Sandcastles Unit 213 is the perfect place to get away and relax for you or the whole family. This immaculate and recently updated 1,300 square foot, south facing condo with an ocean view only steps from the beach, sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.

This property was exactly what our family needed. It was an amazing place for us to celebrate Independence Day and have a great family vacation. The condo was very clean, organized, and beautiful. I really appreciated the closet of beach accessories we were able to use during our stay. I am very glad this was the condo we selected and hope to be back again in the future!

Wonderful condo with all the immenities of home and more. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the pool, and the short trips to theme parks and attractions in the area. Great place, cant recommended highly enough. Deserves a solid 5.0 rating. The remotes were easy to figure out. :) Hope to visit again someday!

We were on a quick visit and enjoyed our stay in this condo. The pool was well kept and we had easy access to the beach. The balcony had a partial ocean view. We enjoyed watching the birds, squirrels and bunnies from the balcony, we also saw a snake! The condo was comfortable and seemed well appointed, although we did not cook during our stay. It was nice to have beach towels provided. We would stay again if in the area.

My family and I stayed at the property last week. The condo is exactly as pictured. It was spotless and well stocked with things needed for the beach. It had a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. The people we came in contact with seemed to be a mix of owners and vacationers, so there was always someone to ask about restaurants and activities in the area. The condo was fabulous. The decor was very inviting and the the condo was equipped with everything we needed. The location to the beach and other things to do in the area was perfect. The host was extremely easy to message and she responded within minutes-nothing ever longer than 20-30 minutes. The owners take pride in this unit and it shows. They love spending time there as a family and they want their guests to do the same. We have stayed in several condos and this will go down as one of our favorites. If you are looking to rent, I would not pass this unit up. Thank you!

Our family was able to stay at this great place back in April and we could not have asked for a better experience. The beach access, heated pool, cozy beds and all the amenities any of us needed, they really thought of everything. We look forward to returning again!

This is our second time staying at Sandcastles, but our first in this unit. Cindy was very easy to communicate with and she was proactive in telling us about some construction at the condo. The unit is in a good location, not too close to the stairwell or elevator (for noise). The layout is awesome for families and the living room, bedrooms and bathrooms all have plenty of space. Everything was extremely clean and looks just like the photos. I like that the beach has a lifeguard stand. There are plenty of places to get food or coffee within a 5 minute drive. We would definitely stay in Cindy's unit again!

We were pleasantly suprised that the property exceeded our expectations. We had a clear view to the water, the renovations made everything feel updated and clean and the ancillary features like fans, extra beach towels, games an air fryer ect- took everything over the top. We feel very fortunate that this home was opened up to us and encourage anyone wh can to enjoy thier time there as well.

Our week at this condo was everything we had hoped for in our stay. The unit itself was beautiful, the access to the private beach was perfect, and the pool/hot tub area was nice as well. There was some construction going on at the property, but it was never a problem. We were on the trip with several other families and there were some of the girls who said our unit was nicer than theirs. Checkin and checkout procedures were very clear in the instructions and the unit is very well appointed with all you might need on your stay. I would definitely recommend this stay to others!

Nice property and locarion. Unfortunately the construction or repairs around cause noise too early in the morning and unsafe conditions when walking around. Pieces of concrete flying all over the place are very unsafe. The apartment itself was clean except for some dust on bathroom shelves and furniture. The beach chairs have rust. The beach unbrella is broken. Not to be complaining but to help in doing better.

The conversations were amazing however I was not able to figure out the television, Internet, Roku and streaming… I am not very good with electronics and even though there was a detailed file all of the remotes were switched amongst the rooms and we could not get the televisions to work… We did finally however figure out how to do Internet but we did not have television for the entire trip

This condo was absolutely perfect for our beach vacation (two adults/two older teens)! It was beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, clean—exactly as listed. Everything we could possibly have needed was provided. The balcony is quite large and a great spot to have morning coffee while looking out at the ocean from the generous side view. The beach is very nice and easily accessed. Check-in was super easy. Cindy, the owner, was very responsive to the few questions I had. There is not a lot to see/do within walking distance, but getting around by car was not difficult and parking was plentiful. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing beach vacation, we highly recommend this unit!

This condo was so clean. It was in a good location. The condo was supplied with all your beach needs. Also the kitchen was well supplied if you didn’t want to go out to eat and cook there. We would definitely stay at this location again. The only issue we had was with the door lock. We couldn’t always get the door to lock and unlock. Sometimes it took several tries. But no big deal at all. Thanks for a great stay and a great time.

I came to this property from Ohio for a 4 day mental health break. What a perfect location! The ocean is beautiful, the condo is so homelike and the bed in the master bedroom was to die for! I will definitely be back!
