We had a great time at this cabin. It was big and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was so relaxing. Will definitely recommend this place and go back again.

Over all being on the mountain made up for any lack. The air was so wonderful and refreshing. The cabin is surrounded by beautiful trees.
The beds all need new mattresses as what’s there are just worn out no matter how many layers of foam you put on them.

We had a great time reliving memories of Brianhead. Property was close enough to walk to the village and to drive to canyons and Shakespearean festival in cedar city.
House was very comfortable for our 11 member family. There were a few issues we had but the owner was very responsive.
House was missing smoke alarms and deck railing felt a little loose so we didn’t use the balcony. Spa was ready, lots of towels. Kitchen not as equipped as we would have liked. There aren’t many places to eat out in brianhead so we tried to cook in most of the time. TV channels were abundant and easy to access. Overall we loved the place.

Lots of sleeping options.

Plenty of spaces for the teens and kids to spread out. There are so many beds and convienient 4 bathrooms. The kitchen is very well stocked (including an InstaPot) and we enjoyed the fridge water pitcher.
The kids loved playing in the snow outside and the mud room contained all the snow gear nicely. We skied 2 days driving to the slopes. Though the road was plowed, we needed chains due to the ice leading up to the driveway for our minivan.
We had a great time and really appreciate April’s communication.

April was very communicative and so easy to work with on this rental. She was very responsive to all my questions. The house was in a great location and definitely gave us the vibe that we were looking for; a cabin in the mountains. It had tons of space for our group of 8, was plenty warm (this is huge for my So Cal blood), the mud room was great for all our snow gear, we enjoyed the hot tub which was a must for our group and just overall had a great time! I would definitely recommend this rental and stay here again.

We had 6 adults and 2 children and had a fabulous time in this comfortable and well equipped house. It is very close to the ski lifts and the setting nestled in the trees was beautiful. We enjoyed 5 nights hanging out together in the living room enjoying the fire place as well as the spa. We got over a foot of snow during our stay and we were glad that getting out of the place was fairly easy although having 4 wheel drive vehicles was helpful. We will definitely come back and stay at this house again next year.

Upon arrival, road was ice and slick but driveway was shoveled and pathways clear. Nice mud room to store gear. One room had hair in the sheets (no need to go into further detail here), the jacuzzi got hot but the jets did not work so more like a hot bath tub. The projector in the theatre room was non operational so that took away movie night. The upstairs was nice and the kitchen was well appointed. Lots of room for games, dinner and fun. The linen closets in all the rooms where a disaster. Looks like they just rolled up all the linens and threw them in there. All and all we made the best of it and chalked it up to a mountain cabin, mouse and all. I would recommend the owners gets a new management company or at least a maid.

What an amazing cabin! This was the perfect space for our family to spend Thanksgiving! The owner was always available for any questions or concerns leading up to our stay and quick to respond. The cabin was big enough for all nine of us to have our own space, yet cozy enough to all be together. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a cozy cabin with all the comforts of home. 😊

We wanted a place to be able to gather family together to celebrate the life of our family Patriarch, my father. This property was the perfect place to host a Celebration of Life as we laid to rest the ashes of our Father/Grandfather/Great Frandfather. Family room was warm and welcoming, kitchen well supplied, plenty of bathrooms and game room was perfect for kids. Aside from not being able to get the jacuzzi jets to work, everything was PERFECT! We loved it and would highly recommend staying here.

The house could not have been better. Location was great. We traveled to Brianhead to ride our UTV’s and one of the main trails was right next to the cabin. There ended up being 2 couples and the house has two master bedrooms with bathrooms which was perfect. The house is large with 2 more bedrooms and a total of 4 bathrooms. We may return next year and we will definitely book this cabin again. April is great to work with.

Tucked into a beautiful area! There were other cabins nearby but you don’t notice them for the beautiful trees. There were too many stairs to haul coolers up.

The property is in a great location surrounded by Fir and Aspen trees. Plenty of space for family gathering, eating, deck space and parking for five vehicles (rare in this area). This is our second time staying here and will stay again.

This was a nice well kept cabin. Everything was well stocked, other than bringing our food we didn't have lack of anything. Everything was in working order. Only thing to be aware of there was a small strip of dirt road to get to the cabin but that wasn't any problem. It rained on one of our days so it got a little muddy. When we got to the property I didn't realize how far up the mountain it was and initially I thought that would be a problem but being early summer there was never any traffic and the area was very quiet and nice to stay at. We booked the cabin as a central location to get to the national parks around the area. It was a little more of a drive to get to and from the parks but in the end it was worth it and it was nice to get back to a much cooler temperature after a long day of hiking.

This was a great cabin to stay in with my kids (3-11) for a weekend getaway. It’s close to hikes and not too far from town. Thanks!

We are ten adults, all related, who stayed in this beautiful cabin for a two-day retreat. It is a beautiful 3-level house with two master suites (bedrooms and bathrooms), two additional bedrooms, and two additional bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have double or queen beds, some with trundle beds under them. There are several couches in the living areas as well. The kitchen is wonderful! It is fully stocked with everything you need! Just bring the food. And the living room is beautiful and comfy, with a cozy fireplace. We didn't use the spa or the barbecue, so I can't comment on those, but everything about our stay was wonderful! Check-in was a breeze. The setting, in the middle of so many gorgeous trees, was magical. Thank you for making our retreat so perfect!

Exactly as described. Hot tub was amazing! Worked so well for 2 families- 2 master suites and then plenty of kids space and lots of extra sleeping space. We had a blast!

Very spacious cabin in great location. The hot tub didn't get hot enough to use a second time, it was warm, but not hot.

The cabin was very spacious for 3 families with young children. The communication with the owner was great and she even let us check in early. It’s very close to the ski lifts and we had a great time!

April's cabin was the perfect space for 3 small families. It is in a beautiful location, only a few minutes from Brian Head. We loved the hot tub and the kids really enjoyed their own space to play upstairs and watch movies in the theater room. I really appreciated April's great communication. She was incredibly kind and quick to respond.

This is our second annual cabin trip at the same cabin and we have had nothing but great experiences. The cabin itself is beautiful, spacious and has everything that you can think of to make you feel at home & complete. I would recommend staying here.

We had 7 dirt bikes and there were tons of trails near by to keep us occupied and having fun. It’s a great house tucked into the woods in a great place that is easily accessible from the main road. It’s also less than half a mile from a little country store for those last minute things you might need. The hot tub is great and there is a theater room with a wide selection of available movies. 👍🏻

The cabin has character. A bit outdated. The floors were dirty, one bathroom toilet had urine on the seat. The towels hanging in the bathrooms were stiff, like they had been used and not washed. There was mouse poop and the mice were very active at night. Overall the house was comfortable, plenty of beds. But it was not clean at all. I spent the first hour cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. It would be nice to be given the cleaning deposit back since I had to the cabin before my guests arrived.

Easy checkin. Kid and family friendly. Well stocked kitchen. Home is a bit dated in some areas but it served our purposes well.

Had a wonderful stay at this cozy little cabin in the mountains. The property is surrounded by trees and makes for a very secluded and peaceful experience. Lots of room for people to congregate and play. Beds were comfortable. Very happy with the experience!

This home was so cozy and cute! With the surprise late snow Brian Head received right before we checked in, it made arrival alittle difficult, but the owner was so helpful and responsive! We enjoyed the surprise winter stay! The home has everything you need and the kitchen is well stocked! It is equal distance from Zion and Bryce! Thankyou for the family memories!

Excellent property, well equipped, close to resort, very comfortable.
