The apartment is conveniently located in the middle of Palermo which is great because you have many bars and restaurants around it. The person Renton the apartment was super nice and very accommodating. 10/10

Great location, nice sunlight. Confortable size.
very bad service in terms of responses. they have a WhatsApp chat, that they don’t respond to very well. not very clean. accumulated dust under bed must have been at least a month old.
bathroom needs maintenance. broken towel rack, rusty plumbing fixtures.

The shower had good water pressure and was nice and hot. There are a lot of bars and restaurants and small grocery stores locally. The TV worked well and had a range of programmes in different languages.
This did not live up to its description at all, "stunning" is simply *not* a word that applies. The photos were not at all reflective of what we actually had. Everything was very cheap, the blinds did not block out light and were dirty. It was late winter in Buenos Aires, starting to warm up, but not enough for the very cold floors which were all concrete, with no rugs or carpets, including next to the bed. There were not even decent hangers. There was a balcony but it sits over a very busy, noisy road, from which we were plagued with the frequent beeping of the garage door and the sound of a/c-heating units. It was also noisy and cold inside because there is only single glazing and very large windows. The plants outside looked very sad and there were cigarette butts inside the plant holders. We just kept the blind down so we did not have to look at it. The door to the balcony did not lock and one of the windows had no lock either. There was no safe so we ended up carrying all our valuables with us all the time. The toilet brush was old and filthy - really disgusting. The towel rail was hanging off the wall and the shower head needed cleaning. The kitchen was poorly equipped, there was a pan that had seen far better days and there was little by way of serving bowls. We could not find wine glasses. We minimised the time we spent in the apartment because it was such an unfriendly environment. The people on the front desk spoke no English at all. We arrived on a Saturday and no-one was available to communicate with us until the Monday. We even had to travel to the offices to drop off the cash for the stay because no-one read my email sent on the Saturday to say we would wait in for them to come and pick up the payment. We were advised that they could offer good rates of exchange through their offices. That was simply not true, the ATM rate, even with the withdrawal fee, was much better.

Tamara was wonderful and super helpful. The apt is so amazing with all the windows and light.
The kitchen only has one wine glass! The floor and sofa wasn’t super clean. Some things were a bit sticky and the floor was either dirty or dusty. The gym wasn’t quite what I imagined and you had to get the key from downstairs and figure out the doors yourself. The Sauna was out of action for covid and I never saw a warning about that when I booked

Wonderful location. The apartment was spacious. The communication with the managers went well. The security guard downstairs was also very helpful when we arrived (e.g., giving us the password for internet downstairs).
Parts of the apartment (like the ceiling ) give it an unfinished look. This could be solved by making some minor improvements.

Everything good

The property was very secure and the rooftop pool and view were incredible especially for sunsets. The property was also very well equipped for rainy days.
Nothing it was great
