Staff and position of hotel wonderful.

Fabulous but the generator on next door building kept us awake at night. The two upstairs courtyard rooms Amazing breakfast till 3 pm so we had brunch which was perfect.

Очень красивый, небольшой но уютный отель с красиво оформленным внутренним двориком, где можно провести время на свежем воздухе и в окружении большого количества цветов и деревьев. Очень дружелюбный персонал, всегда готов помочь (мы обращались по нескольким вопросам, всегда получали ответ либо решение). Очень приятно, что на протяжении всего дня вы можете попить чай и кофе со сладостями. И еще там прекрасные завтраки в очень красивой гостиной.

Нет такого.

A very special place to stay to discover an amazing city.

This is an exceptional hotel that feels like staying in a very luxurious private home. It is beautifully appointed and the location is excellent but it is the staff that really make it very special - all of them incredibly friendly and helpful with great recommendations (special shout outs to Colin and Ignacio!)

Hard to fault it really.

I had the most incredible experience at this hotel. From the moment I entered, I was captivated by its breathtaking space and sophisticated interior. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by Collin, the hotel manager, and his attentive staff. They catered to my every need and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of extraordinary. I greatly appreciate their dedication, as it's rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail. As someone who values honest reviews, it's disheartening to come across low expectations and contrived taste. However, without a doubt, this hotel surpasses all others when it comes to accommodations in Buenos Aires. If you're planning a visit, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Collin and his team will ensure that your stay is wonderful, creating lasting memories for you to cherish. This hotel truly embodies luxury and sophistication. Its unique charm and remarkable service make it a standout choice. I am grateful for the experience and can confidently say that this hotel deserves the highest praise.

Even with my meticulous attention to detail, I cannot pinpoint any shortcomings with this venue and its remarkable staff.

Good looks, bad sleep.

Nice hotel, very tastefully decorated, being renovated (quite necessary). The room on the street side (our room) has a lot of inconvenience from the traffic. We were awakened at 5 am by noise from the street and a dated air conditioner. Bed was supposed to be XL but was 140 wide. Also not very comfortable. Room is on the small side. This hotel (or at least this room on the street side) does not live up to its 5 star pretension (and the corresponding price). Other rooms seem to be better. Staff is exceptionally friendly. Breakfast is excellent.

Great staff and great location offering a unique experience for a big city break.

The whole stay was fantastic. The staff were amazing from the moment you walk through the door. Colin, Ignacio, Roman and the rest of the team were first class and couldn't do enough to help you and make you feel welcome. Its like staying in a friends house. Can't recommend this highly enough. In my experience this stay was unique for a big city location.

Fabulous!

This is an outstanding hotel. Colin and the Coppola team will do everything they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is fantastic, the ambience is perfect.

We had a room at the front of the hotel and you either need to be very tired or late to bed if you want a good nights sleep. You need a room at the rear of the hotel unless you plan to arrive back at 5am every night. Nevertheless the staff and the service are so outstanding that this becomes a minor point of dissatisfaction.

The interior of the hotel is great and so is the location. Some of the staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice too. There was a person who helped with check in and luggage who was extremely helpful

The hotels decor and atmosphere is great but our room was infested with mosquitoes. Some of the staff were helpful but others not so much. Particularly Ignasio, who just shrugged off our comments about the mosquitoes and said he was bitten himself already and there isn't much they can do. We spent hours spraying mosquitoes as the bathroom was infested, and there were many in the room. We were told we could be moved to another 6 Ignasio assured us that after they have plugged in a mosquito repellent in the wall, there won't be any in a couple of hours. It was a big room, so we requested a couple more, and we were assured they'd be installed. However, when we returned from dinner, the mosquitoes were still there, and no additional repellents were installed. This was our last night in Buenos Aires and at the price point for this hotel it was a very disappointing experience and the dismissive attitude was a bit shocking. Worth mentioning that this was the first time we encountered mosquitoes in a hotel room during our 10 day trip to Argentina.

Excellent location and property but treated very badly at checkout.

Breakfast was excellent, advice provided on places to visit was very good.

We felt a bit ripped off when we checked out. We had organised a late check-out and when we got back to the hotel at 1pm were forced to pack and leave the room immediately. We did not have time for a shower even before a very long trip home. On top of this we were charged for the late checkout that we were not told about and it offered no value. In addition we felt the way cash and taxes were handled was deceptive and we felt slightly ripped off at the end. It was a very disappointing end to what would otherwise have been a great stay. Beware!

Great hidden gem in Palermo.

Fantastic. Felt like being at home from the moment we stepped in. Facilities are great and it is what its name says, a hidden gem in Palermo.

the rumbling of the AC unit over my studio room - but the late night attendant allowed me to sleep in an unoccupied room that was quiet. god bless him.

This was one of the most perfect stays on our 30 days in South America.

The staff were excellent ! from the moment we arrived to departure, both times. Service was excellent. We loved the "B&B Feel". This was the 3rd of Coppola's hotels we have stayed at, first two in Belize where we live.

Nothing ! :) I really Really liked this hotel, where it is located, and the decor.

We LOVED BE Jardin de Escondido! The hotel is charming and cozy, but the staff is what makes it so special. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious. We loved having a glass of wine in the living room each night before heading out to dinner in Palermo....such a vibrant neighborhood with so many great bars and restaurants within seconds/minutes of BE Jardin. Can't say enough about our experience!
