The front patio area offers all your outdoor relaxation furniture essentials, as well, there is an enclosed back yard area with a full-size Weber propane gas grill to BBQ your meals outside and enjoy outdoor dining on the large patio table. Beach access from this home is easy and quick –across the street, walk down the well-beaten path that skirts along the state park until you reach Morro Strand State beach in a couple of minutes!

• Master suite has a king-size bed, a large flat screen smart TV, a very comfortable lounge chair/futon that converts into a single bed (1 of the 8 sleeping spots for this home), a large dresser and a walk-in closet.
• Master en-suite bathroom has a large step-in shower, double sinks and a separate toilet room. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, big dresser and opens to a bathroom that can be accessed from the hallway.
• Hall Bath (accessible from 2nd bedroom) has a step in shower.
• 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and also offers a separate, cozy room adjacent to it where there is a 3rd twin bed (this room can be closed off for some privacy if you want).
• 3rd bath is a private bathroom off the 3rd bedroom with a bathtub and low mounted shower head with a hand wand (please note, the wand is not located overhead).

We came for a graduation in MB, and had plenty of room. There were five adults staying at the house and six other adults staying in the vicinity. Mornings watching the exercisers was my favorite time of day.
There could have been more mirrors in the house, and hooks in the bathrooms. Fans in the bathroom would be helpful too.

Everything was great except looked like trash pick for last stay was missed unless neighbors use trash cans! When we pulled up to driveway their was ripped stash bags with good spilled pit and other trash a dog must have got to the bags that didn’t fit in full trash cans! My husband picked up the trash so it looked better but still had good on the ground he could t pick up without a dust pan! Althoug

This is an amazing home with spectacular views right across a frontage road to the beach. The home is spacious and clean and is well stocked. The specs day 3 bedroom but there is a small fourth room off another bedroom that has a twin bed and nightstand. We put the port a crib in there for the two year old and is was quiet and perfect for her. The backyard is private and comfortable with a table that seats six for outdoor dining. There are a couple of comfortable chairs. The garage has a ping pong table. The front deck is large with plenty of seating to watch surfers or the beautiful sunsets.

Clean, comfortable and close to the beach. We loved this rental! Check in was easy and the home was spotless. Everything felt new and fresh. The view from the picture windows was absolutely beautiful. I could have sat there all day watching the waves and the people walking their dogs. However, my 8-month old kept us from ever sitting for too long, lol.
The home was appointed with all the creature comforts including a kitchen with high quality appliances. Everything you need to cook a delicious home cooked meal was available including sharp knives, cutting boards, pots, pans, serving bowls, silverware etc.
We even spent a few hours splashing in the creek at the beach, which was a short walk from the house. Made it very convenient because you didn’t have to haul a ton of gear and you were close enough to go home to use the bathroom.
Some areas for improvement: the primary bedroom needs a privacy door between the bathroom and the sleeping area. It also needs window coverings to block the morning light coming in from the small window above the bed. Unfortunately, this light caused our daughter to wake up between 5:30- 6:30 every morning, when usually (with the help of blackout shades at home) she wakes up between 7:30-9:30am. And a big comfy sectional in the living room would have made the perfect spot for napping and movie nights (currently there is a small-ish couch).
Despite these cons, I would definitely stay again.

A great 3 day trip to Morro Bay. Everything is a 3-5 min. Drive but, you can walk to the beach! Home has great views, lovely decor and everything needed for a vacation home! I'd plan on staying at least a week if you can!!! Beds comfy, showers and bathrooms great, kitchen all stocked with nice pots, pans, flatware and plates etc... We loved having morning coffee in the comfy swivel chairs by the oversized picture window and watching all the people walk their dogs, surfing the waves and having a great time!

We enjoyed our time at this property. Loved the open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living room so the whole family could be together. Check-in and check-out were super easy. The house had everything we needed. Lots of kitchen supplies and the beds were comfortable. Great ocean views and just a short walk to the beach. Great general location as well since there is a lot to visit nearby.

Nice spot. Easy access to miles of beach. A little disappointed that there was a campground between the house and the water. It sits down so it is not too bad, but the listing photos don’t really show it. Great view of Morro Rock.

Place was great. Plenty of room. Pretty much everything you'd want... ping pong and garage were great. Bedding great. Front patio was fabulous. We stay in a fair about of VRBO and other rentals, this was on the top of the list. Enjoy

Location was awesome, ocean view doesn't get much better. Interior was extremely clean upon arrival and met all needs, exterior could use some cleaning & upgrading of patio furniture cushions. Overall, very satisfied and would stay again, and again!!

Great trip. Perfect weekend getaway. Everything you might need to cook a meal in was available. Great view of the beach and sunsets each evening. Quiet neighborhood about two miles to town. Easy access to bike paths.

Prefect location and great for kids!
We loved our stay in this little beachside gem. Gorgeous views and the patio is all you need! Great enclosed yard for kids and the road in front was quiet. We look forward to returning!

Very comfortable
We didn't lack for anything in this house. The living room furniture was comfortable, as were the beds. Gas fireplace did great job of quickly heating up the large common area. Good cooking equipment, good dishes, good cable & Netflix, good wi-if. It was great hanging out on the lounge furniture on the verandah adjacent to the rarely traveled neighborhood road that edges the beach. We were worried when the fireplace didn't heat up the first morning; we waited until 8 am to call BeachBay Getaways and got a recorded message saying no one was in the office until 9:30 am, but someone did call back around 9 am and a guy came out 30 minutes later and fixed it.

Retreat by the Beach
We had a great time staying at this home. The house is very spacious and open and has excellent views of the ocean from the living room, dining area and kitchen. It was stocked with all the utensils we needed, we made breakfast every morning and two dinners there. The fireplace worked great to heat up the living space. The beds were comfortable, the walk in closet in master bedroom was nice and the shower had plenty of water pressure. The yards were well kept and the furniture in front of the house was comfortable to sit out and relax. Across the street and a little to the left is the pathway that leads you down to the beach. Everything was easy to get to in town. We really enjoyed being by the beach. I would definitely stay here again.
