The beach entrance is right around the corner from the home (about 400 ft) and is one of the most popular surfing beaches in the area. The home features plenty of gathering space and privacy with a partial blue ocean view from master bedroom and sandy beach for miles.

Enough room for the family, really enjoyed the open living/kitchen area where we could all be together!

This was a beautiful home. We only rented one side. Opening the windows lets cool air come in, and you should keep your windows open at night.
However, the people who rented the house next door were partyiers—talking loudly and drinking until midnight for the first few nights. This made it hard for people whose rooms were closest to leave their windows open for fresh air.
The furniture was fine. The beds are soft, which I like, but everyone has a favorite bed type.
My main complaint is the kitchen fan. It did not work. Joe (the staff overseeing the property) immediately sent a worker to address it. Unfortunately, the worker said it was broken and needed a total replacement (which would take some time after we left, given the required time to get a replacement). That meant every day, at every meal (2-3 times a day), the smoke alarms would go off when we fried food or used the oven. When we boiled water for noodles, it did not go off. Other times, it went off. I hope this is fixed as it was inconvenient. The trick to reduce the length of noise was opening ALL the windows on the 1st floor and the door closest to the backyard/patio. We also had someone stand close to the smoke alarm closest to the back door and fan it to reduce the time it would go off.
If the fan is fixed and there are quiet neighbors, the walk to the beach is worth it. Note: the walk isn't safe for someone with mobility issues as the area is currently being cared for to prevent erosion.

Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our large group of adults. The kitchen and large eating area was great. The living area was not large enough for the occupancy of the house. Fireplace did not work. Another table for smaller groups to play games would have been nice. Beach access was not great. Neighborhood ok. Property manager was outstanding and always available and helpful.

The weather was unseasonably warm and sunny, the location is good when speaking of it’s proximity to beaches, parks, attractions but the neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired, trashy yards as you enter from the highway, very rundown houses/rentals and it was very concerning as we approached the house. Parking is very tight especially considering this place is supposed to accommodate 20 people and there is no on street parking. There is an identical unit next door, which they don’t tell you, you basically share the yard with. Our neighbors, were up until past midnight each night they were there with the flood lights on, which shone directly into 5 of the bedrooms. They were also loud and smoking all the time they were out there. We tried to intervene each night but got no where with them. When we arrived the garbage cans were over filled with bags of garbage all over the yard. We were instructed to put the cans out on Sunday night but not the overfill, which would have filled the 2 cans again and would have left us no room for our garbage. Some of our group got up and spoke with the garbage collectors and got them to take all of the extra bags which we had to gather and take out to the road to get collected. The second day were were there one of the on suite bathroom toilets backed up and we were accused of putting a diaper down the toilet, funny we didn’t have any children in diapers in our group. It took them 2 days to get that issue fixed. 2 smoke detectors were totally missing, one was in a bedroom. As mentioned in other reviews multiple windows, almost half, do not have screens. I specifically asked about that prior to our stay and was told that the upstairs windows should not be opened for “safety” because someone could fall out a window, even with a screen....and if we needed to be cooler we should use the air conditioning to cool down. Good experience for our large family. One dishwasher was out of commission upon arrival. The second dishwasher quit working after several days. Property manager arranged to have them both replaced within 2days. Inconvenient for a time but otherwise an acceptable experience.

Deck was a mess, baseboards on the island in kitchen falling off all scraped chipping off, there was hair in the bathroom in the drawers, was very dusty Few people had dust mite reactions and left a day sooner. One dishwasher isn’t working, house is not worth the money I paid for 3 nights. Stayed there 2-3 years ago was much better. Couches are very dusty and the fan blades are covered in dust ... won’t stay there again But location is perfect, beach is beautiful and great

Enjoyed the large house with plenty of bedrooms. A few problems… many screens missing on upstairs windows and we needed to open windows for ventilation. PM didn’t respond to my text. Kitchen missing baking sheets to use in oven and ovens would not heat to desired temp. Took forever to warm things in oven. Beach access was a challenge for some of our family. Yard was very smaller than I thought it looked from pictures.
We loved the instant hot water, hot tub, and warm water outside to wash off feet after the beach.

