This flat shouldn’t be on the list until they put in new beds.

The beds were not fit for sleeping. They looked filthy and we couldn’t sleep there because of this. The mattresses were so old and uncomfortable.

Good

Well it was the house corner. It was clean to look at the roof and took sheet off. Everything was on your door step and everything we needed to run our family well decorated

Plug socket off the wall and light fittings of the roof and cellular smell was nice you could smell soon you walking in and see the host for 3 minute I'd that. An you could next door talk to eachother

Bad

The hotel cancelled my booking and said the room wasn't available. They have still taken £80 payme t from my account and have not refunded even after I have emailed asking. I have since had to raise a dispute with my bank.

Keep away unless your desperate

Convenient at the time.

Advertised as a B&B but no breakfast misleading. As soon as you enter the property you notice the horrible smell of damp and mould. I think the landlord knew this hence some of the windows were deliberately left open. On top of this there was a lack of heating controls so we were unable to put the heating on and is was so late we could not contact anyone. The beds were awful and the mattresses were wafer thin. I think the landlord d to move out of their own house and put it on rent. A big disappointment but was convenient at the time. Keep away unless your desperate

The price and location

The fact that they cancelled on me the very last minute due the property being damaged by the last tenants I mean this BnB should never of been posted of it was unsuitable to rent out and I'm also still waiting on my refund.

Disgusting, terrible host, would not respond, STUNK of smoke, dirty, just gross!

Nothing, do not book this property, being used as a drug den/knocking shop! Couldn’t stay here so had to find alternative

Good for a night

It was close to Padiham which was where o needed to be for a funeral it was a good size for 4 people although the way it’s set out you can get 7 in and that would still be ok ish as there is a bed in the lounge. It is opposite new houses although it looks a bit of a rough/ industrial area it was fine but overall a decent place to stay for a short while.

It allowed the whole property to rent.

Almost everything. There was very poor communication. The contact less was taken to a different level. It was poor quality furniture in the rooms. Bathroom had bare necessities. All of this would have been okay at half the value but at the current prices it was anything but value for money.
