The location to town was close and convenient. There was an accommodating front desk clerk that was friendly.
Broken handles on the cabinets when getting into the room; that shoulda have been fixed before check in. Air conditioner did not work and after multiple calls, no one came up. Front desk misinformed us about the breakfast we paid for so we were unable to get. Called down for more towels and coffee, 3 hours later none were brought up so I had to physically go back downstairs to retrieve. Just seemed very

Great location on the river. Hotel restaurant was very good and convenient. River walk was a very nice amenity. Valet parking attendants were very helpful especially for as tight as the parking location was.
Tight parking but the valet attendants help make up for the challenge.

room was amazingly clean, and quiet. entire facility was really clean and well kept. All the employees were very nice and welcoming.
The parking garage is pretty far away and has a crazy skinny curbed entrance that was very hard to navigate with my F150 :) But its not their garage, its just the nearest one. They have Valet parking, so you can avoid parking nuisances if you prefer.

The view was very nice.
There was no garbage cans and the ones that were there was completely full and overflowing. Maintenence was bringing lawn mowers and maintenance equipment thru the lobby. There was a lot of construction going on there were no seats outside to enjoy the view. There was no garbage in the rooms

Rooms were very clean and had a pretty decent view. I’d highly recommend the dining options as well (especially the one in 12th floor). High quality food for a very reasonable price.

The bed was nice and soft so, I slept well when I finally went to sleep. The complementary breakfast at the Brim was surprisingly exceptional. We would eat at the Brim if we were ever in town again.
The refrigerator was not clean. There was a web in the corner sleeping area, dusty partial sofa, the sink and tub faucets were not clean, there was a lot of grim along the edges of the bathroom mirror, and plaster was coming down in the ceiling of the bathroom, the furniture is old and should be replaced. The second room we did stay in, the toilet was dirty on the inside. I forgot to get pictures of the first room with the dirty refrigerator, the plaster in the shower, and the dusty partial sofa for sitting

Price like a major city hotel. no fridge. No microwave. No parking options. Stop serving food 10 o'clock at Heights top floor restaurant. Many hairs on blow dryer

Very nice location. The hotel overall is aesthetically pleasing, especially the rooftop bar/restaurant. The staff and valet were helpful and kind.
The room itself was nice and decorated well aligned with the hotels theme, however, the bathroom was not very clean. There was hair on the toilet seat and in the shower, and also stains on the bathroom walls. Definitely not appreciated give the price of this hotel.

Love the valet service! After driving from northern Michigan the last thing I wanted to do was find my own parking so I greatly appreciate this service! The pizza was amazing and adult beverages were even better! The view from our corner room was absolutely beautiful! A great place for us on our honeymoon!!

The location was great and close to the Huntington center and other attractions., The decor was very pretty, and modern.. Easy to check in. Valet helped in a busy city. The little area to grab drinks was convenient.
Very little amenities available, and the front desk was not very informative. When we checked in wasn't told of having to use our key card for elevator. We found out from another guest When we got back from hotel after concert, we asked about a bar/lounge. Unfortunately we didn't see the signs for the top bar with how busy it was, but the desk said second floor instead of 12th. We went to 2nd floor to find an executive lounge that is not accessible. There was a coffee pot and cups in room, but no coffee or fixings. None of these were a big deal if the cost wasn't $300 for one night.

Having valet was a decent option.
Other than valet, staff was just blah. Like they had better things to do. There was only one cup in the room. The ice machine didn't work. The lotion bottle was empty. The list goes on. Not worth the money at all!!

Friendly professional staff. Beautiful clean rooms. Great food from room service. Excellent view of the river.
You ran out of coffee for the room.
