Let this pristine, newly remodeled 3-bedroom + bonus bunk room, 3-bath vacation rental condo jumpstart your Orange Beach retreat! Have the escape of a lifetime when you stay in this beautiful condo, ideally located at The Wharf. Featuring stunning intracoastal waterway views and a prime location mere steps from a variety of restaurants and entertainment, this condo leaves nothing to be desired!
When you arrive here for your stay, you'll see that this 2176 square feet condo has been freshly updated with wonderful décor and charming accessories for a luxurious experience on the Gulf Coast! With new flooring and paint throughout, a complete overhaul of the living areas, as well as beautiful artwork thoughtfully selected to complete the airy atmosphere - you will fall in love with this dreamy home away from home. Upon entering, the first guest bedroom suite will be on the left of the hall and features a plush queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, complete with a built-in seat. Across the hall, you will find the second full sized bathroom with a jetted tub and shower combo, as well as a bunk room perfect for children with a twin bunk bed. The second guest bedroom is also located on this side, with a cozy queen bed.
When you reach the living area, you will find the open floor plan provides optimal space for entertaining and lounging. A fully stocked kitchen featuring granite counter tops has everything your group's chef might desire. Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. The counter height bar has 4 barstools and the dining area to the side of the kitchen has a large table that can comfortably seat 7. In the living room, there is a large sectional. Sliding doors in both the living room and dining room will bring you to the large balcony overlooking the marina, with an outdoor dining set and gas BBQ grill. To the side of the living room is the master bedroom suite, with a king bed and access to another balcony with an additional 4 seat dining set. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower, air jetted bathtub and double sink vanity. All bedrooms feature flat screen TV's with cable and free wi-fi. There is a stacked washer and dryer located in the unit as well. Larger party? We also manage The Wharf 705 and 718 a few doors down.

Whether you're looking to relax or seek adventure on your vacation, location is everything and this location allows you to create any kind of experience you would like! The amenities located inside the Wharf Entertainment district are nearly endless! Lounge around at The Oasis, soak in the hot tub, or dine at the variety of restaurants after you finish walking through all the shops featured on Main Street. Check out the Marina, movies at the theatre, amphitheater concerts, fun games like laser tag, ride the Ferris wheel and enjoy the nightly light and sound show! Everyone is sure to find something they enjoy with all The Wharf has to offer.
Outside of the Resort, only a few minutes separate you from the beautiful sandy beaches of Orange Beach. Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. Just a quick trip down Canal Rd will take you to Gulf Shores, as well. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach in either city. You are literally minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, or trying your hand at glass blowing or pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center!

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

Nice layout, great location (other than loud at night from the bars below but not terrible). The bedding, linens & towels could use a new purchase. Towels were dingy, sheets & bedding had balls on them from so much use. Left a day early to go home bc of this.

First time visiting the Wharf. We really enjoyed the property and availability to dining, shops and activities for children. The ability to cook when we weren’t able to take small children out for dinner was a huge plus. Having a spot that overlooked the water kept the kids busy looking for dolphins each morning. They loved seeing them swim around the marina. Definitely would rebook when we’re in the area!

The property was everything listed and more. We had so much fun. The condo is spacious and comfortable. It made the perfect girls trip!
Only problem… the condo only had one toilet paper roll (that wasn’t new) for each of the 3 bathrooms when we arrived. There was no extra toilet paper. For a condo to sleep so many should have extra rolls.
And no extra garbage bags for the kitchen so it made the cleanup process a little harder.

The wharf is a fantastic place to stay. Overall our stay in the condo was good minus some miss information in the check in details/description of property and the condo could have been cleaner. Was told the tiki bar at the pool would be open after Labor Day Friday - Sunday and it was not open the entire stay. The wave pool at the Oasis was only turned on the last day of our seven day stay.

The stay overall was nice. We enjoyed the firework display and waterpark. The balconies were nice with table and chairs. I did not like that the bed covers were not clean in the bedrooms. There were stains on all of the bedcovers and pillows. They need to be replaced. The sheets looked clean. But, I'm happy I brought my own blanket.

The check in and out process was ridiculously easy. The property was beautiful! Location cannot be beat, it is central with lots to do. Short drive to beautiful beaches. The price was extremely reasonable. All in all, a 5. I would recommend and already have, to anyone. I believe we will be coming back very soon!

The property was beautiful and definitely plenty of room. Only thing is the sinks and some toilets didn’t drain well. And the shower in the master bathroom was to hot the temperature would not adjust at all. The other shower was set up the same but worked perfectly. They couldn’t use it, it was so hot. It was also super dirty floors made your feet very black and Rugs were very nasty. We just had to wear our shoes at all times and stay off the floor but Other than that it was a great stay

Nice property but could’ve been a little cleaner. The beds were very cheap and one of the barstools was broken. The location was pretty good and check in was very convenient. The owner did a good job communicating and it all went very smoothly. I don’t regret booking but wouldn’t necessarily book again.

The property and unit that we stayed in were exactly as advertised. Our only issue was not being notified of limited access to our parking space and unloading of our belongings upon arrival. We should have been notified about these limitations before we arrived. We also called the property manager to ask if there would be any access limitations during the New Years Eve celebration. We were told by their office that they did not know of any. Therefore, we invited several friends and family to celebrate the New Year with us. However, the property did have access limitations and only provided a small number of wrist bands to us for our guests. Management should have known about all of this and communicated with us before arrival. That being said, the condo unit was exactly what we wanted. Just needed to know some better details before we arrived.

Wonderful condo for a family vacation! Our family stayed for a long weekend in early October. There were seven adults and three young children. It was beautiful and the condo was great! We loved being at the wharf because there was lots to do for the kids and the adults enjoyed the shopping and restaurants. We were disappointed to find out that The Oasis pool at The Wharf was no longer staffed beginning the day before we arrived ( Oct.1) so although we were able to swim there were no lifeguards and the food Grill was closed. The hot tub was great though! We would definitely stay again!

This corner unit was amazing. Huge. Clean. Well-decorated. The beds were great. The big open kitchen dining den combo was ideal for our son’s wedding weekend. We could entertain family and friends effortlessly. Perfect!!!

This is the second time we have stayed in this Condo. We stayed for the first time about two years ago during the summer. Love the location and the condo is very nice. Only suggestion is to upgrade the mattresses because they are very uncomfortable.

We were celebrating a 50th birthday and wanted somewhere we could take a couple of our close friends, as well as have a small catered dinner for a few guest. I started out looking for a place that would have a dinner table that would accommodate 8-12 people. After booking realized Ive stayed in this condo before. We love the size, the 2 balconies and ease of getting to and from the parking garage. Close to the oasis pool and the shopping but not so close that we can hear the activities going on on the street.
The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies. I appreciated the larger refrigerator!! And thankful for the grill that actually works! 7 out of 10 times I’ve rented somewhere they have a grill… that doesn’t work! Bonus that it’s plumbed in also! No worries about us having to haul a tank in or worried the one provided is empty!
The only complaint was our guest said the beds were very uncomfortable (hard). Ours (primary suite) was firm but we slept well and was comfortable.
We live in Pensacola and I personally have stayed at The Wharf condos many times and this is probably my favorite condo and hope to enjoy it more in the future!
