The property was very accommodating and the perfect setup for our small family to enjoy a beach trip during a long weekend. The views were also spectacular and the location hard to beat, not to mention the amenities at the Majestic.

This room was filthy, dirty sheets, dirty couch, only two towels. I have stayed here every year since building has been built and I would never book with this company again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The view was spectacular, beach access from the building was quick and easy, and we had no issues with parking or elevators.
The condo itself was in good condition, but blackout curtains in the bedrooms would be a HUGE plus, and we never quite figured out the TV/remote situation (remotes controlled multiple televisions).

Overall, the condo was very nice. The unit was nicely decorated, but you could tell it had been beat on a bit. The cabinet door would not shut or a drawer on the bedroom furniture would not shut. The master bedroom mattress is terrible and needs replaced.
The accommodations outside the unit were fine. Elevators worked good and we didn’t have to wait even being on 20th floor. I would visit this resort again.

This was the second stay for our family in this unit. The location and function of the condo is great and fits our family of three with space perfectly. There could be little maintenance updates to keep up with the property. I would suggest considering alternative bedding and eliminate throw pillows that are not easily laundered as this would seem cleaner for a rental.

We had a nice stay at this condo. The property managers were easy to reach if you need them. The facilities are extremely clean. There were many pools to choose from. The unit was overall very nice. There is some obvious wear and tear from use (baseboards and walls) but is beautifully decorated. There were plenty of towels for our stay and we used the beach toys and chairs. There were lots of dishes and things to cook with. We had one issue with some hooks falling off the wall as soon as we walked in the door but we were able to communicate this right away with the property manager. My kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. I don't think you can get a better view. The elevators are extremely fast and parking was quick and easy. It was nice having a washer and dryer to use during our stay. We would recommend and stay again.

The unit was very clean and had a great view. The only drawback is the bedrooms are on the front of the building which is loud at times dud to traffic so sleeping in wasn’t really an option. Overall the unit was great with everything one needs to cook and enjoy the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s close to the beach it has nice pools out and inside !!the place is really clean and they have everything you need in there .I personally Really recommend this place I have 4 kids and they love the stayed there!

Beautiful room
The room was beautiful and spacious and well updated. It also smalled good. The property had lots of pools that were all very nice. We did have some issues with the room. 1st off our sheets on the master and bunk beds were not clean. There was a dirty napkin and some clothing tags and sand in the sheets on top bunk. The bottom bunk had a chocolate wrapper from some food with melted chocolate on it in the sheets and the master had a few tags from new clothes in the sheets at bottom of bed. The dryer is so loud and bounces the laundry door open. We never had fully dry beach towels because we could not stand the noise and the neighbors could hear it also. It is so annoying. The toaster set the smoke alarm off 2 time but they did send us a new toaster to use.
The toaster issue was fixed and not a big deal, but the dryer and dirty sheets were a big deal. Dirty sheets from strangers are disgusting.
I would stay here again if the dryer was fixed and the cleaning people made sure our beds were clean.

Nice family vacation
Overall we enjoyed the condo very much. A couple issues as others mentioned are the ice maker did not work and master bed mattress could definitely be replaced. We also were told the oven was going to be fixed the Monday after we arrived then that was cancelled and we were advised and a new oven would be delivered Friday (we were checking out Sat) and that did not happen either so not having an oven was a personal frustration as we were anticipating using it and had bought groceries. For a family the noise level around us and on the floor was a little concerning especially on Friday night. I know it is Spring Break but it reached a level that was ridiculous. A couple other small maintenance issues need to be addressed too. We enjoyed the view and access to the beach is great. For kids the sand and shelling is great. The rip currents were high during most of our stay but water is nice and shallow otherwise making it fun for kids. The condo was spacious for our family of 3. Using Instacart and DoorDash is subject to your own risk as the security does not let them use carts and one of our deliveries were left at another building. Would stay again but maybe not during this time of year.

Wonderful condo!
This place was perfect! So clean and loved the decor! The only reason didn’t rate 5 was master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable. Zero other complaints or issues! Will definitely stay here again next year!

Everything was perfect, except the ice maker didn’t work. Ice is definitely something you need at the beach. They did have ice on site, but it was 4.00 for a 10 lb bag.

Awesome location
The condo was really nice and very clean. The only thing we would have liked to see is more amenities in tower 2. We had to walk around to tower one for the Starbucks and the tiki bar. Other then that the stay was awesome

Great Condo
The condo is beautiful and would be absolutely perfect if the Majestic could get their check in and out process done better. It is the ONLY condo we've stayed at where you have to give an ID for a luggage cart. It makes the in and out process a NIGHTMARE! we literally had to pack our vehicle the night before to bypass the HOUR PLUS wait cart fiasco! Back to the room.....PLEASE CHANGE OUT MASTER MATRESS! The springs are awful and leave you feeling very sore where they poke. It also has a very large dip once laid on from age. Other than that the room was very nice. Unfortunately we will never stay at the majestic again due to the check in/out process.

Condo was amazing, clean & beautifully decorated
Our condo was very well equipped, beautiful, and view was great as well. We only had two complaints (none of which our condo owner could control) we had neighbors who smoked a lot of Marijuana, which kept us from enjoying the lanai and security refused to address the issue and the pool in our tower was closed. The buildings are extremely clean, great location and the view is wonderful! If you stay in tower 2 make sure you check out Tower 1 pools, game room and the movie theater.

Beautiful condo, Amazing views, in the heart of everything
This condo was great! So clean and a perfect size for our family :-) We were in the heart of Panama City Beach, which can either be a good thing or a bad thing depending on the time that you come. We are a young family of five so when spring break hit in full force it was an over whelming amount of people, loud music, loud people, lots of weed in the air, which normally I don't have a problem with but it was overpowering! Otherwise though this condo and the views are totally breathtaking and to be just an elevator ride down to the beach is hands down the best :-)

Our kids enjoyed the view of the ocean and were able to see fish out in the water. Perfect views of the sunsets. Location was great and parking was convenient.

Blissful view and location!
Fantastic getaway. Four stars only because of three things:
1. Tried multiple avenues to email/ ask questions with no response. Finally got one response from online chat after we were there.
2. Cockroaches found multiple times.
3. Feet were completely black after walking for short time in the unit AND countertops were not wiped down. Crumbs, debris were still present. Also, liners for feminine products were still in dresser drawers.
