Island Tower is located on West Beach Blvd. in the heart of Gulf Shores within walking
distance to the Hangout and restaurants such as Bahama Bobs, or for pizza or ice cream across the street. This individual condo with 9-foot ceilings throughout has been renovated with beautiful, calming beach-colored walls, has new kitchen cabinets and appliances, including a stand-alone icemaker, ensuring plenty of ice for those hot summer days on the beach. The large U-shaped kitchen with undercounter lighting is equipped with most everything you will need to prepare a wonderful meal. You can sit and eat at our beautiful quartz counter height bar with 4 stools or at the dining table with 6 chairs. The bar also has a convenient pop-up outlet for you to plug in your phones, computers, etc. Free wi-fi is included.
This 22nd floor non-smoking condo is on the east corner with breathtaking views of white, sandy beaches and sparkling water so clear you can see the dolphins and an occasional shark! Floor-to-ceiling view of ocean and front balcony access from Living Room and Master Bedroom. The large front balcony includes a high-top table and 4 chairs for an unobstructed view of the water, plus new comfortable seating including a cushioned sofa and 2 swivel rockers plus a coffee table for the convenience of placing your drinks, snacks, etc. while you relax, visit with friends or loved ones. Enjoy privacy with no other guests at the same height as we are (22nd floor, east side) to view the beautiful surroundings. The building has only 3 units per floor, and the balconies are completely separated from each unit. Our unit has access to a 2nd balcony from the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with seating to enjoy the view of ocean and lagoon.
Our condo has 3 Bedrooms and 3 baths. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, with a 42'' flat screen TV. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king-sized bed with its own private bath with shower-tub combo, direct access to the east side balcony, and a 32" flatscreen TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 32" flat screen TV, and also has direct access to the east side balcony. It has access to the hall bath directly across from it with a tub-shower combo. New mattresses were purchased for all three beds just recently. We have a new sleeper sofa and 2 new swivel rocker-recliners in the Living Room. There is a queen-sized air mattress and a twin-sized fold out mattress for more extra sleeping space.
We have a laundry room with washer and dryer. You will find a container above the washer with 4 beach towels for your use during your stay. You will also find 5 beach chairs for guest use in there so that you don't have to pay for the beach service chairs. We only ask that you wash the towels before you leave and return them to the container. Also please wash the sand off the chairs before bringing them back inside. Please let us know if any of these items are missing upon your arrival.
Other amenities include an indoor infinity heated pool on the 3rd floor and also an outdoor infinity pool, both overlooking the gulf. The building has 150 ft. frontage on Gulf of Mexico.
There is a fitness center on the 4th floor where you can watch the waves while you work with treadmills, bikes, elliptical and weight machines, a sauna, and there are also bathrooms for changing.
There is a BBQ area beside building, and a mostly covered parking garage with a 2-car maximum per unit. The cost of the parking passes is included in your quote ($35 ea. with a limit of 2 passes per unit). The passes will be in the condo upon your arrival. There are 2 high-speed elevators. The building has interior sprinkler and smoke detector system, and it is a completely reinforced concrete structure.

Wow… Just Wow! My family could not have had a more wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront condo! We had an amazing view of the sunrise every morning. The ocean was right in front of us when sitting on the spacious balcony. This condo had every amenity you could ever think of… The separate icemaker was definitely a big hit! The beds were very comfortable, the recliners were perfect for my parents who are in their 80s. They also had a perfect view from the ceiling to floor windows. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Gulf Shores! Connie was fantastic when answering any questions that we had before and during our stay!

My family and I loved staying in this condo! The views are beautiful! I only wish we could have stayed longer. Very clean and had everything we needed. Only thing is we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. I think the cleaning staff only gives one extra roll per bathroom. Which Connie did let me know that before hand but I just didn’t think we would go through that much in 6 days with five of us. We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Also, a big plus is the short distance walk to the beach. We had no problems with the elevators staying on the 22nd floor. I was kind of nervous about that but everything went smooth and there was never a long wait for the elevator. We will definitely be staying here again if we ever make it back to Gulf Shores!!

We go to the beach every year and this was one of my favorite condos that we have stayed in! The views from the balconies and the living room are amazing and everything with the condo was well done, including having beach chairs and toys available to use (I didn't have to load ours up in the car and bring them saving a lot of space in the car)!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The views of the Gulf are second to none with the floor to ceiling windows! We had six adults and a 3-year old and stayed very comfortably. This condo has everything you need for the beach or pool. The pool is not large but was adequate. Despite being on the 22nd floor we never had to wait long for the elevator. We would definitely stay here again with a large group!

