The living room and kitchen open up to a covered patio perfect for gatherings. The patio is equipped with cozy patio furniture, an outdoor wood-burning fireplace, a BBQ grill, and a mini-fridge. The gathering area only steps away from another building we call the outdoor pool house /bar. Inside the bar, you will find stainless steel countertops, a refrigerator, television, dartboard, shuffleboard, and many outdoor yard games. The structure is attached to a deck that holds the hot tub and 32 foot swim spa. The swim spa is heated and ready for use year-round!

Next to the pool house, we have a sand volleyball court, basketball court, bocce ball court, and regulation size horseshoe pit.

And after a day's activities, just relax by the pond and enjoy the outdoor waterfall features and landscaped pathways. There are several firepits in the backyard for entertainment and relaxation.
