3109 Marshall Blvd is true to its name. A recent guest wrote “From the moment you enter, the views of the water are breathtaking. The position of the house creates a panoramic ocean view from almost every room. 3109 Marshall Blvd was completely renovated and includes * a brand new, oceanfront heated pool* two oceanfront great rooms, with a stunning living/dining space on the first floor and a fully-equipped game, movie, pool room on the second * a full-length oceanfront deck with gas grill * a new kitchen with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, custom eco-friendly countertops with recycled glass and clay pottery fragments, walk-in pantry and seating for 12 * six new bathrooms *a new outdoor shower * wood flooring throughout the house * and many other amenities.
Sleeping accommodations are perfect for one or two families. Two first-floor king master bedrooms with in-suite baths are accessible by an elevator from the garage. Upstairs, every one of the bedrooms has its bathroom: two additional queen bedrooms have sweeping views of the ocean, while the fifth bedroom has two twins and a bunk bed. 3109 Marshall Blvd offers many extras including a pool table, projection screen media center with free pay-per-view, Brookstone Full Body Massage Chair, electronic arcade games, Macintosh computer, and printer.

We were not ready to leave. The house was so beautiful and the views, from morning-to-night, were absolutely stunning. The beach is a few steps from the back door. We never had to drive more than a couple miles to find places to eat, grocery shop, buy tackle, etc. Everything we needed for preparing meals was available (pots, dishes, serving trays, flatware....). The staff at Beachside Vacations was courteous and responsive throughout the week. I would give this destination the highest possible ranking.

We had an amazing time in this beautiful home. The layout was fantastic, the view is gorgeous, the game room upstairs was an added bonus for the kids and the beds were super comfy. The kids looked for crabs and fished right off the beach in front of the home. It was a dreamy vacation.

We stayed in "As Good As It Gets" for our daughter's wedding weekend. The moment we walked in the front door and saw the ocean directly through the floor to ceiling windows, we knew we were in the right place. It is an "over the top" beautiful home, yet feels comfortable. The weather was perfect so we enjoyed the private beach, paddle boarding to the sandbar, sunrises on the deck with coffee and hanging out at the pool in the afternoon. The owner has obviously spent time thinking about details that would make a vacation home perfect for every age family member. We spent a very special weekend in our life in a home that felt like we belonged there. Our guests felt the same.

Perfect beach front location. The usability would have been vastly improved if the house had pull out awnings over the decks. The bed linens were old and pilly. Odd that there were no beach towels. Particularly given the rates. The house has lots to do (re: pool table, video games). All in all, pretty good value.

We were very pleased with our weeklong stay at this great property. We found the beautiful home, with panoramic ocean vistas and the surf practically at the back door, to be accurately described. The property was immaculate, and comfortable with a thoughtfully well supplied kitchen and spacious living room/dining areas perfect for relaxed gatherings of groups of family and friends. The communication with the property manager was professional and courteous. It is clear that the owner takes great care and thought in making this rental a top notch experience for the guests.
We enjoyed long days in the warm ocean, which was smooth and calm as the tide went out, slightly rougher and fun for our school age kids, as the tide came in. We twice saw dolphins in the shallow waters. There is a stair case at the back of the house leading directly into the beach/waves depending on the tide, and its a unique and great amenity! We used the pool, which has some shady areas when taking a break from the beach and cooked large meals together in the smartly laid out and organized kitchen and grill. I highly recommend this property for groups of families and friends, it's also great for families with kids.

This was our 3rd year at 3109 Marshall. Our family enjoys the location and amenities of this house. The view is amazing! During low tide we have our own private beach (although the secret must be out as more people were on the beach this year). The kids love to kayak and paddleboard during low tide and ride the waves at high tide.
We have already booked for 2018 and the kids are counting down the days!
