Very clean and pictures are accurate. Only one bathroom upstairs with 3 bedrooms but a full bath downstairs. We enjoyed our stay. Great location!! Close to beach and Downtown Charleston! Great price!! Great for girls trip and small family.

This was a great property. Close enough to nightlife to be accessible yet far enough away to truly relax.

The house was incredibly well stocked (once we found the towel cabinet!). Beach chairs, stocked kitchen for cooking, card for games, coffee samples, coffee filters, etc. perfect location for quick access to the beach or walks in a lovely neighborhood. Appreciated the humidifiers, but they had to be emptied more than once a day in order to be effective and they aren’t quiet machines. However the AC worked well and kept us cool during our stay. Suggest new pillows be purchase.

Location was perfect for us! Not far from Sullivans Island, Charleston, and Isle of Palms. Neighborhood was quiet and nice! We loved our stay! Very comfortable house! Cute decor!

In an older neighborhood, but the inside of this place is awesome. Very clean and comfortable.

Our stay was very comfortable and great location for our Charleston trip. Comfy beds, lovely decor and nice amenities. A few quirks like the doors on bedroom didn't latch, bike had a flat tire, cable had to be restarted but considering they just survived a hurricane we were happy that it was still available.

A few days in Mount Pleasant/Charleston
Everything was great. The location was perfect for us. We love Mount Pleasant and Sullivan’s Island but also a quick drive over the bridge to Charleston. The location was perfect. Everything you could need was provided. It was super clean. We even used the pool. We all enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Would definitely stay again
When I first drove up to the property I was a little nervous because I was thinking that the inside wouldn’t look anything like the pictures but I was wrong. It looked just like what was advertised. I loved that it was near almost everything. I loved that there were bikes to use for when we went just wanted to explore the community, my son and I had a great time on those. The only complaints I have is the upstairs bathroom window has no privacy for when you are taking a shower. We had to rig up a pillowcase at the bottom of the window to cover it and hold up up with the shampoo bottles. The downstairs bathroom door doesn’t offer a lot of privacy as well. The tv remotes were hard to use in the bedrooms and didn’t work a lot of the time. Wasn’t sure if it was a battery situation or not( I personally didn’t use the tv). Also the pool at the time was closed but that was of no fault of the property owner. Overall I had a great time and would definitely choose this property again. Nothing was a deal breaker.

This was our second stay at this location. It’s clean, comfortable and convenient. The fantastic weather allowed us to use the patio quite a few times.

Mediocre townhome in Mount Pleasant
We chose this home because it had a community pool as well as its proximity to Sullivans Island. Upon arriving we were underwhelmed with the neighborhood, as it is located in the poorly maintained Waterway Arms community. That being said, the interior of the home was clean and bright and features an open floorplan. Additionally, the bedrooms were a nice size and fresh linens and towels were provided.
However, there were several cracked tiles on the floor of the main living area and the door on the main floor bathroom has aluminum foil in the holes to provide privacy. The upstairs bathroom window was partially covered with frosted spray paint which offered little privacy because you can see through the windows from the parking lot. We had hoped to watch the Olympics in the living room, however, the television was logged out the owner's cable account, so we were only able to watch shows using apps.
On the exterior of the home, the back patio was dirty and uninviting, the dryer is unsafe (it continues to run when the door is open), and the community pool is small and poorly maintained.
Overall, this home met our basic needs but I feel that we could have found a much nicer vacation rental for the price. This home has a lot of potential and could benefit from some landscaping, simple repairs, and upgraded small appliances. The back patio is underutilized and could be a selling point it was cleaned up, had some new furniture, a gas grill, and some accent plants.

As advertised!
As seen in the photos and expected, the building’s exterior and the complex overall aren’t spectacular. Once inside however, this particular townhome is comfortable, clean and attractive. The location is fantastic! It looks like the pool is slated for some upgrades, and that is a great decision. We stayed on the go and out of the house most of the week so this was a wise rental choice for us.

Great location
The space was great for our family of four and the beach chairs and toys were great for our beach days. Plenty of space and the location was great for getting to all things in Charleston. It looks like the pool area is going to be renovated which will be a good improvement.

The townhouse was awesome, exactly as pictured. Close proximity to all things Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. The owners were easy to contact and readily available to answer questions. I highly recommend this property!!

