About this house rental

This lovely home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 level house has all new appliances, remodeled kitchen, and new floors. It has a private hot tub, gas fireplace and Wi-Fi throughout the house. All new bedroom furniture has been ordered and will make this house even more comfortable and coastal for your stay. We provide all your paper products, laundry soap, dish & hand soap, paper towels, and even enough shampoo, conditioner, soap & lotion to get you started in case you forgot yours!

2 bedrooms are located on the main level, both have Queen size beds. A full bathroom with laundry room is also located on the main level. The newly updated kitchen, new appliances, and flooring. The upgrades to the property have really elevated the look and feel of the property, more inviting, and screams take your shoes off and stay a while right when you walk in.

Do you have a small dog you want to come with you? The house is pet friendly and will allow 1 small non-shedding dog will be considered with pre-approval from the office prior to booking. A puppy of any size or breed will not be considered.
Conveniently located near the beach, town, convention center, 12th Ave. Park & crabbing, clam digging, and so much more. Within walking distance to anywhere you want to be when staying at the Pilot House.

Pilot House has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests, and parking for up to 2-3 vehicles max.

We loved walking to the beach, shops and restaurants. House was laid out so kids had plenty of room to play. Large dining room table was great for meals and visiting. Definitely recommend for a family group.

Great house and great! Very walkable and close to the beach and town. We loved using the hottub. Convenient parking spots off the street. The only negative would be the mattresses upstairs uncomfortable and AC did not work very well. Thanks for a great stay! fans to use

We enjoyed this walkable, clean place to gather with our adult kids and grandbaby. It was only 4 blocks to the ocean and 5 blocks to Broadway where there is so much to do. Great location. Spacious. We loved using the hot tub for evening chats, private. Perfect parking spots for two vehicles off the street. Bathrooms were nice and clean, internet worked great, washer and dryer came in handy with a baby. We loved being able to use a full kitchen. Only negatives were 2/3 beds were uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in one and the other had two divots from where others had slept. The air conditioning did not work really well but they did provide a couple of fans for use. It was just very muggy. We will be back!

Great house so close to the prom and town. It had everything we needed for a awesine stay. The hot tub was frosting on the cake! Reported some of the jets didn't work, but still quite usable.

We love this house & the location, super close to everything in town & a very short walk to the beach & promenade. I would be giving this house a 5 star rating, but i did not receive my cleaning deposit & we left the house as clean as it was when we arrived.

This newly remodeled home was amazing for us to stay in. We are a family of 6 and there was enough beds for each of my 4 kids to have there own plus enough space for us not to feel overcrowded. The hot tub was a relaxing bonus to this lovely home. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Loved the house. The updated kitchen worked perfectly for preparing our turkey dinner. Woke up thanksgiving and ran the local Turkey trot, enjoyed the close proximity of the downtown strip, and the beach itself is spectacular. Our only complaint is that the main shower drained slowly. Maybe something to look into :) thanks for a great stay!

This house is only a couple of blocks from the beach or downtown. The house was the perfect size for 6 of us and would have fit a couple more kids if needed. Hot tub was great and having laundry facilities was a huge plus as was having 2 bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed.

We stayed here for a second year. We were delighted to see the home has been updated and refreshed. The kitchen is gorgeous, great new countertops and appliances. The living room and bedrooms has have new furnishings. The only issue was the hot tub was broken the entire time , so the family was disappointed.

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. It was SO close to the beach & promenade. The property itself was spotless! We had a very minor issue with a door which was resolved with the visit of a handyman in less than 15 minutes. The hot tub was warm & clean. Would definitely recommend this property.

This is great location in Seaside. Only a couple of small blocks from the city center and the beach. Nice corner lot home with lots of windows for great daylight and fun people watching from your couch. Two off street parking spots was key. Street parking in this location can be difficult so having two parking spots and both big enough for pickups. Would rent again.

The online photos don't do this cute little house justice! Amazing location for the beach, shops, walking, etc! The checkin/checkout process was super easy. There are some minor maintenance/ cleening needs, but for a low key, low maintenance place to lay your head at night, it was great! Kitchen was well-stocked! Would highly recommend!

Great vacay place!

We vacationed in Seaside st the Pilot House for 4 days. The 3 bedroom 2 bath met our needs of 4 adults and 2 kids very well! The home is in an easy walk to beach and town . The home was very clean, furniture was old but adequate. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few breakfasts snd light dinners. The jacuzzi was a nice bonus enjoyed ny all. Loved our vacay!
