Entire property was set up really well . Beds where great, everything met expectations.

Great location, very private and cozy
Villa was different from pictures provided, furniture wasn’t the same, I expected fabrics couch but got leather look which is not so cozy in winter, also advertised as double bed but it was 2 singles pushed together, was very uncomfortable to sleep kept sinking in the middle, bath and spa bath not as in pictures provided, very deceptive, spiderwebs everywhere inside.

Lovely location and facilities. Had most things needed. It wasn’t entirely clear from the the bookings.com listing that it has a large spa bath in both rooms. So slight overkill for our 5 year old but was definitely a comfortable stay all the same.
Honestly nothing terrible, but some advice. Driveway is not for the faint of heart when wet. Beds were a bit soft. Sensor exhaust fan in one of the bedrooms took a fair amount of time to stop so would advise against having a spa bath right before bed.

Everything else was good.
It was really hard to park the car. The driveway was too steep. The bed was too soft.

- Fantastic location just down the road from some great little places to eat and shop
- lovely walk down to the hepburn reserve and spa
- beautiful views
- relatively quiet, after some loud music at night on the first few nights
- Well-equipped kitchen
- Good supply of coffee
- High ceiling and exposed beams
- Comfy beds with plenty of extra blankets provided
Ants! We had to wipe them off the wall and kitchen counter regularly by the last day
- Very steep driveway that we struggled to drive up. Ended up parking on the road like other guests, but this was not ideal as there is no pavement and is close to a bend
- Cold! The big windows with blinds/shutters and hard floors are perfect for warmer weather but rug up if you head out in the winter
- Stairs not great for kids. Our youngest had a bit of a tumble.
- Sharp corners on bed frames. We kept bumping our shins into them.
- When we came back one afternoon all the TVs had been turned on which felt a bit odd.
- No vacuum cleaner or dustpan/brush
- We had some difficulty with the spa bath settings
- Felt rushed to leave. Cleaner arrived on driveway 15 mins before checkout, this has never happened before in our stays at other properties

rooms were cosy, the upstairs was gorgeous, loved the spa baths, convenient location
the only improvement that could add to the experience would be heated flooring in the bathrooms as they are freezing first thing in the morning.

Open & light filled space, spa bath tubs in both bedrooms was nice, gas fire place, hamper, quoits game, & being in nature.
it’s not so much as not liked, just comment for improvement- perhaps have indoor walking slippers (we generally don’t luke walking inside with outside shoes on) & bathrobes would be nice.

location was great and it was clean and warm inside.
we both enjoyed everything about the property

The location is perfect, which is very close to the Hepburn Springs and 7 mins driving to Daylesford centre. The house is built in the nature environment. We saw a kangaroo lying in 10 meters back to the house.
There are too many spider webs in the living room.

Beautiful accommodation, really spacious, clean and comfortable. The spa, view and fire place was amazing and the bed was very comfortable 👌
Nothing, it was an amazing weekend

House quite dusty.

Large bedrooms and bathrooms with large spa’s. spacious upstairs family room with good views. Very good air conditioning. Nice welcome hamper.
It didn’t feel as clean as it should to us.
The bed was way too soft.
Bottom spa jets were not working.
Hard to find initially and hard to get in and out of steep driveway safely.

everything, we absolutely loved the spa pavilions, Ian was so accomodating and lovely always quick to get back to any questions and allowed us a late checkout, thank you so much!
that the second bedroom wasn’t open so we couldn’t have a sit outside, we had to go outside and around the house to enjoy the view

Even the weather was awful, we still enjoyed our 3 days holiday in this accommodation. Everything you’ll need during your stay is well provided. And the kitchen is full of all kinds of utensils. The decoration is awesome, fits well with it’s natural view, definitely worth the price(the mattress is super comfy). WIFI is great, and they have all accounts logged in ready to go on both downstairs and upstairs’s TV. Just when I thought it can’t be any better, they post me back my staff that I forgot to pack for free…

View from upstairs, Upstairs sitting area and spa and bathroom area. Nice hamper, towels, cleanliness
It is a lovely place and overall feel is good but for hte price , I would expect Bed and pillows to be better, ice maker had bugs in it, expected a wood fire rather than gas and more hanging space for clothes.

beautiful position, warm n cosy
needed a little maintenance to certain areas but nothing major
the bed we used could use rotating to compensate for the sagging in the middle

great location nice comfy home
The dive was a little steep and slippery when wet and was a little hard to get up in the morning and also in the evening when wet . Other then that its a great place to stay and relax .

the lighting upstairs is semi darkness. You can’t really read a book or anything in the living room. The light is only ok for watching TV. We got kids sleeping in bedroom so we can’t really read books in bedroom
