Es war etwas kalt für uns, im Bad wäre eine Fußbodenheizung toll gewesen. Trotzdem wärmstens zu empfehlen weil es insgesamt hervorragend war!

Gelungener Kurzurlaub mit kleinen Hindernissen

Für einen Kurztrip nach Leipzig entschieden wir uns für dieses Apartment. Entscheidend für diese Wahl der Ferienwohnung war die Lage, wir wollten die Quarterback Arena gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Das hat auch super funktioniert. Die Ferienwohnung selbst war groß und geräumig und modern eingerichtet, wir sind in der Wohnung mit dem Rollstuhl sehr gut zurechtgekommen. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, jederzeit hilfsbereit.

In der Beschreibung stand, dass es im Haus einen Aufzug gibt. Das war auch richtig, nur leider hielt er immer auf halber Treppe. Außerdem war er sehr klein, wir sind mit dem Rollstuhl nur reingekommen, weil wir Griffe und Fußbrett verändert haben. Das Gepäck musste extra transportiert werden. Fairnishalber muss erwähnt werden, dass uns bei Ankunft eine andere Wohnung, mit nur wenigen Treppenstufen zu erreichen, angeboten wurde. Das war sehr nett, aber ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass bei der Buchung und meinem Hinweis auf den Rollstuhl eventuell schon darauf reagiert worden wäre...Schön wäre ein Sofa gewesen... Die Parkplatzsituation gerade mit unserem Rollstuhltransporter gestaltete sich als schwierig, dafür konnten die Vermieter aber nichts. Im Wohngebiet wurde viel gebaut, selbst Anwohner fanden schwer Stellplätze.

Sehr gut ausgestattet, aber auch sehr laut

Das Zimmer war für mich als Alleinreisende komfortabel ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Ich wurde zudem auch sehr freundlich empfangen.

Lei der ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Zudem funktionierte der Herd nicht.

es war leider nur ein Kurzurlaub zum Ende der Schulferien, hauptsächlich zum Besuch des Zoos

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet, besonders hat unserem Enkelkind das Bett auf der Galerie gefallen (mit eigenem Fernsehgerät). Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte an der Rezeption, sehr freundliches Personal. In unmittelbarer Nähe gab es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Supermarkt). Kurze Wege zu den Straßenbahnhaltestellen.

Ein gut ausgestattetes, geräumiges Appartement, sehr gut mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar, sehr freundliches Personal, An- und Abreise sehr unkompliziert.

relativ gute Lage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung, dafür aber etwas laut

Keine Klimaanlage und kaum Möglichkeit zum Lüften, kein Luftabzug im WC Raum, kaum Küchengeschirr da, kein Kleiderschrank, obere Etage bei reduzierter Deckenhöhe kaum nutzbar. Innenhof, wo eine eigentlich nette Terasse mit Grillmögöichkeit ist, mit Autos zugeparkt.

Would stay there again!

The lady at reception was super nice and helpful. The property’s location was perfect for what we wanted… There are three supermarkets walking distance, different places around to eat, the beds were super comfy.

Sadly they were having problems with the tv (I don’t really recall what) so it couldn’t connect to the wifi and we were not able to watch a movie on netflix (for example).

A good experience in Leipzig

The hotel has a good location, not in the central area, but close to tram stations. The receptionist is a very kind person. The apartment/room is comfortable, with two individual beds put together, and all the necessary stuff to prepare basic food; the bathroom has good space; and the wifi connection went very well during my stay.

For mobile phones, it's easy to connect to wifi through the QR-code at the door; however, it's not so easy from a PC if you cannot decipher the code.

Location is very bed. I could not sleep at all as tramways and vehicles fill like going through the room. Room do not noice protected. I just stay one night , move to another hotel. I asked for refund, but revived nothing. But building location is good, Easy to get a centre City

Highly recommend. Excellent value for money.

Apartment was very comfortable, clean and neat. All amenities which were advertised, were there. All equipment modern and functional. Location is excellent. 2 tram lines are within a hundred meters from property. 4 tram stops away from Leipzig main train station. Takes appx 15 minutes from Main Train Station. The lady manager is extremely efficient and friendly. All my requests were entertained by her immediately and with a smile. Couple of PIZZA restaurants right next to apartment. Also 2-3 bars within a 100 meters. Makes guests feel very comfortable. I requested an extended check out time, which was accepted right away. The coffee pads for coffee machine were given in abundance. I got apartment 11, which has balcony with comfortable furniture. Would definitely choose this place on my next trip to Leipzig.

Wifi could be made a bit strong. Inside the room the signal is good. But sometimes the Wifi did not have good signal in the balcony. So perhaps this could be looked into by management.

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment which I thought there were two rooms that are separated. I guess it is my bad that I didn't look close enough on the images. Good for short stays.

The room is too tight. The drain in the bathroom was forgotten to be clean and was full of hair, thus it was almost clogged.

Location was good. The place is near public transport and shops. Bathroom is nice, it had extra towels and slippers.

The wi-fi coverage was quite poor. The stovetop had to be restarted to make it work. If you have a room next to the street, it will be quite noisy.
