It was clean and comfortable. And had a shuttle to the airport in the morning. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my short stay.

As it stands I overpaid for this room at $116. The hotel isn't new which is fine but it seriously needs a facelift. I had room 206 and the wallpaper is coming off, bathtub didn't look clean, there was hair in it and on the bathroom floor. The furniture is from the Kate 90's and looks it. Wifi is ok but I couldn't watch TV as the remote didn't do anything for the TV or cable thing, and the TV said room 310. I was only able to turn the TV on with the physical buttons. Ice machine didn't have ice. Overall I'm disappointed I've had way nicer rooms for the same price. This room in it's current condition is $80 at best.

Room 408 air conditioner stay on no matter what temp you have it at and it doesn't blow hot air. Our room did not go above 71 degrees. The show dripped all night and then when we showered in the morning the tub is slow to drain so you are standing in the water the entire time. Wall outlets are loose at the desk and at one of the beds. One of the outlets at the desk did not work. Hotel is in a good location, surrounded by plenty of restaurants. I would stay again hoping I get a better room.

It was a quick overnight stay, as I was there to be with someone having surgery. It is a nice, convenient place to stay. Staff was nice, breakfast was good. Lots of restaurant choices in same lot. Nothing special, but would stay again. One of the reasons I chose it, was because the security deposit was minimal, and was returned to card same day as check out. Unlike one I'm dealing with right now.

I will be staying here every time I'm in the area and I recommend this hotel to others. The area is great and conveniently near everything necessary, and some in walking distance. Check-in was a breeze and signing up for free for the Choice membership and the woman explaining it to me was awesome. It also helped when I was going to check out and my flight was delayed and using the membership let me stay until 2PM for free. They already have a late check out at 12PM noon which is great, but being able to stay when I had nowhere else to go was excellent. Clean hotel, outside and inside. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I was on the 4th floor and it was very quiet, even during the day. I was able to hear the freeway traffic at night since I was on that side, but it didn't bother me. Breakfast was ok, but I travel a lot personally and for work so don't judge on my review by it, Im just a little burned out on every hotel having the same thing. But other occupants looked like they were enjoying it. I will be back to stay again soon.

For the 2nd time in a row, the room I reserved was not what I was provided (poolside). I paid extra for that option and was told it was not available and then they didn’t even have a 1st floor room! The clerk did take a picture of my reservation and was going to report it to a manager (no manager on duty). Due to a 3rd party booking, they could not make an adjustment! We’ve stayed at this property dozens of times and the last few, there have been problems. Everything else was as expected- comfortable bed and clean room. There was no clock in the room however, which I did not notice until bedtime! Probably changing my preference of hotels on our next visit here!

Very comfortable beds and pillows. We had a suite, so the extra space with couch was really nice. Nearby medical appointment with a convenient close location of Country Inn. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast in the morning was great. The only problem was a loud water dripping sound echoing from the pipes. We would definitely stay here again .

It was a clean enough facility. 3 handicap parking spaces is not sufficient. Half of our stay required a handicap unload and then parking a distance from door. Also VERY frustrating was the room temp was pre set on the A/C to 75 degrees. It was stuffy and too warm in the room for handicap needs! Can this temp be requested by guest to be set at a lower temp? Thermostat seems to have a preset not to go below the 75 degree setting :(

When we checked in, the room we were assigned was wrong (upon entry was a 2 dbl bed, not the 1 King Suite). Went to desk and they immediately corrected it. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean as was our room. Bed was super comfortable. We have stayed here 20+ times over past 20 years. Nice accommodations and a great breakfast, included !

Booked our stay off of reviews and pictures provided from hotels.com Upon a late arrival and exhaustion, we walk into our room and it was like walking into 1995. The bedskirt was tattered/frayed, suspicious white residue on the wall, bathroom toilet falling apart, the wallpaper peeling, I could go on! After spraking with the front desk, was advised that there were no other rooms and i should call the manager to complain! We were on the 2nd floor and was told that the other floors were newly renovated except the 2nd floor! With our flight leaving at 5am...and at this point its 10pm. I gave up. Front desk girls at chk in and when we left were very nice. WON'T LET ME ADD PICTURES OF SAID ROOM!

I didn’t like how we were told we could check in at 3:00. Arriving back at hotel we were told it would be $20 to check in before 4:00. Also the “easy” chair in our room-the material on the arms was torn a lot. Rug was filthy and I wore flip flops the entire time.

Room was advertised to have airport shuttle. This, the reason we booked. Their shuttle was down. After no recovery plan They said they would get us a ride to airport. It never showed up. One of the workers ended up taking us and another couple in his vehicle. The room furnishing were terrible. Ripped chairs, drapes, stained carpet, dirty walls with paint missing. They ran a loud motor outside our room for 2 hours. Said it was a power washer at 6 pm.The thermostat on the wall was broken and couldn't adjust temp. with it. It was probably the worst experience in a hotel ever. Would like a refund but not hopeful that would happen. I would never,ever, recommend this place to anyone.

It’s just a typical older hotel that need a deep clean and some updates. The location is good for food and access to the area but with it comes a lot of road noise. Room cleaned by request only.
