This property was absolutely perfect for us. It gave our teen age and adult children the privacy they needed but allowed for us to all be together in the communal spaces. Being right on the beach was wonderful and just steps to the restaurants!

Beautiful townhouse on Dewey Beach! Can't beat the location for walking to & from the beach and views from all 3 balconies. Convenient to restaurants, coffee shops and sandwich shops. Honestly, we brought our own beach gear for use but used one of the umbrellas there to use with our own for additional coverage. The beach umbrella there was rusty but still usable. Will definitely think about going back again!

This is our second stay at this property, which says almost all we need to say! Such a wonderful location! Out the door and on the beach in less than 60 seconds! The house has four decks, three of which face the ocean. The furniture on all of them is really nice. Even when you aren't on the beach, the decks make it feel like you are! The living space is great. The bedrooms are nice and the 3rd floor heat pumps help to keep the AC working well on every level. Suzanne is a prompt host and gives you all of the information you will need!

This is our second year staying at this beautiful beach house at Dewey. It's a fantastic spot, with beautiful beach views, easy beach access and a lovely home base for our two families to connect. It's an quick walk to the Lighthouse and Rudder and all Dewey has to offer. Suzanne is an exceptional and responsive host. We will be back for sure!

We are long term VRBO renters. This was once again, a HUGE find!! We will most certainly rebook! Suzanne our host was responsive and gracious! The townhouse amazingly spacious and beautifully finished. Well-appointed and sparkling clean, we LOVED hanging out together here. Excellent value bang for the buck!!

Lovely, spacious home with amazing ocean views. The house was absolutely perfect for our group. Very short walk to the beach, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful decor, even comfortable seating on all the many decks. Can’t wait to stay again!

This is a beautiful, oceanfront gem. The house is beautifully decorated with updated bathrooms and kitchen. It has 2 lovely master king-bed rooms with decks overlooking the ocean, as well as a deck on the main floor. You can literally see dolphins swimming by while making sandwiches at the kitchen counter. I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely townhouse right at the water. Balconies overlooking the water provided both a lovely view and sounds of the waves. You have to go outside for the washing machine, which was a bit inconvenient but worked well. Beautiful space with lots of games and books which occupied our kiddos while not at the beach. Would love to stay here in the future.

This home was PERFECT for our family vacation! Spacious, beautiful, great location, and multiple decks overlooking the ocean. I can't recommend it enough! Suzanne was very responsive and kind whenever I had questions. We will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful week at the property! It has tons of room and was well stocked. Suzanne was a great host and always quick to answer any questions we had. She also gave great dining recommendations! The ocean views were amazing and the outdoor deck furniture was so comfortable! The walk to the beach took less than 60 seconds. The new 3rd floor air conditioner units worked perfectly.

I’ll start with the positive: the house was clean, property owner very gracious and responsive. Location was good. Kitchen was well stocked. Negatives: the property isn’t exactly what I would consider to be a beach “walk out” - meaning there is no direct access from the townhouse to the beach. You still need to exit and walk down a path to the beach…equivalent of about a block. The house itself while newly renovated in some areas is a bit dated overall. Several of the doors did not shut or lock properly which made for some interesting situations with our 3 year old barging in on everyone. The upstairs TV’s aren’t actually functional or smart TV’s. They are for connecting laptops to stream and the cable provided is not compatible with Mac. The comforters provided more closely resemble thin hospital sheets than actual comforters and heating/cooling was inconsistent between the 3 floors. Overall not bad but a bit pricey in my opinion for what it is. We stayed at a true beach walkout last year for the same price. Could be better with a few tweaks.

It was a delight to spend a week in this beautiful, well stocked townhouse right on the beach. Many books for reading and games to play. We had an excellent view of the ocean from three of the four balconies (all four with comfortable seating). At least two (maybe three?)of the beach chairs were a bit higher than the usual ones, which were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We are returning guests to this property on Dewey Beach. The owner is always great with communication. Beds were all comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked and the new furniture on the brand new decks was perfect for sunrise coffee and afternoon storm watching. A perfect place for our multigenerational family to spend a week for vacation.

We had an amazing week and the townhome was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out or gather together for quality family time. We loved being right on the beach and sleeping to the sounds of the waves. The property was well cared for with great amenities. We hope to return sometime soon!
