The location and functionality of the place was perfect for our needs.

Everything was perfect thank you.

Very good! Only recommendation is better lighting outside.

Enjoyed a very relaxing stay in a Tree Top Chalet. Spic N Span Clean no dirt or grime anywhere. Comfortable beds, kitchen well-stocked with dishes and cooking supplies, plenty of clean towels and bathroom necessities. Signing in process was a bit frustrating as it wasn't easy to enter necessary signatures on documents. Otherwise, great place to stay to enjoy Hocking Hills State Park!

Beautiful cabin! Very clean, private location, modern furnishings, perfect for a family get away! Hot tub for 4 with a wrap around porch and beautiful scenery. The 2 stories with 2 living rooms and large dining table gave us plenty of room to spread out but also come all together for meals and card games! We will definitely be back! 15 minutes to canoe’s and 20 minutes to hiking at the caves.

We had a wonderful time at the Tree Top. The only complaint would be the porch lights kept going on and off through the night when nothing was around. The sensors seemed defective or just inaccurate.

This property was perfect for our group of 8 adults! It was spotless! Well stocked kitchen! Comfortable bedrooms Hot Tub was working perfectly! We would definitely rebook!

When we got to the propert. We couldn’t get in. They gave us the wrong code. We tried for 5 hours waiting outside. No one would answer or return our calls. VRBO a couldn’t help us. We were stuck there and almost slept in our car. Until one of us just starting putting in random codes. And it unlocked. No one called the next day to check in on us. I called. Complained. They did reimbursed us for the night. But they need PM workers or an in call person. Only other is. is there are a ton of stairs up to the cabin that we did not realize and the stairs to get downstairs are very narrow. Not good if you a larger person.

Very nice Chalet! Sufficient room for 8 adults, a little cramped in the kitchen / dining area at supper time, but still adequate. Some suggestions to make it better; 1) More clothes storage in the bedrooms, 2) a stackable washer & dryer (utility room?), 3) speed controls for ceiling fans, 4) better lighting on the outside stairs, 5) move the fire pit closer to the chalet.
The suggestions above do not detract from the fact this is a very quiet, comfortable, and clean location to relax and recharge while also providing easy to access to town and moderate access to HHSP.

The house location was great and the stay was comfortable for our group. 15 to 20 minutes to the Hocking Hills attractions and 10 minutes or so to the nearest town. The outdoor lights should be updated or fixed and the fans inside the house are all set to maximum with the light on or nothing, not a major issue but it would be nice to be able to use the fan without the light on.
Other than that no issues and we would stay there again.

Great little hideaway...!!

The treetop property was gorgeous. Right near a great fishing location and the living space was gorgeous. My only suggestion would be to add a few more eating utensils and a dryer. Much needed family time together

Family vacation to Hocking Hills
Excellent stay, extremely clean, well stocked with kitchen amenities just not enough forks. Water pressure great, nice bathrooms. Fans in bedrooms keep it cool in summer. Hot tub was clean. Has a nice fire pit. Overall wonderful stay, had a great time.
4.7
Good overall experience. Spotlessly clean -- well represented listing. A couple oddball things -- lights and fans need to have separate controller -- you can't run ceiling fan while lights are off also the downstairs is ice cold compared to upstairs. The steps up and down got a little annoying with groceries and luggage -- a washer/dryer would have been nice
It was a nice clean comfortable place with a few quirks -- good not great

Comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen, beautiful views. Lots of stairs, and downstairs too too cold (or upstairs a bit too warm and downstairs only cold!). We really enjoyed our stay, despite the cold!

We were very, very pleased with our Tree Top Cabin. It was exceptionally clean, nicely decorated and very modern. We enjoyed the hot tub and had a great fire! We highly recommend staying here!

Kitchen surfaces and bathrooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Listing states only 1 house can be seen which isn't true at all. Pictures, fixtures etc are very dusty and cobwebs on ceilings. Very difficult stay for someone with asthma like my husband. We killed at least a dozen stink bugs in the house.. Enjoyed the area but not the house.

Wonderful chalet! We did find a past guests glasses under the bed and the place smelled a little like smoke and the fans did it work unless lights on. But overall it was all amazing and we had a great time

It was great to getaway for a while. I loved the tree house. Other than the outside lights around the house not working at night.and the ground around the fire pit was too wet and soggy to enjoy that feature. The cabin and location were great! Just wish we could have taken advantage of the hot tub after dark and enjoy the fire pit.

The chalet was spotless and superb, working fireplace and hot tub were just the extras we were looking for. Beautiful views of the woods from every window (enough snow on the ground that hiking didn't appeal, especially with that hot tub calling our names.) Well equipped kitchen made meal prep much easier - we'd brought a bit of cooking gear, but all we wound up using were our kettle, teapot, and espresso maker, everything else we needed was already there.Contactless check-in and check-out made our stay a bit safer in these odd times - management let us know that they'd happily bring anything we needed, but all we opted for were some extra towels for the hot tub.WiFi let us touch base with work as needed - super helpful - and T-Mobile phones worked fine on the main level (upstairs).Arrived after a few inches of snowfall, all roadways on-site were quickly well-plowed, stairs shoveled clean and salted. (There are lots of stairs between the parking lot and the chalet, not a problem for us, but if you've got knee issues, be warned.)A lovely spot for a getaway, thank you to The Chalets for providing such a fine facility.

My family and I stayed here for a few nights, and we really loved it. My kids are ages 2-13, and they are dying to go back. The place is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed.3 annoyances more than criticisms: maybe I missed it in the pictures, but we did not realize there were 36 steps up to the front door from where you park your car! After bringing in our luggage I needed a nap. And there are a few ceiling fans in the house but they are all wired to the lights, so you can’t turn the fan light on without turning on the fan. There are other lights in those rooms, so we were fine, but it was annoying. And the spiral staircase was pretty narrow and was a bit scary, especially with a toddler. Even with those things, we really loved the place, and the Chalets staff was very nice to work with.

The property was pretty easy to get to. It was clean and had enough room for our party of 8. It is a short drive from Old Mans cave and to grocery stores and local restaurants, but it still feels somewhat secluded and private.

Great time, very nice, need a hot tub to fit 8:) It’s set up for 8 people, it was very tight with 6.

When we walked in the first thing we noticed was the cleanliness. The home was nicely laid out and came with all the necessities. We definitely plan on going back to that house. Only suggestion would be to have some hooks on the wall or back of doors in the bedrooms to hang clothes! We all highly recommend this home.
