We loved our stay at Legal Ease! It’s just far enough that the beach wasn’t crowded but still close to the restaurants and action of Gulf Shores. Tina was a wonderful host and communicates well. We will stay there again!

We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation! The location on the beach was great, so convenient for the kids, grandparents, & everyone in between. The duplex was wonderful…fully stocked & perfectly furnished for the 3 generations of family that gathered. So many thoughtful little things were put into the property. Great deck tables, comfortable seating & porch swing under the house, plenty of cooking pots, pans & utensils to cook with. Even the lime green color is easy to spot from the beach, & the rope deck lights make it easy to find after a walk on the beach at night. The owner (Tina) recommended many restaurants & activities which all were so very helpful. We enjoyed every one we had time to visit. We’re already talking about our next trip back to this property!

This was my last little getaway before a 12 week academy and it was so relaxing and very much needed. The property manager was so kind, and easy to communicate with. They were very accommodating to our needs. I would definitely book with them again.

Our family had a great time at Legal Ease. Everything was perfect. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It was the best vacation we had in a long time. The property is beautiful and having the beach only a few steps away was great. Tina was wonderful to work with and made sure our stay was perfect. We had a great experience with our stay at Legal Ease! The proximity to the beach is amazing…just a quick walk over the sand dune. We spent many hours walking the beach, hunting for shells, enjoying the sunrise and sunsets and watching the waves. The dolphins and birds added a lot to our stay. The view from the deck is amazing and the composite patio chairs and table along with canopy made the deck more available in different weather situations. The deck and stairs are composite also which gives the unit a nice look. The pictures on the listing are accurate and up-to-date. We enjoyed our inside experience also. The kitchen was well supplied and allowed for any cooking experience. Sleeping was enhanced by the sound of the waves and the beds were comfortable. Many hours were spent in the windowed nook next to the deck having coffee and watching the sun rise. There is a nice swing on the ground floor along with a supply room housing beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing equipment, charcoal grill, toys, shovels, nets and boards. I can’t say enough about the communication with the owner Tina (Tom). She is very helpful and responsive and wanted us to have the best experience possible. This is the only place we’ll stay in the Gulf Shores area when available. Should mention the location is great for exploring Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Foley and the surrounding area.

The house was great! The host communicated everything we needed, in advance. The house was so comfortable and warm. It had everything we needed for a great family vacation. My husband and I, our two grown children, their significant others and our grandson were all there. We had plenty of room. The location on the beach was perfect for families. There’s a big porch swing underneath, in the shade, which made for wonderful afternoon naps and great talks. The table on the deck was fun for game night and breakfast. We’re looking forward to the same trip next year!

The communication with the owner was top notch. She sent an extremely detailed check in note as well as a day of text and responded to emails and texts immediately. The place was overall clean upon check in. The property was exactly as described. We booked both sides of the property and had plenty of room for me and my husband, our adult children, a nephew, my parents and my aunt and some extra littles. We had a great time and spent most of our time on the beach or on the great deck. Great location!! We loved being right on the beach.

We loved our stay in Gulf Shores at the bright green beach house! Last year we stayed in a condo and while it was beautiful, it was a lot of work to carry things up and down and the beach was so crowded! Here, the white sugar sand is literally right out the door and the beach was never crowded, even over the busy Fourth of July holiday! The house had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, has a beachy design and was just perfect for our week long family trip. We saw dolphins multiple times, a couple small jellyfish, a stingray and found lots of large crabs night hunting with the kids. Before we arrived, we received the best email from the owner with all kinds of information, restaurant suggestions and things do do in the area. We're unable to make it back to Gulf Shores next summer, but when we can, we'd definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this cute family beach house!

My family and I had a great time staying at the LegalEase beach house. It had great views, very clean, and kitchen was stocked very nicely with what I needed to cook a meal. I had no trouble communicating with the owner. Tina was very nice and made some excellent suggestions on places to eat and visit. It is right on the beach and we did see dolphins the day we were leaving. I will definitely stay here again.

Bride one side groom the other. Beautiful location for a wedding! Even though we had to move up the wedding a day due to the weather it was the most beautiful day at the perfect place ! Owner response is amazingly fast and are the sweetest people to open Their home to us this past week. Right on the beach beautiful views could not ask for more. Thank you for everything! What a great weekend! The house was perfect in every way. It’s set back so you feel a little more secluded than most of the other houses. It had everything we needed! Close to shopping and restaurants. The beach was beautiful and clean. The house is updated and comfortable. Perfect layout to share with other couples or your family. Our host was fabulous! She had great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. We’re definitely coming back!!

Location location location really is everything. We’ve stayed in condos at Orange Beach, and they are just that, “at the beach”. You still need to navigate the condo structure to get to the beach, it can be daunting with kids, beach stuff, jump in the elevator, you get the picture. This property is RIGHT ON THE BEACH! You walk out the door and the beach access is a short walk across the sand..BOOM! We loved our time at this property, found it to be acceptable, cleaning crew needs to be encouraged to step it up. Not dirty, but you could tell hard surfaces needed to be dusted, floors had sand on them..it’s the beach. Don’t get me wrong, still clean, just needs a little more! Property could use a kitchen upgrade, please when doing this, add USB outlets to charge devices, other than that, totally family friendly, beach access is a 10! Just down the road from the Hangout, for young teens. Parking is well off the road,, a little unimpressed with the public using a make shift walk path between the property to the East…trying to set on the deck, having multiple people walk by felt a little less private than we would have liked, we live on a farm, we don’t have neighbors, maybe this is a non issue for you…it wasn’t like a constant stream, just notable. We’ll definitely stay again with our family! The owners are responsive and after talking with other owners around this unit, many upgrades have already happened, I’m sure this property will only appreciate.

We rented both sides of this rental. We had the perfect vacation. Plenty of room for 10 adults. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. Location is great. The beach was never overly crowded. The back porch was great for hanging out at night. I appreciated the rope lights on the back of the house, it made it stand out at night so it was easily found. The area under the porch was really useful. The kids would play in the sand there during the hottest hours of the day and were able to be under shade. We are already looking into returning next year.
