This property was a great place to escape from the summer heat at lower altitudes. Communication with the host was great, and the home was very well stocked and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Located very close to the network of bike paths and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Looking forward to returning soon!

Very much enjoyed the stay! Well furnished, well equipped and great location. Only kind of weird thing was other people’s food in fridge and pantry - maybe it’s just me but I don’t want to share peanut butter with anyone besides my family 😂. Other than that - great place and a great location. The communication was probably the best I’ve ever had, and the instructions were very thorough. I would stay here again for sure.

We are a family of six, and found this to be the perfect home! The wonderful location to Lake Dillon and proximity to all desired stores allowed for the ideal family stay. Full updates and all necessary amenities left us lacking in nothing. A DEFINITE REPEAT

This property was wonderful for two families skiing together for a week. We were easily able to walk to the bus for access to Copper and had a short drive to A-Basin. The property has a lovely view which really feels like you are getting away. Close to multiple grocery stores. It was great for us!

Property is absolutely impeccable. It is well stocked, well located and beautifully kept. It’s better than the description. Communication is absolutely impeccable, instructions for everything, we were even allowed to check in a bit early and out a bit late. We will definitely be back.

The condo met the needs of the four of us very well. The views of Lake Dillon and Peak 1 were gorgeous. The hot tub was great. The written instructions were too detailed with excessive rules. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive !

Great location in proximity to stores and restaurants. Beautiful, spacious, and well-furnished house with many excellent features, like private hot tub and in-floor heating.

We had a great time on our trip. The location is very convenient for skiing and there is a ton of other activities, restaurants, and stores close by. Temperatures dipped below zero a couple nights and were consistently very cold so using the locks on the hot tub was a pain. Otherwise everything was great, we would definitely stay again.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation to Frisco. The location was great for snow skiing at Keystone and snowmobiling in Leadville. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. It was roomy enough for our family of six. The hot tub just put the icing on the cake for us! Thank you Angela for being the best host! Highly recommend!

The house was very accommodating and the owner was very friendly and helpful with our needs. Great views and in a great location close to restaurants, shopping and all stores needed.

This was one of our best vacations ever. We were extremely pleased with this lovely home. We were unsure which resorts we would visit to ski and the central location of Frisco can’t be beat. The home is extremely convenient to the main roads while still offering peace and privacy. We saw wildlife and enjoyed the moonlight from the hot tub. A variety of great restaurants are literally minutes away. We enjoyed German, Mexican and Himalayan foods and one of the best burgers ever. The home is extremely comfortable and well stocked. It exceeded our expectations. It was awesome to have basic supplies such as paper towels, TP and spices in the pantry. We also loved having a washer dryer and the garage area for ski storage. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors we spoke to were helpful and welcoming. This was our first trip to Summit County but we will always stay in Frisco and specifically at this home if available. The owner communicates very well, detailed instructions are provided to assist with your trip and the pride of ownership is apparent in the home. A+ experience. Thank you for hosting us. Made our dream ski trip even more special.

Family vacay - first time in the area. Frisco is absolutely perfect. It’s right off the main highway and a short drive to Vail, Breckenridge, Georgetown, Silverthorne, and many other small towns. Angela is a very attentive property owner and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. The property is the most well-stocked of any I’ve ever stayed in. Pillows, towels, extra blankets in abundance. A kitchen that might be better stocked than my own. Super comfortable beds. It’s not a modern polished chrome and sleek lines rental. It’s homey, comfortable, a little lived in, and lots of warm touches that make you know you’re in someone’s home and not a sterile rental. The hot tub was a fabulous way to unwind after a day of hiking. Frisco has a relaxed and chill vibe and everyone we encountered was like that. Lake Dillon is tranquil and we loved kayaking there. We would totally come back again. Thankful for Angela and all the little touches that made it feel like home.

Enjoyed our time here! Thank you. Clean and welcoming place

Very nice property with an amazing view from the hot tub. Comfortable beds and a plethora of cookware. The guidebook would be easier to use if it was digital and the garage door keypad has a sticky #1 key so it would be better to have a code without 1's in it, but everything else was great.

Angela is thorough and very informative with a binder full of instructions for each amenity and area of the house. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was absolutely perfect.

Spent a wonderful week at Lakepoint Hideaway. Perfect accommodations for multiple families. Beautiful property and spectacular view out back. Convenient location to get to Copper Mountain. Well stocked and appointed. Loved the hot tub!

Very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend! The view from the deluxe hot tub was spectacular, sunrises over the huge fields and far mountains greeted us each morning. Hope to return.

This location had all the amenities needed for a great weekend getaway. Awesome views from the hot tub and living area, plus only 10-15 minute drive to the ski slopes.

This has to be one of the most stocked, outfitted place I have every rented. Amazing, everything you need ! Pots, Pans everything and in great supply ! House was way above expectations, the owners are super communicators and really care if you enjoy their place. Hot tub was amazing and a must after skiing. You can hit all the locations from this very convenient location. 2 seconds from the Interstate, 20 mins from Vail, 40 to Beaver Creek, 15 Mins from Breck..... grocery store across the street ! AMAZING. This is our go-to place now for skiing EPIC Pass resorts.

The communication with the owner from time we sent our deposit through our stay was outstanding.
The property was as advertised and the pictures were accurate on the site.
The location was central to our experiences.
We rented bikes from Rebel bikes one day, which is around the corner. We rode to Sapphire point which is around Lake Dillion and up the mountain.
The next day we rented bikes for the “Vail pass ride” from the Rebel bike shop in Frisco.
The following day we drove about an hour to the Mohawk Trail and hiked up to “Upper Mohawk Lake” on the Spruce trail.
It was challenging but well worth it!!! We ate supper on the way back in Breckridge. Beautiful but crowded and more expensive than Frisco area.
The last day we went rafting on the Arkansas River with the KODI rafting company. We did a class III trip. It was 1.25 hours from Frisco. It was a lot of fun!
Downtown Frisco was great and we enjoy live music our final night on a patio. I
Again the location was great and the property was as advertised
.
Thanks Angela and Brad and when I recover from this adventure we will come back.

The owners clearly love this place and want to make everything available to renters while at the same time preserving the integrity of the property. The information book they supply not only covers the operation of practically everything in the condo but also covers the restaurants, hiking, boating, and other outdoor opportunities in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely property.

We had a great stay in Frisco. Great location to go skiing at Keystone, Breck and Vail. Enough space for 2 families. Great view of the mountains and it was so nice to be able to relax every night at the private hot tub. Also, Anglea was great to work with and was easy to get a hold of when needed. I have never experienced such a hands on owner that wanted to make sure our stay was great. Would recommend to anyone wanting a mountain escape!