House was great for 20 of us. Plenty of bed space. Pool/hot tub was a hit. Beach was about a block away and was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked (except for cookie sheets, as someone else has noted). Wish more of the windows had screens on them and we never found the remote for the living room ceiling fan but those are minor issues. The neighborhood security person stopped by the 2nd night to tell us we had too many cars (we had 7, he said the limit was 6) and I pulled up the email from the rental company stating there was room for 7 cars and he was fine with us after that.

The local people who handled our questions and the small issues that we had with the house were great. The swim spawn hot tub were huge and comfortably fit as many of us as wanted to go in at 1 time. Several people in our group really enjoyed the pool table as well. The house was an easy walk to the beach, less than 5 minutes.The rental company who runs this rental, however, was not my favorite. They tried to charge several $100 for aliete checkout, comma they did not supply a is my enough toilet paper to even we're to even come sort of close to enough for the number of people we had for the number of nights we had rented the house And several items that should have been stocked and/or noted prior to our arrival were missing this included things they had specifically said would be present such as dish soap And a working access code to the door. For the amount of money we paid for the rental I would have thought they could have done better. I do not think I would rent from this company in the future although I really as I said didn't enjoy the house.

It was good! However, I wanted to let you know about a few ammeneties that were not working correctly when we arrived. The microwave over the stove doesn't appear to work. The shower in the master bedroom downstairs leaks, and one side of the swim spa doesn't heat anymore. Other than that, everything was very clean and enjoyable! We had a good time hanging out with each other and having fun on the beach!

The location is close enough to walk to the beach, but beach access is only semi improved so it can be a bit steep for older guests. The swim spa and hot tub were a hit
The kitchen was outfitted with most anything you could want and the 2 refrigerators came in handy. Now, for the negatives...the check in instruction email with the door code was never sent, so I spent several minutes looking through reservation emails to find the on-site caretaker's contact information so I could get access to the property. The description of the home includes a lengthy section about their gourmet coffee bar and all of the syrups available to make specialty coffees etc. That was not available at all. I called the rental office and was told they would have the caretaker fix it, but it was never addressed during our stay. For a house designed for up to 20 people a standard 12 cup coffee maker and an espresso machine you can purchase at Target does not equate to gourmet coffee bar. Other than that, the visit was lovely, everything was lean and looked exactly as presented in the listing.

We really loved this house for our family stay at the Oregon Coast. Having two of everything (fridges, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, laundry centers) was really nice, and we loved the huge kitchen table that could seat everyone. Easy walk to the beach. The hot tub/deck area was really nice too, and we appreciated the hose had warm water back there for rinsing the beach of our bodies and clothes. We loved our stay!

We didn’t want to rent a hotel and i started looking for air b n b’s but none fit our wants and needs like this place. Plenty of room for 20, fire pit, a hot tub and a swimming tub, 3min walk to the beach. The house was very clean and taken care of. We had one issue we’re the hot tub stopped working but Joe took care of it right away. Over all this was the most relaxing weekend with out close friends. Would definitely book again

We are Oregon locals that love going to the beach this is the first time we decided to rent a house on the coast. We didn’t want to rent a hotel and i started looking for air b n b’s but none fit our wants and needs like this place. Plenty of room for 20, fire pit, a hot tub and a swimming tub, 3min walk to the beach. The house was very clean and taken care of. We had one issue we’re the hot tub stopped working but Joe took care of it right away. Over all this was the most relaxing weekend with out close friends. Would definitely book again

We loved the house. Super close to the beach. But it showed the location in the middle of lincoln city. When it's actually in depo bay. That is our only complaint. Very clean and super nice.