Very nice condo! Very well stocked for your needs, beautiful views, very roomy. There were only 6 of us, but could easily accommodate more. I thought having the Sound machines in all bedrooms was pretty cool. I loved having the extra ice maker. Lots of extras that I don’t remember reading about prior to the trip. Lol, a few people from the team came up to the room to admire the condo and take pics of the beautiful views

Pros:
Amazing views especially with corner windows! Views and a deck from every room or fantastic! The condo itself is beautiful, and was extremely well cleaned and maintained. It had extras like beach, chairs, and boogie boards, and beach towels, which was extremely thoughtful. The kitchen had enough space and equipped with everything we needed. Probably the biggest master bath in a rental I’ve ever seen . a truly great condo. The lounge chairs on the deck were great for watching dolphin swim by in the morning or a nap in the afternoon.
Cons: parking is horrendous . For this reason I would not stay in this building again. Parking garage is very tight with a very tight angles to try to park in. Often there was just nowhere to park. This was made even worse as we had an SUV and a pick up truck and to park across the street four lanes of traffic with children and groceries is just not acceptable for us . Unrelated to the condo owner, The fire alarm in the building went off two nights in a row at 1 AM and we had to evacuate and walk down 22 flights of stairs with crying children. Again the condo owner can’t do anything about this, but it definitely made us rethink staying on a high floor Again, and trying to evacuate with that many people in a very short amount of time . The firemen said it was a defect in the fire alarm that caused it to go off the second night. it was terrifying for kids .

Excellent communication with the owner. Very helpful as there was a toilet seat needing repair—on Christmas Eve! TYTYTY. Would have loved a couple of soft throws. But there are blankets in closets. Kitchen is moderately stocked with dishes. No spices or other food things—just basic s&p. Bring everything you need. No crockpot or waffle maker but does have a big toaster, blender, and Keurig. Knives are dull—bring your own chef knife. The regular coffee maker was not good—did not spread water over all the grounds. Worth it to just use Kcups for the stay—that is the better coffee maker! The condo was so nice! We loved the space, views and comfort. Kitchen and baths were fully stocked. The place was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The lock instructions are a little confusing at first but you get the hang of it quickly. Location on the beach was fantastic and so close to everything. Having the beach chairs and towels available for free was also a major bonus. Would highly recommend staying here. We'll be back for sure.

This unit has the best location in town. The views are spectacular with floor-to-ceiling windows. The unit is very updated and luxurious. The beds are comfortable. Water toys and other beach amenities are supplied by owner. I highly recommend this unit for your next vacation.

I'm not a fan of heights but the view from the condo was great! The view of the strip was so pretty at night. The condo was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The walk down to the beach was easy. My daughter rented a paddle board nearby for $20/hour. The pizza across the street was really good. Lovely condo!!

The location is right on the beach. Few short steps and your in the ocean. You walk into the condo and it looks like your on top of the water. The view is amazing - the corner room makes a huge difference! The place was stocked very well - kitchen, games, beach chairs! Beautiful design with nice updates. The hosts are very nice and responsive with any questions we had. The outdoor infinity pool was a hit for our son. We can’t say enough amazing things about this place. We absolutely enjoyed our time and would recommend this unit to any family.

Connie’s Place
Loved everything about the place itself. We picked Connie’s for two main reasons; - proximity to the beach and “The Hangout” ands also just important was the advteyrrisrmesrnrsf of sauna and workout facility. Both of which wddd closed: Not Connie’s fault! Property management - would like to see an alternative put in place.
Would we stay at Connie’s place again? Absolutely, if we had some type of guarantee that the fitness and sauna areas were going to be available.

We had originally booked the property in Gulf Shores but due to the hurricane in 2020 is was still in the process of being renovated. Connie was able to give us her Orange Beach property which turned out to be very nice! Pool was great and views were nice. The only downfall to this condo verse her golf Shores location is there is not the full panoramic view. The Orange Beach is located in the center verse golf Shores being on aside and having multiple balconies. The kids and our friends complained it was like sleeping in an interior cabin on a cruise ship because there was no view to outside . That’s my only complaint otherwise good time and we’ll be back!

This condo has all the comforts of home! It’s beautifully decorated, has comfy furniture & beds & a well stocked kitchen. Everything is top notch from the pots & pans to the beach chairs. The view of the beach from this condo & balconies is absolutely breathtaking! It was hard to leave! The owner Connie was quick to resolve any issue or answer any questions we had. Coldest Mardi Gras on record but still had a great time. Condo was really nice. A little tight between dining and living spaces, but overall we enjoyed every thing. Kitchen was very well equipped withe very good pots and cooking equipment.

Connie and Ralph were great! Very friendly and helpful. We had a very enjoyable in time in the condo. Comfortable and nice view. Relaxing times on the beach and great seafood. Bring your own liquid dish soap and hand soap Kleenex and paper plates- not provided and no extra paper products. This was one of the better condos we’ve stayed in. Nice location. Would stay again!

My family, admittedly, our campers and we enjoy going to the mountains. However, my entire family loved this condo so much we are thinking about making an annual trip to the golf each year. The condo is wonderfully furnished and lack nothing! The only issue that we had and it has nothing to do with the condo: The parking garage is incredibly tight. If you are coming and are driving Anything over a medium size SUV you really need to park on the bottom floor. It took two people and about 15 minutes and a minor scrape to wiggle my truck off the second floor.

Breathtaking View & Condo
What an amazing place to spend quality time with your family. We loved the views, location and everything about this condo. The only downside is the elevators and how they work. You get your exercise chasing them until we learned to hit the button and then wait in the middle of them. The ground floor was the worst. People would jump in front of you until I made my stand and called them out to wait in line. I think everyone started to catch on and everything went smooth 😊.
