Whether here 2 or 20 days, you will thrive in this virtually new, central air conditioned custom home with 3600 sq ft, 5 bedrooms (7 beds, a trundle & 2 sofa-beds) with 6 full baths and 3 half baths, plus Dish, DVRs, WIFI, & Hot Tub.
Living areas include a luxury suite with king bed, high ceilings with fan, 52" flat screen TV with DVR and en-suite bath with double vanities and ample storage. The adjoining study has a half bath, full granite wet bar with glassware, stools, sink plus wine/mini fridge and sonic ice maker.
The first floor, in addition to the luxury suite with study, has a spacious primary deck including a large comfortable conversation seating area with outdoor picnic table. There's an additional sunning deck with chase lounges. The location is perfect and the outdoor kitchen was loved by all...
The only down fall is we could not grill our steaks due to a old grill. But do not worry, a grill was delivered the day before we left!

We booked this house to celebrate our son's senior prom. Nothing crazy, just my husband and I, our two sons, and a handful of my son's classmates. They are great kids who are not the typical "party type" so we had a phenomenal time at this house, relaxing in the hot tub, hitting the beach, and hanging out on the deck. The generous decking, hot tub, outdoor kitchen for grilling, and direct beach access were such a win. The home is immaculately decorated and stocked with every bit of kitchenware you'd ever need. The check in and out process was so easy and our host was very responsive. I do recommend bringing your own towels if you don't want to wash/dry/fold towels before checkout. Also, if you plan to blowdry your hair, bring your own. I did not see any hair dryers in any of the bathrooms as described but none of those things mattered to us. We are already checking our calendars to plan for a future stay. This house is the best on the peninsula!! Can't wait to come back. 10 out of 10.

Beautiful house on the beach with plenty of room to stretch out & relax! Carrin answered all questions. Everyone had a fun time on the beach, hanging out inside & amazed at all the fireworks from 6pm-1:00am on New Year’s Eve!
Just wish the fireplace had been fixed before we arrived. It would be nice to have all light fixtures with working bulbs! And probably time to change the dirty Air/heat filter in the bar area ceiling.

My wife picked out the home for our annual family visit to Crystal Beach. The home had everything we were looking for. We are a family of six (6) adults and six (6) grandchildren. The home is situated on the beach with a private land bridge providing access to the beach without having to drive your vehicles on the beach.
As we walked up the stairs to the multi-level decks, we noticed how sturdy and secure the railings of the deck were for all children to safely play on the decks without fear of falling. As we entered the door, we could see that the home was well appointed with furniture, built-in cabinets, and modern appliances. Additionally, once we lowered the air conditioning, it blew cold and steady in the capacity to completely cool the house down. This is not typically found in many homes on the beach for a variety of reasons.
There were more bathrooms than I could count, and this proved to be a blessing for all the people in our family. The layout was exceptional. The kitchen had a good working area with all the modern conveniences. There was a refrigerator downstairs in a “party bar” and a wine cooler in the bar area/adult den. The bar also had a crush ice machine so keeping drinks cold was not a problem. The nice thing about the layout was that the adults could stay in the bar/adult den which had a line of sight on the other den in which the children played in.
The master bedroom and bathroom were large and well-appointed. The walk-in shower had two shower areas. Cabinet space was plentiful. Between the dining room table and seats and the bar stools and kitchen granite top, we could comfortably seat everyone for our meals. The game room upstairs was a sanctuary for the kids when they played on their iPads.
The land bridge access to the beach was exceptional and spared us of having to get beach passes for all our cars to bring our things to the beach. It also proved to be a great spot to fly our kites. The entire bottom floor is dedicated to parking your vehicles and is gated. If you are so inclined, there is also a very large bar area downstairs for more festive events.
The home was a quality home in which you could see the owners spared no expense in creating an elegant place to stay while preserving the vibes of a beach house.
I would like to thank Carinn, the home manager and contact, who was a pleasant resource for us. This will be one home that we may enjoy multiple times. Bravo and thanks for exceeding our expectations. Rocco

8 adults, 3 kids tons of space
We had a seven day vacation, an engagement, a first timer to the beach, a visit to the board walk, and many memories made and most because of this beautiful home. We enjoyed the bar down stairs and easy access to beach! Plenty of bedrooms and fully stocked! We will for sure be back! I can’t say enough about Carinn and how great she is! Loved this place and the loacation!

