Great location but no elevator…pack accordingly.

The bed was clean comfortable. The location was good.

The lighting in the room was dark (wrong bulbs). No elevator with lots of stairs. No water on second day of stay and the three day was fire alarm testing in the morning. Neither time were we informed. No working phone in the room. Overall the staff wasn’t engaging.

I will definitely stay here on my return trip

Quaint and unassuming boutique hotel in the heart of the city and walking distance to stores and shops. Bonus was the view of the Ocean and the Old Fort which was about a 1 min walk and 1.5 mins to the boardwalk! Centrally located and very unassuming locale: Don't be fooled by the exterior. I enjoyed having my coffee on the patio and watching the town come to life. Not to mention the Roosters who had no concept of time!!! Generally, the staff were friendly. Special mention goes out to our Customer Relation Representative Denisha who was always congenial, extremely approachable, kind and accomodating; Danisha's customer service skills and professionalism are beyond compare Vince, from maintenance was always willing to assist: Maintenance was required twice with Vince always close at one's hells and work was done in an exremely timely manner and with a genuine warmth and smile. Laundry facilites are available for use by Guests.

The only downside was that there was no elevator and it took a while for shower to warm up. A shuttle service would have been ideal... The top lock, one would assume is a deadbolt - it is not but rather a "do not disturb" sign which unfortunately prevented the suite from being replenished with clean towels.

could not check into loading and unloading zone due to car's parked there. Representative at desk could not care less. Had to drag bags from far distance to check in. Check in person was not into her job....

Clean environment great staff but most of all the housekeeper Lizz was an amazing person. Lizz have great housekeeping skills and was helpful in many ways . Everything was great about the property.

Fantastic location!

The location was great and the beds were very comfortable.

No hair dryers in the room and the front desk was very annoyed when I asked for one despite it showing them on the website under amenities. The only other downside is that the courtyard was so well lit it shines into the room at night and was brighter than during the daytime even with the plantation shutters closed.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of dinning and shopping centers.

Rooms were clean and comfortable.

No dedicated hotel parking. Just had to hope you found a place on the street close to the hotel to park.

Beautiful secluded quiet room

Very clean beautiful quiet hotel. Walking distance of everything. Staff supplied anything that was needed or requested with promptness and kindness even without asking. Excellent service!

A boutique hotel atmosphere in the heart of Christiansted.

.The location was perfect. I loved the quaint, boutique hotel atmosphere. It's just beautiful! The ladies at the front desk were so friendly, especially Lanelle. Such a delight and made us feel so welcome. That made our stay that much better! I'll be back!

Perhaps at check in, a few instructions about how to schedule a room clean, otherwise it didn't happen. And information about the area, we had to learn from the restaurants and other tourists to learn what to see and do such as the Protestant Cay beach.

Loved this hotel!

Room was nice, big, clean, and super cold. Bed was comfortable, The outdoor music playing around the pool area was jazzy, and the decor was nice. Loved the vibe. The location is perfect. A short walk to the boardwalk.

Pool was being repaired, so we couldn't take a dip. Also, for the price, no breakfast items available. Just coffee.

Short but sweet

The front desk reception Sarah was so lovely ! Very clean hotel! They gave us water bottles whenever asked!

The shower water could have been alot warmer..