Great location!
This place was just what we were looking for while in town for a baseball tournament. Close to everything…Shem Creek, the beach, Patriots Point and downtown! Had everything we could’ve needed. It was nice they had sand toys, beach chairs, and bikes to use! We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for our family of 5. The coffee left for us was a nice touch. The pool was nice, although it could use some updating, our kids enjoyed it! We had it mostly to ourselves when we went. The place was clean up one arrival. My one criticism was that some things looked a little “tired”, such as the couch. Over all though it was what we expected. Thanks!

Clean and comfortable
The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bicycles were used much more than I ever expected. The neighborhood was great. The rental and check in process was simple!!

Very enjoyable visit
Very comfortable and clean home in an area that's just a short drive into downtown Charleston. Lovely private outside seating as well and the use of washer and dryer was appreciated. Beds were comfortable, but the bunk beds most likely better for small children. TVs in every room, but left suggestion to leave written instructions on how to work the remotes.

Access to Old Village was good
The general neighborhood was great for walking and biking to nearby Pitt St, the pier and restaurants. The inside of the condo was clean and access was easy. In general the neighborhood of other condos is in need of updates. A new pool is in the future.

Girls trip
This property was perfect for our girls trip. House was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated with several little touches to make our stay so nice. Highly recommend! Mt. Pleasent is a beautiful area with many things to do and restaurants away from the hustle and bustle of Charleston. Only a few minutes Uber ride if you like to visit Charleston and just a few miles from the beach also.

Best Location in Mt. Pleasant
This was our second stay in Mt. Pleasant and both times, we were lucky enough to get a "Coastal Retreats & Concierge" property. This husband/wife property manager duo does a fantastic job making their properties feel like vacation homes. The location is PERFECT. Hop on a pair of their beach cruisers (provided with the rental) and take it 5 easy blocks to the end of Center Street for views of Sullivan's Island, Charleston or visit the Pitt St. Bridge and all the surrounding tributaries and waterways leading out to the ocean. Sullivan's Island is minutes away by car. Easy access (through the neighborhoods to Shem Creek and beyond). This property is surrounded by all the charm Mt. Pleasant has to offer being in the "Old Village" area. You can't go wrong. The ONLY area that could use room for improvement is the community pool area. It was on the dirty side but we also know that summer wasn't in full swing during our stay and we understand they have plans for pool improvements within the community. Looking forward to coming back however AND staying in anything managed by the Schmeelk's (Coastal Retreats).
NEW RESTAURANT nearby: Ty's Roadside - check it out! Great staff. Great experience. Great food. Also be sure to hit up Baker & Brewer in Charleston.

Terrific location, great stay
We really enjoyed our stay. We were close to everything - restaurants, groceries, Charleston, Sullivan’s Island and just about anything we could want. It was our first time staying in Mt. Pleasant, after many stays in Charleston, and it was the best choice for us this time.

Mt. Pleasant...A Great Place to visitwe
We have family living here and we have spent March visiting for the past several years. We have stayed in homes, condos and other townhouses in the area. This one was by far the the cleanest, well furnished and welcoming of any in which we have stayed. For us it was perfect!

Lovely rental!
Adorable townhome, very clean. Great location. Only one minor thing..... cable could be better. Unable to watch ESPN was an issue for my husband. Very limited channels available. Other than that, perfect!

Family Wedding weekend
We rented this property for our family while we were in town for my son’s wedding. It was a very pleasant condo with everything we needed. It was fully staffed. My grandchildren enjoyed the bicycles and playing basketball. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were fine. One suggestion would be to improve the door to the downstairs bathroom. Not much privacy.
Overall, we had a great weekend at your condo. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Odd location but is perfect to get everywhere.
Residential area and no one parks in front. Got inside and you forget where you are. Really nice interior with beachy feel. Had everything we needed and more. Close to everything we wanted to see and inexpensive Uber rides. Great vacation.

Perfect for a girls’ weekend
This was a perfect place for a girls’ trip. It was in a quiet part of town with cheap Uber’s and short bike rides around. The beach was about 10 minutes away and downtown Charleston was about 10 minutes away. This rental gave us so much bang for our buck!! We were very pleased.
The listing only shows photos of 1 shower, but thankfully there are 2! I would also suggest getting groceries delivered to the house with a small package of toilet paper for a larger group. And getting in touch with the property manager is easier through the contact info on the lease agreement than through the VRBO website. I will definitely check this property out again upon return.