Beautiful home for a large group gathering!
This is a luxury home. Large, spacious, many bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate multiple families or large groups. The private beach access is wonderful for groups with small or young children. The playground in the backyard is an extra bonus. The lower level kitchen cabana and large concrete space with picnic table provides for outside eating and extra play area. This was our second visit and the family cannot wait to go back again. The kitchen is very well stocked with any dish or cooking utensil you would need. There are even spices in one of the cabinets. There is the full-size fridge in the kitchen as well as a smaller fridge in the master suite area as well as the cabana. Carinn is very attentive and responds quickly to any and all inquiries.

Great property, as advertised. Direct beach access and convenient to services along the Bolivar Peninsula. The beach attracts weekend squadrons of jeeps etc with their party-loving passengers whose noise was not an issue from indoors or even, mostly, on the multiple decks of the property.

We loved everything about this VRBO! The outdoor area was our favorite place. The decks upstairs were perfect after a day at the beach. Beds comfy, kitchen has everything you would need. We cooked all our meals downstairs in the outdoor kitchen area. We wished we could have stayed longer and will be back.

Great house on the beach!
This house was perfect for our group. It had many amenities (however some were not working) and its location was good for getting to the beach. Drawbacks were people camping and partying on the beach right behind the house. Yes, I know it was spring break but the noise kind of ruined the peace and serenity. Enjoyed morning and evening walks on the beach. I gave it two stars for location due to the fact the only porta potties on the beach were located by this house. I think that is why the party people choose to locate right behind the house.

So disappointed
I was so excited to get to this house. It is a beautiful house and being right on the beach was amazing. Definitely enough space and the house was well stocked and very clean. The problem was the swings were broken or not there, outside furniture was tattered and torn, broken furniture in the house, swing set toy was rusted and broken, rusty nails in kid toys, moldy ice maker, some TVs would not work, shower in shared bathroom doesn't work. I was very disappointed in these things. Mostly that the swings were broken or missing .

This place is AMAZING! We had the best time and the location is great! The owner was very helpful and kind. The picture online has a hot tub but it is not available for use from renters. Just Book It! You Won’t Regret It.
We are not strangers to renting beach houses. We’ve stayed in some really nice ones, and we’ve also stayed in many that left a lot to be desired. Sometimes you really don’t know what you are getting until you get there because the pictures make everything look nicer. This house is exactly as advertised, and then some. It is clean, well appointed and beautiful. The bar on the ground level makes for a great entertaining area, just steps from the beach. When you aren’t on the beach, you have your own playground to keep the kids entertained. The property manager is also very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions you may have. We really enjoyed Mother’s Day weekend here, and we will most definitely be back. I can’t wait for our next trip.

Great property, huge floor plan that gave everyone their own space. Great common areas as well. Fully stocked, we cooked most our meals there and we had everything we needed. Even cupcake pans for a 4 year old’s birthday party. The playground was a hit with the kids and the beach access made it a lot easier with the kids. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Property
We had a WONDERFUL time with our family staying at Just Breathe! Our family of 10 had plenty of room ( with lot's of room to spare)! This house has almost everything you could need. The home is stunning and elegant. Being directly on the beach was AMAZING! The many balconies overlooking the water was divine and so relaxing. Adults and kids alike had a great time.
The property manager was quick to respond to any questions and helpful. The process couldn't have been smoother.
The only negative I would give this property is that the internet is beyond SLOW. You are also not allowed to stream any movies etc... For the amount of money for the rental I would expect better internet to be honest. If you are needing to work from this location like some of us had to you need to be aware of this and plan.

Just enjoy at Just Breathe!
Cannot say enough positive things about the Just Breathe property. It is gorgeous, well-maintained, finely appointed, and with a kitchen fully-stocked with every dish and pan you could hope for. We were there over Christmas and there was even some Christmas decor for us to enjoy. The backyard with private access to the beach was so nice! We enjoyed the many decks, and would love to rent this fabulous home again in the future!
