Desayuno rico y atención muy amable. Variado y balanceado.
Todo bastante bien, solo tal vez podría mejorar la limpieza de las toallas pero solo eso, todo muy bien y muy agradable.

It is a nice quiet place, specially comparing to the rest of Cancun. Perfect start of our trip in Mexico. The family that run the place are super friendly.
All perfect

Hyggelig personale!

Gorgeous place to stay so close to the beach. The owners made us a lovely breakfast in the morning and let us store our luggage there for a few hours after check out. The swimming pool on the roof is a big highlight

Very close to a nice beach where you can watch the sunrise. Breakfast was amazing and everyone there was very nice. Check-in was very easy, even tho we arrived close to midnight. They offer beach towels and have a really nice rooftop pool! (Don't wear white when going into the pool).

Very friendly and welcoming. Pool on the roof is great.
Mattress was not the most comfortable.

Perfect for my needs. Quiet home but close to lots of nightlife and the beach. Relaxing rooftop pool. Such a cute place. Hosts were super responsive and kind. Loved it.

Breakfast was delicious. Bedroom very nicely decorated. Shared bathroom clean and located very close to the beach and boats to Isla Mujeres.
I left this hotel in tears. It was not all the owner's fault but essentially, my airport transfer were not informed of my delayed plane (although I contacted the owner and told him 5 hours in advance of landing) and they turned up for the wrong flight. They then charged him for this. I then arrived with no transfer and had to pay 98 dollars to get to the hotel.
When I arrived, another couple had taken my key because their key had not been left for them. This made for awkward conversation and, at midnight, the three of us all trying to contact the owner to get the other room opened. The owner did come and sort out the rooms but the tension was still felt at breakfast between me and the other guests.
After breakfast, he asked me to pay the additional 60 dollars for the airport transfer. I said that I had informed him with enough time of the delay and that he should have informed the taxi company. He insisted that it was my error which caused this in giving the wrong flight number (American Airlines did this in my confirmation email apparently). I showed him my flight confirmation which had the details I provided. How could I have known they were wrong?! We had an argument and I left the hotel and felt horrible. I did not want to pay over 150 US dollars for one 25min taxi.

The room was huge with an enormous bed. We had a big bathroom with a bath and shower. We didnt try the jacuzzi function on the bath so I can’t comment. There were great areas to sit and relax as well as a small pool on the roof which was great to cool down. Breakfast was amazing. The best omelette I’ve tasted. The owner is so friendly and helpful. Getting in was tricky till we realised we had the key code instructions on an email - that will teach me to read things properly! The house itself is in a gated community and you have a bracelet to get in and out. The beach is across the road although there are lots of boats moored a bit tricky to get in the sea. Would totally recommend a walk along the beach (about 25 mins) to Puerto Santo restaurant on Puerto Juarez beach. It’s brilliant.
It was great - no issues.

A bit noisy during the night. But it was a nice stay.

Very clean, beautiful house, the hosts made us feel like home, delicious breakfast. I loved the terrace. Overall great value for the money.
Minor details with the facilities: the bathroom and the shower doors need a mechanical stop as they slam easily, the water pressure both in the sink, shower and toilet is very low.

Arturo was so lovely and accommodating. We loved chatting with him and he made our stay very warm and welcoming.

The host was really friendly and chatty and spoke good English which was useful for us! The room was really comfortable and spacious, the bed was very comfy! Breakfast was set up nicely with each room having their own table. Bathroom was really clean with a large shower with hot water - a bonus for Mexico! There’s bikes to hire as well.
We knew when we booked the that the location wasn’t in the main centre of Cancun or the hotel zone so this isn’t a critique of the property but it would be advantageous to have a car and it’s perfect to stay out of the main town. Taxis are quite expensive to the hotel zone so we opted for public transport which was easy enough to navigate via collectivo and the R1/R6 however it took a while with the traffic leaving the hotel zone at the end of the day. Also the restaurants nearby shut quite early so be mindful of that! We ate at Puerto Santo which was very good and in walking distance back - Note that it’s a quiet main road in the dark.

Tasty breakfast freshly prepared in the morning. Arthuro is a super host, will advice you what to see, where to go. The house has a very relaxed atmosphere, you wake at the sound of a bird orchestra.

I loved the place and the staff! It felt like coming home and it was the perfect place to start my holiday!

Spacious room with a terrace and a common rooftop pool. Puerto Juárez is probably the quietest seaside neighbourhood in Cancún, which is something we appreciated a lot.

Arturo is a good host! He gave us information about the area and tips and tricks because we just arrived in Mexico. The casa is located in a small gated community (very safe area) and the houses are really pretty/authentic.
There was 1 crack in the ceiling with something dripping down every 5 seconds. I think they were going to/needed to fix it.

Very friendly host who does anything for you to make you feel comfortable. The place is clean, comfy and quiet, even though a bit far from center - but that's described and fine. There's many means of transportation available.
