About this house rental

The house is located in a quiet forest edge and is divided into 2 separate apartments. So you can go on holiday in a large group with family, friends, colleagues and everyone can retreat.

The house is suitable for 18 adults and 3 children.

The large apartment has 150 square meters and the small apartment has 75 square meters plus a corridor so a total of 232 square meters are available.

Both apartments have a balcony (in the large apartment the balcony is 40 square meters and in the small apartment about 20 square meters) and cozy living - dining area.

In the smaller apartment there are 2 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a high quality leather box spring bed and has a walk-in closet.

This bathroom has a bath and a shower, which has its own open space. The bathroom is of high quality, with an oak vanity and LED on the ceiling and spots in the wall. The lighting conditions ensure cozy hours in the bathroom.
You will also find a high-quality nobilia kitchen in this cozy apartment. B is equipped with a smoothie maker from WMF or a spice carousel. Nothing should be missing here.

There are 4 bedrooms in the large apartment.
All bedrooms are at least 16 square meters. One bedroom has an extra large wardrobe and also here you wake up and have the breathtaking view of the mountains. A big highlight in this apartment is the bedroom with the water bed, in addition there is one in this room

An open kitchen adjoins the living and dining area, so even large groups can cook together, as the kitchen has a counter with stools.
From the 60 sqm living - dining area you can enjoy the breathtaking view from anywhere from the large window front.

The balconies are equipped with garden furniture and a grill. Children are welcome and cots and high chairs are available free of charge.

Here you will find peace and strength, as there is nothing near you. You can enjoy a good time carefree and have all your loved ones around.
Children will also have fun here.

In the summer months you have the opportunity to use the adjacent forest swimming pool Zorge or just the children and you can see from the large balcony how your children are doing in the outdoor pool.
