About this house rental
This 2100 square foot 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is nestled in the trees at the base of Mount Royal in Frisco, just 1 block from main street. New in 2016, Artic Spa Hot tub. Wood shutters on the windows to keep the rooms extra dark in the morning! The updated kitchen still looks new. Enjoy all the restaurants, shopping just a short walk from this home. The free shuttle stop is just 1 block away as well. There is a 6 person hot tub on the front deck. Frisco STR #4632
Sleeping arrangements: The master bedroom has a king bed and unbelievable views out the large bay window of the mountains and pine trees. There is a window seat to enjoy the warmth and sun. There is a walk in shower in the private newly remodeled bathroom. Enjoy a movie or your favorite show on the tv/dvd in this room. The second bedroom has a queen bed and large closet. The third bedroom has a bunk bed in it, with a double bed on the lower bunk, and twin on the top bunk. These two bedrooms share a newly remodeled bathroom. The fourth bedroom is in the basement, and has 1 twin bed and a bunk with a full size mattress on top and single on bottom. There is also a tv/dvd in this room to make it a small tv room, perfect for children.
Floor plan: the views from this home are fantastic from the front and back. If you are looking for a home with the feeling of being in the mountains of Colorado, this is the one! The living and dining room and kitchen are connected making for a large open area to meet and socialize. There is a large window seat in the bay window which brings much warmth and light. There is also a sofa and loveseat to enjoy the gas fireplace . The dining room has a large table with 10 chairs and to accommodate large family feasts. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with all new appliances, cabinets, and granite counter top and is fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, and silverware. There is a refrigerator, gas range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, and blender. This home as a two car garage that fits medium SUV's. Larger SUV's will have to park behind the garage. There is also a full size washer and dryer.

My wife, adult son & daughter with two friends stayed over the holidays in this home and could not have had enjoyed it more. The house was easy to access, and communication with the owner was very good. It was clean, well stocked, comfortable and more spacious than pictured. We have been to Frisco before and knew we would like the location...it did not disappoint! We will certainly plan to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

The house was very clean and we were able to check in a little early. It was graciously well stocked with kitchen items. It was very comfortable and homey. The directv worked well. Our family enjoyed the nice and clean hottub. We love the ability to walk to the sweet gown of Frisco. We were there to ski but I saw 4 bikes in the garage which would be amazing to use in the summer. They have the best bike paths right there. We have 7 family members there and there was more than enough room and beds! Definitely would recommend this place.

We had a wonderful ski vacation. The house is a close walk to Frisco shops and restaurants and 2 blocks to the free Copper Mountain bus. Loved the hot tub after a day of skiing. Would definitely recommend this property.

We met here from different corners of the US to have a family vacation. The house has a great layout and was fully stocked with all kitchen items for cooking meals. The big table fit everyone perfect! We very much enjoyed our stay and the location was great too.

Great location for accessing multiple ski resorts. Good space. Had 7 guys and all slept comfortable. Garage kinda small but nothing to do to fix that. 4 other places to park besides garage so no big deal. Good communication. Loved it.

We loved our stay in Frisco! The kitchen had all we needed to cook several meals, the hot tub was a welcome treat after a day on the slopes, and the beds were comfy! We made full use of the washer and dryer so we could pack less. Each room has a humidifier and space heater if you like to be warmer at night.

The property met our needs, we were most interested in being out of the house, exploring all that Summit County has to offer in the summer. After long days on the lake, in the mountains or on the bike trails, coming home to a well-stocked, clean home made the days even better.

Our Frisco 2022 Ski Adventure
Frisco Place was exactly as presented and very comfortable for our group. This is the second time we rented this property, it is in a great location with easy access to Breck, Keystone, Copper, Vail, and Beaver Creek and we skied them all. It’s also walking distance to Frisco’s Main Street for shopping and dining.
Property owner was very accessible and responsive for questions and to resolve any concerns. I highly recommend this property.

