Clean and comfortable room right by all the typical strip mall amenities. Accommodating and professional staff.

Anniversary getaway

The hotel was very modern and up to date. It was very clean and the staff was very nice!

That breakfast was $11 per person, i didn't think it was worth it. And the pool was freezing.

Location. Comfortable room

TV did not work. We called the front desk and retold to turn it on and off several times. This did not help called again and we did not receive an answer from the desk. As one of us was already in the shower, we did not want to change the rooms. There was no written instruction sheets anywhere in the room. We did not know where the ice machine was located. We did not see a menu for the made to order breakfast. We tried looking online, using the hotel code, however, we did not find the information we needed. After 10 PM, we just decided to go to bed and let them to know in the morning.

Nice and area is filled with things to do!

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the couch in the king room was nice. The bathroom was also clean and nice.

The shower was a bit weird - it’s only halfway covered by glass with no curtain or other door so it kind of just sprayed water everywhere… otherwise it was nice. It is a bit expensive. And the pool was constantly busy with no adult hours. So even if we went down there at 9PM (pool closes at 10), there were always kids down there.

Training Business Trip

The staff was wonderful and welcoming. I love the location l, able to get on the highway with ease.

The tub plug was hanging out and the toilet paper roll holder was broken

Good location, and clean

I do not like the billing process over several days and weeks. I have a hard time seeing my bill and need a calculator to add several hits on my credit card. I don't think I would return. Part of the problem goes back to a billing agency outside the hotel.

Room was very nice & location

I was quoted $129. per night & was charged $149 per. I questioned this & was promised that the asst. manager would contact me later in the day when she got in. No contact, just $10 per night discount. My room wasn’t cleaned a single time, I did ask to be skipped the first night. Two different excuses for the rest of stay… we’re short handled & we’re an extended stay hotel. Trash in hallway & elevator, kids running down the hall at night and some one knocked on my door the last night at midnight(ding dong ditch)! Relayed all this to front desk upon check out with just a blank stare as response. Hotel is beautiful but doubtful that I would stay again.

Very poor

There were stains on our comforter and bedsheets. The wifi was not stable at all. The tub drain was out of the tub when we got there, I had to fix it so my kids could take a bath. The hotel was full of kids that were so loud and obnoxious, and the parents were not parenting them. Then I got a call at midnight from the front desk saying 5 kids were just seen running into my room, when in fact my 2 children were asleep and we did not know any other kids at the hotel. The people told them it was a different room so they did not get into trouble. It was not worth the 200$ I paid for the room.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, avoid pool.

The staff were very friendly, the room looked very nice and was comfy. The walk in shower was nice. Also liked the large swing out TV.

The pool had no towels, small, very salty and it had a ring of filth. The breakfast options were very limited and we had $20 limit for two, not a "free breakfast" as we booked (Worker was awesome though). There was also not a "restaurant" as we thought when we booked. Just a couple food options, wings or burger and a bar. No free coffee in the morning, there is a small Starbucks with limited options.

The love seat in the room had stains could use a cleaning, the wall behind the bed top right corner is fallening apart, the heater was very loud it was hard to sleep, turned the TV off but kept flickering light very bright then around 11:30 pm shut off. Did not sleep well. For $151.90, one night was not worth it.
