condo was perfect for us. Beautiful ocean view. Everything you would need. There are 3 remotes for 2 TVs. Yellow button turns on TV. Other remote for living room TV and 3rd remote for bedroom TV. Parking was easy and convenient.

Linda's unit was wonderful, ideally located with the exact view shown in her ad. The balcony is roomy even when we had 4 adults seated outside. Pier and beach very easy to access. Nicely appointed kitchen and sweet welcome gift! Just a note, second bedroom has lovere doors, not for the lighter sleepers in your group. And would stay again!

We spent a week at this beautiful property. It was our first introduction to San Clemente and we were not disappointed. The property owner was proactive in getting us the contracts and information we needed. It is a very nice condo and we utilized the pool and jacuzzi nightly! The view from the balcony was stunning and the beach very close by. We will definitely visit this property again!

We stayed a week here and it was just awesome!! This is our 3rd time staying here. The place has the most amazing views & it’s immaculate. Love the new floors too. As always Linda the owner was so accommodating & helpful especially with our concerns about arriving when the Hurricane/tropical storm was going on. She was very understanding and made sure we were updated & felt comfortable arriving when we did. Thanks again Linda. We will definitely be back 😊

Three of us spent three nights at Villa Granada while attending a beautiful wedding in San Clemente. The apartment provided us with all we required and then some. It was immaculately clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The living room was spacious and comfortable, although we spent most of our time on the lanai enjoying the weather and the view. Our host, Linda, was extremely accommodating and helpful, even with a follow-up text after check-in to make sure all was satisfactory. All in all, a great place to stay.

Property was as advertised. Right on the coast with a perfect view of the pier. Nice to wake up to the sound of the waves crashing onto the beach. Loved the placed. Lots of thoughtful details like board games and plenty of cooking utensils.

This is one of our favorite places to stay when we visit San Clemente. Close to everything short walk to downtown and the pier. Fabulous views from the 4th floor windows. Owner is very responsive if you have questions.

We could go shopping, dining, the beach, anything without ever getting in the car! We could hear the ocean all night, and sip our morning coffee on the balcony or on the couch and enjoy the ocean view. It was super clean and cute and it is the only vrbo I’ve stayed in where the owner texted to make sure we checked in ok and asked how the trip was going and even offered tips about the farmers market. Linda, thank you! Looking forward to staying with you again

We had a great time at Linda's property. Everything was super clean and the view of the San Clemente Pier and the beach was perfect! We enjoyed sitting on the large balcony watching the surf while having coffee in the morning and drinks at night. Very safe, secure and comfortable for the four of us. Location was close to walk to the beach and restaurants in the charming town of San Clemente! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing place to stay to discover San Clemente. Short walk down the hill to the beach and Linda has everything—wagon, towels, chairs, toys, coolers. You will have an amazing beach vacation here. Big beautiful windows overlooking the ocean. Sleeping to the sounds of waves crashing and cool ocean air. So relaxing and a real vacation feel. Also an amazing pool to swim in. Short walk to restaurants and shopping or jump on the free trolley. Fun little beach town to explore. Linda has thought of all the details. Plenty of cookware and all the little things —spices, coffee, etc. —she has everything you might need or you forgot! You will love it. We will be back!

Perfect location! Perfect view! Comfortable and clean condo. Spacious balcony. A considerable amount of our "at home" time was spent on the balcony. The feature I look for the most in a rental unit is to have a beautiful view and outdoor space...and this condo gets a 5+ rating for that feature!!!
