About this house rental

Casa Claudio Colorado is a three bedroom, two bathroom unit in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. It is completely renovated inside (December 2018) and is equipped with all new appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with a rustic glam feel. It is a duplex unit location with an attached one car garage. Located less than 2 miles to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds and many sightseeing spots! Only one block away is beautiful Colorado Avenue which boasts some amazing restaurants and shops. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed, one queen and a twin/full bunk bed. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, high chair, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. We liked it so much, we booked it again - almost a year in advance. Walkable to lots of restaurants, equipped to cook and eat in. Great spaces to gather - front porch, family room (downstairs). New table added to open kitchen area, perfect for game night.

Beautiful duplex only a block from Colorado Ave where you will find many shops and restaurants. The kids loved the short walk to Old Colorado Creamery! They also loved the bunk beds and drawing on the easel in the bedroom. I loved the very short drive to Garden of the Gods and Manitu Springs.

We were thrilled with our stay! We are a family of 4 with 2 kids (ages 9 and 11). The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The kids chose to sleep together because they loved the bunk beds, though they could have had their own rooms! The beds were cozy and the house was immaculate. The location was amazing—we could walk everywhere downtown! The host was very kind and communicative. We recommend this house highly!

There are so many things to see and do in the area and this place was located in the perfect spot. Easy to get to and quiet with a small town vibe. So many great restaurants in the Old Colorado City area. We packed in tons of activities such as several hiking outing in Garden of the Gods, Pike’s Peak CogRail, Cave of the Winds, horseback riding, Seven Falls, and The Royal Gorge Route Railway. Great place would recommend to others and would stay there again if we return to the area in the future.

We were in town for USAF graduation. Perfect option as other family rented the other side of duplex so we were close but each had our own space. Location is great - walkable to downtown Old Colorado City and many dining options. Home was exactly as pictured and very clean and comfortable. Would stay again and highly recommend to anyone.

We loved staying here! When talking about our vacation our youngest tells everyone about “the place with the bunk beds!” Well equipped with everything we needed and very clean! Would stay here again for sure!

This home provided everything we needed for our 6 day vacation. Very clean and the location in Old Colorado Springs was absolutely perfect for us as most of the things we did were on this side of town. There are so many beautiful shops and amazing places to eat just a short walk away. If we make it back to Colorado Springs in the future we would stay here again for sure!

This home is beautifully renovated with a wonderful set up, very clean, mountain views, and in a fantastic location. Short walking distance to popular restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Very short drive to the manitou incline and cog railway. The only reason for a less than perfect rating is that it lists a hot tub as an amenity but there is not actually one available. The reason for our trip was to hike the manitou incline, and we specifically tried to pick a place to stay with a hot tub to recover in afterward. Despite that disappointment, it was a wonderful stay that we would highly recommend.

It was exactly as described! Clean 3 bedroom home that had more than enough room for 3 adults. Walking distance to charming shops and restaurants. Nicely decorated, new appliances and furnishings. Host was easy to contact. We will stay here again the next time we’re in CO Springs!

We loved our time here! The house had everything we needed and more! Our younger daughters appreciated the bunk bed, pack and play and the fun chalk to play with. We enjoyed the lower level TV and fireplace area - it was quite cozy during the snow. The location was close to everything Garden of the Gods, Penny Arcades, The Broadmoor, etc and it was walking distance to some great restaurants. The owners were very responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for seven days the week of Thanksgiving. The property owner was wonderful and easy to communicate with. There was plenty of amenities inside the unit, such as coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster oven, plenty utensils and cookware. The beds were all comfortable, there were plenty of clean linens for the bathrooms and on the beds. The fireplace was wonderful. The location to activities was the best. We will be back in the warmer months and will stay here again. We had two adults and three children (6,7 and 8).

The place is clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained! It has all the amenities you would want in a home away from home. We loved our stay here. As a bonus, it is a great place to stay as a jumping off point to many of the activities in Colorado Springs.

Our VRBO was exactly as advertised! It couldn't have been a better location. The room arrangement was perfect and the decor was nicely done. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and it was just a short drive to the sites like, Garden of the Gods and the Pike Peak Cog Train ride. I highly recommend this VRBO!

The location of the property was so close to everything we wanted. Restaurants, shopping, gas, grocery store and so many things to see. We were in the heart of everything but was quite and relaxed. We had four adults and one elementary age child but never felt crowded. We would end the evening sitting by the fire. We absolutely enjoyed everything the property had to offer!!

The condo is nicely decorated, really clean, and so close to restaurants and shops in Old Colorado City. Also very close to the cog railroad for Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. Has a cute patio for relaxing after a day hiking at Garden of the Gods.

Townhouse was exactly as pictured. Very clean and updated. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Location is ideal - walkable to shops and restaurants in Old Colorado City historic area and a short drive to many local sites in the Colo Springs and Manitou Springs areas. We did the Pikes Peak Cog Railway, hiked at Seven Falls and Garden of the Gods, toured Cave of the Winds, and explored the many shops and restaurants of Manitou Springs, all within about 10-15 min drive, and there were many more options if we'd had more time. Would definitely stay here again if we're back in the area.

This place is wonderful! It had everything we needed, was comfortable and the location was awesome! So many good restaurants within walking distance, We went to Garden of the Gods every day because it was such a short drive. Communication with the owners was great! Don’t hesitate on booking!

The home was beautiful and ideal for myself and 4 teenagers. Was also equipped for families with small children. Old city was a 2 minute walk down the hill, easy access to ice cream, coffee, dinner and shopping. Pikes peak and Manitou incline were 15-20 drive, just a beautiful area. Only regret is that we did not plan to stay longer! Thank you .

This place was wonderful. Very modern and comfortable. The place had everything that we needed for our stay and was very close to the many attractions of Colorado Springs. Check in went smoothly and communication with the property manager was timely. Plenty of room at the house and it was very clean. There was a great view from the deck of the mountains.