This property is exactly what we needed. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Everything is there if you want to cook at home. If you felt like going out, the house was 2 blocks from Main Street which has plenty of restaurants and shops. Would definitely go back

Very clean and a great location
Wonderful hot tub and overall good place with two exceptions: It was advertised as a pull out couch in living room, but it was not. Also, full-size bottom bunk in basement was broken making it impossible to sleep on and very difficult to reach the bunk above it.

Great location, beautiful house
Stayed here after attending a wedding in Denver. House located a few blocks off Main Street. Was able to walk all over town including down to the marina. Frisco is a wonderful town! House was clean with all the amenities. Enjoyed the hot tube almost every day. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great Home/Check-in Process Concerning
Great property and great experience. However approx 3 weeks before the actual vacation the owner threatened to cancel because I had not faxed back a form agreeing to “conform to the rules”. The owner went on and on about how “this has NEVER been an issue before with other renters” and continued to degrade me over the phone. I tried to tell her I didn’t have the app and this was the first time I have used VRBO and I apologized. She continued to reiterate how insane it was for me not to have faxed her the signed rule form. Also the Additional COVID rules were not on the form, and the information on the greeting sheet was not accurate (ie house manager was not there). I am generally a flexible/amiable person, but this owners communication skills are lacking.

Early season snow getaway
This property was perfect for our large family. Kitchen was well appointed to accommodate all the meals we made. The location was quiet yet a very quick walk to stores on Main Street. It actually had much more common area than the picketers show. The living room was plenty big enough for all of us to have movie nights and the 10 person table and eating area, which isn’t in the pictures at all, was very large and gave us room for games around the table for the whole family. If you are worried about not having enough space for everyone, worry no more.

Wonderful vacation home
Great location and wonderful home. So close to bike/walking path and downtown. Nice, quiet area too. Kitchen is one of the best equipped we’ve ever seen on a vacation rental. Having bikes to ride with the house was so nice, too!

Outstanding Experience
The house was just as the listing described it. We had ample space for our group of 8 to prepare and eat meals together as well as relax in the living space. We enjoyed being within blocks of downtown Frisco and the biking and hiking trails. We loved our stay.

Second stay, great location
This is the second time I have rented this property and recommend it. The location is very close to Main St and we would often walk to shops or restaurants. This trip had 5 adults and 2 children...plenty of space for all.

Amazing Stay in Frisco
The property was absolutely perfect for a ski week getaway with friends! There were plenty of comfortable beds, ample space for 8 adults, and a well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes and pans for cooking. The hot tub and fire place were both nice touches that added to our experience. The location couldn't be more convenient for those looking to ski, as there are several mountains right near by. Also, the location puts you at about a 5-10 min walk from all the downtown Frisco shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this HomeAway to othes.

Good snow week
Property owner were very helpful because snow storm was coming and we were able to arrive early. Property was well furnished, and worked well for family members. Nice being in Frisco because we were centrally located for skiing Breckenridge, Keystone and one of crew went to Vail. Nice having two car garage because we had three vehicles. Great size and wonderful location
I stayed at the property with my wife and two children (8 & 11) to enjoy skiing at different resorts in the area. During the week we also had a few family guests that joined us for a night or 2; there was plenty of room for everyone and the house was enjoyed by all. The house is located walking distance to the historic Main St. that contains shops and restaurants; I'd been to Frisco in the past and the proximity to Main St. was a big plus when I was reviewing options. We enjoyed the hot tub everyday and found it to be in good condition and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we prepared breakfast and lunch most days (plus one family dinner). The house does contain a 2 car garage, but note that if you're driving a larger SUV that it will only fit 1 at an angle.

Great home base for skiing in CO
This house was a great home base for our ski trip to the CO rockies. The owners made renting incredibly easy and they were attentive to helping make sure our stay was enjoyable. The house is very well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommended.

This property is clean, well-maintained and very well stocked with everything a large party needs. The free ski bus is so convenient, as is the location of the house generally. Ann and Heather are great to work with, too. Definitely a 5-star property!
