About this house rental
This vibrant, spacious four bedroom, three bathroom home features sweeping views of Kachemak Bay, Cook Inlet, and the Homer Spit, all backed by snow-capped mountains and glaciers. The home is tucked away, offering guests ample privacy. There is a picnic table, gas grill, and wrap-around deck perfect for soaking up the sun or admiring the splendor of Homer below.
There is a Private Entry apartment on the ground level. This unit provides the fourth bedroom (queen), a full bath, a living room, and a kitchenette. The futon in the living room can be made into a queen bed. If this unit is not necessary for your group, cost will be decreased by $100. Mention this to the property manager, Connie for the discount
The main level features the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, master with full bath en suite, and library with a futon (which can be made into a queen bed). Vaulted ceilings, cheery colors, and floor to ceiling windows maximize natural light and give the property an airy, cozy feeling.

Our grandson picked Alaska as his graduation trip present. 12 of us were quite comfortable here at miracle ridge. Connie was great to work with and the house definitely has a million dollar view!!! Our stay was enjoyed by all…definitely would recommend this property..!!

Had a wonderful time at Miracle Ridge. View was breathtaking and fishing quite successful. Magnificent scenery abounds. House was very nice for our group. My granddaughter loved the bedroom nook. Think the house overall is in need of alittle TLC but did not take away from our enjoyment of the property. Connie was womderful.

Like the title says, what a view! The home was warm and inviting while being comfortable enough for 10 gentlemen to enjoy on a business trip. The view was unbelievable and Connie was easy to contact when we needed some help. Overall a great experience.

We had mostly adults, single, not couples, so couldn't get more than 12 in the provided beds. But it was comfortable, great views, convenient kitchen and very helpful manager.

The house is located on a hill with a stunning spectacular ocean view. It overlooks the Kachemak Bay, the spit and mountains. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was as beautiful in real life as it was in pictures! We saw moose and bear from the front windows! Can't wait to come back.

Miracle Ridge is AMAZING!
We could not believe how incredible the views were from this property. I cannot imagine that there is a better place in or near Homer. It was very conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and the boat docks. The space was perfect for our group of 12. Just the right amount of places to sleep, and plenty of room in the kitchen and other living spaces. The communication with the property manager was also great. Thank you! I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Homer.

One Woman's Coronavirus Perk
Several months ago, because of the coronavirus, my 3 oldest children were forced to return to Alaska from their various parts of the world (Honduras, Ghana and yes, even Idaho). Realizing this was probably the last time we would all be together, we rented Miracle Ridge in Homer. The house was beautiful and clean and fit all 8 of us very comfortably. The owner was considerate and attentive. We had a wonderful time with our last minute family reunion! Thank you, Miracle Ridge!!

What a view!
This place was a perfect fit for our party of 9. My husband and I had treated our families to an Alaskan trip and what a roomie house this was! My in-laws stayed at the unit downstairs which was its own private apartment, my parents got the first floor master, and our siblings and us had the bedrooms upstairs. The views were spectacular and roughly 10 min into town. Everything is essentially provided for (shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, etc). There was a leak that we informed them of that they were in the process of fixing anyways. I was impressed with how quickly Connie and Lauren responded! Honestly, this place was fantastic and I would definitely stay there again if we ever find ourselves in Homer again (which may be awhile since we caught over 160 lbs of halibut!).

Spectacular!
Miracle Ridge is a spectacular home. The view is incredible! This home provided more than enough room for all 16 of our guests. The location was perfect for trips into Homer, to a wedding venue and activities outside of Homer. This home had a lot of small extras to make our stay nicer. We loved all of the little details, such as the labels and personal note.The owner, Connie, is fantastic. She responded quickly to all of our questions, and other communications. We will not hesitate to stay again if we ever have the chance to visit Homer again. We highly recommend this property!

Awesome View
The view is absolutely amazing. Our family enjoyed our 2 week stay. Private, quiet, and relaxing. 10 minute drive to Homer, 20 minutes to the shops on the Spit. Connie (property management) was always a txt or call away, always answered questions within a few minutes. We would absolutely return in the future. We did see Eagles and a moose nearby.

Wonderful views and accommodates a large group
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely home overlooking Kachemak Bat and the spit. The living room is easy to relax in and the kitchen dining area allows for ‘cooking at home’ while on cacation.
The house was clean and well appointed.
Our large group was able to divy up the separate beds so no non-couples had to share space.
I would highly recommend this house.

Wonderful views and lovely home
Our large group enjoyed this beautiful home in Homer Alaska. Plenty of sleeping space, a well appointed kitchen, a dining area for eating OR games, and a nice living room. The large windows afford a lovely view overlooking the Homer spit and distant mountains. We saw eagles and moose from the door step.Id highly recommend d this house.

Rental was managed well, clean, well equipped and the view is amazing. We were very pleased with our choice of vacation homes and highly recommend Miracle Ridge.

What a view!
Our first impression was the view! Remarkable! Our family of 10 loved the space - enough for everyone! (Our "private" 16 yr. old, 6-foot grandson chose to sleep in the apartment rather than on the "little" bed in the corner, so everyone was accommodated.)
Our only problem was the dryer - the clothes came out with a distinct odor and had to be washed again, and again.
We really enjoyed Homer: our children/grandchildren spent their time there hiking, kayaking, & fishing. Paul & I enjoyed the "Islands & Ocean Visitor Center" & our wonderful "Bear Adventure"! And we all loved the Spit & it's delicious seafood!
Everyone needs to put the Kenai Peninsula on their bucket lists!

Beautiful views; accomodating owner
The view of the Homer Spit and surrounding area from this home is amazing! The house was clean with plenty of towels and sleeping space for our large group. The property owner (Connie) was very accomodating. She let us come in a day earlier than planned and checked in with us a couple of times to make sure all was okay. The adjoining apartment also worked out nicely for our son who traveled with extra photography gear and needed the extra space to spread out.

Excellent view of Homer bay and Spit and the house is very well appointed.
Our family of four generation with 10 peoples stayed in the house for four night and we all enjoyed staying in the house. The living room and kitchen as well as the dinning room are connected together to provide quite a large space for us to everybody to interact and enjoying together. The extra apartment allow our family of four couples sufficient privacy when we need to be alone. The kitchen and utilities are well equipped to let us felt that we are living in our own house. If we have a chance to go to Homer again, we will like to stay in the same house again.

Gorgeous Views And Plenty of Space
My family stayed here with a big group (15 adults) during a 10 day trip to Alaska. The property has the most gorgeous views and lots of space, with big bedrooms. The kitchen has the cooking and serving basics, plus an outdoor grill, so you can cook/eat at "home" while enjoying the view. The house is only 10 minutes from the slip/downtown (including grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, shops, etc), so very convenient. Connie was attentive, available and responsive to all our questions during our stay! We would absolutely stay here again, Homer was our favorite part of the trip. The only thing worth noting is that some of the beds are out in the open spaces, including the two futons, (this is noted in the listing), so if you are with a big group, not everyone will have privacy. Also - if you are going in the summer, bring a sleep mask, there are no blackout curtains.

View! House is located up a scenic road, and once you reach the property the view is breathtaking!
We absolutely can’t say enough about the view from the property! Our stay was very enjoyable the house was very clean and beds slept very well. Connie is wonderful to work with through the entire process. My wife left her jacket behind and Connie got it mailed so we had it at our next destination. I have nothing bad to say about the entire experience from booking to the property to our entire stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone traveling to the Homer area you won’t have a better view and nicer property management. Thanks Connie and Team for making our first leg of our 15 day vacation a memorable one!
