This home has everything you need to have a successful stay and is well cared for. The location is impressive, each day we saw dolphins from the deck and the snorkeling was fun as well. Other days there were crashing waves so it was bell balanced for everyone. We stayed for a month with our two teenage sons. Plenty or space for privacy and hanging together. Strongly recommend this home.

The house we rented was awesome with a spectacular view of the ocean and beach! Located conveniently to everything one might need and easy to access other parts of the island. Highly recommend for a super getaway!

Nice location. Comfortable home. Easy grab and go beach gear.
Some things that could use an upgrade include the bikes and kitchen items such as skillets and additional glassware was needed.

This house was wonderful! The property is one that faces the beach/ocean directly. You have private, stair access right to the beach-shared only with the other houses in the street. You can enjoy your morning coffee and evening sunset staring at the water. Incredibly helpful is the fact that under the house there are beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and more! All you need to stay at the beach-shared even provides a cooler to take to the beach. The house is very pretty and the location is simply amazing!

We had a wonderful time in Oahu staying in this great home. The location is perfect, the beach is beautiful and not crowded. We loved everything about our trip and this home. Cindy was great from the time of booking until checkout. We had no hiccups or issues with the home during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

My family stayed here for spring break and enjoyed it so much. It was nice to be far away from crowded, tourist-filled Waikiki, The house location is perfect. It is set back from the main road, so it is very quiet and private. We could walk to the grocery store, food trucks, and beaches. The house had a beautiful view of the ocean. We could sit on the back deck and watch the waves crash on the shore and see the sunset each evening. We could also see whales off in the distance. I recommend bringing binoculars. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. I can't think of anything I would change, except I wish we could have stayed more than a week. We would definitely stay here again. Cindy was very easy to work with, and everything went smoothly.

This rental exceeded our expectations and most importantly the management responded quickly to minor issues that developed. They even trimmed/removed a tree that under certain wind conditions would bang against the house roof and make a racket. Early in our stay the living room furniture was replaced with very comfortable chairs and a new sofa. The condition of the house was very good to excellent. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend this house to anyone who wants to visit the North Shore of Ohau

Our family LOVED staying at Cindy's home on North Shore. The location was incredible. Walking just steps to the beach, seeing whales off the deck and enjoying rainbows and sunsets from the deck was truly amazing. The home was just steps to Shark's Cove, which was a family favorite. A daily walk to the market for Poke was a highlight for lunch. The accommodations were wonderful and the beach equipment available for guests was very well thought out and appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked also. Beds were very comfortable. The family room furniture was a bit uncomfortable, but everything else was great! Cindy was very nice and easy to work with. We are all hoping to stay there again in the future and would highly recommend this property to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful lifelong memory for our family.

Cindy's home was nothing short of amazing! We had the most spectacular family vacation because of how intimate, accommodating, and beautiful the space is! We were a group of 3 couples and a 1 year old and never felt cramped. The kitchen had everything you need to make a big family dinner. We enjoyed the easy beach access and the bikes! Just a 5 min bike ride to local food trucks, foodland, and snorkeling at sharks cove! Sunsets are gorgeous from the patio and we stargazed at night in the lawn! Cindy was super responsive when I reached out with questions! We will for sure be back! Thanks Cindy!

We love the location! The tide pools in the rocks are endlessly changing and the beach is all but deserted. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. I hope we have the opportunity. Mahalo

This was our family's first trip to the islands and we researched places to stay like crazy. The biggest mindset change that happened for us is when we moved on from searching hotels and resorts to searching for homes to rent. My concern with the hotel route is that while $300 a night may get you on the beach, you are still in a generic hotel room with nothing more than two queens beds for a family to share. I didn't see that providing anyone a chance to decompress in a hotel room.
Then we looked at suites. When exploring these options, the prices quickly exceeded $500 a night and become very pricey quickly. Finally we stumbled upon VRBO and the search began anew with refreshed hope that we would get everything we hoped for in a price we could afford.
Once we made it to this house, all of our worries about if we made the right choice vanished instantly. The home is gorgeous, spacious and very well kept. The pictures of the house do not do it justice for how spacious it is on the inside. Also, after arriving here after a few days at Kona in another VRBO home that did not have AC, I must admit, the AC was nice in the afternoon. Then we usually turned it off after sunset and enjoyed a very nice breeze throughout the place.
The views off the huge back porch were fantastic while the sunsets were incredible. Walk down the backyard's stairway to the beach and you'll find yourself on an expansive pristine smooth sandy beach off to the right. We were amazed at how uncrowded the beach was as it almost felt like a private beach for us.
The home is also very generously equipped with just about anything you could need for a trip to the beach. A few minute walk down the road finds you at Shark's Cove which has fantastic snorkeling and a small army of food trucks with a wide array dishes to satisfy everyone's pallet.
Above and beyond all the easily depicted "greats" this home and location offer, was the gracious nature of the owners - Paul and Cindy. They happened to be there cleaning their third home on the property upon our arrival. They are truly genuine people that care about their quests and wanted to make sure we were pleased with everything.
We did not see them again during our five nights there, so I am not sure if you will get the pleasure of meeting them. However, you can rest assured that they are doing everything they can behind the scenes to make your stay the best!
100% glad we choose a home and not a resort.

By day 2, my kids all asked if we can return again next year! The home was fantastic, the grounds were very well maintained and the location was awesome! My husband and I loved riding the bikes into the store for wine and food. And the walk/bike path was great in either directions. Sand was beautiful and plenty of room on the beach for others..never crowded! Easy to snorkel around the point into Shark's Cove and then return to our little slice of heaven away from the crowds.
Great location if you want to explore the north shore...so much to do in either direction of the house! Waterfalls, Farm Tours, Food Trucks, Kayaking, Body Surfing, Snorkelling, Diving with Sharks, Sandbar Adventures... And if you wanna stay put...the local Foodland delivers everything you need at comparable prices and the staff were super friendly!
The kids loved searching for crabs on the beach or geckos on the trees...and the occasional few on the patio at night. The game Battleship was available and became a regular part of our day between various family members.
This home gave our family a fantastic place to be together and create new memories! Until next time...

Our expectations were high after having read the rewiews of former guests and we were not disappointed! The house is beautiful, the beach gorgeous, the equipment more than abundant and the nearby foodtrucks yummie. You just don't want to leave!
