About this house rental

All NEW construction on the valley floor just minutes from slopes, golf course, restaurants, and grocery store. With no icy hills to contend with!

**We are dog lovers, so we allow NON SHEDDING dogs WITH PRIOR APPROVAL**

This house was designed to be the ideal vacation layout and is perfect for two families to rent together.

This home features TWO master suites, each with king-sized beds and private bathrooms (one with a double shower and Jacuzzi tub and the other with a shower/bathtub).

We strive to provide a place for pet lovers to vacation with their furry family members and don't want to penalize responsible pet owners. With that said, if your dog leaves hair on the furniture and bedding, we will charge a $50 cleaning fee to pass along to our housekeeping staff for the extra work to clean the house. If you have not declared your pet ahead of time and there is pet hair, the charge will be $100 .

***Our family is allergic to smoke, so absolutely no smoking or disposal of butts inside or out***

The central living area includes a great room and kitchen with views in all directions, separated by a double-sided gas fireplace to keep the entire space warm and cozy. A half bath adjoins the central living area and houses the laundry area.

The home also includes a spacious loft accessed by stairs, that sleeps 4 (Two Twin Trundle Beds).

The Southern exposure-covered front patio is large enough for the entire family to soak in the sun's views and afternoon warmth.

Tiled radiant floor heating throughout means warm tootsies (we recommend slippers or Crocs inside). Even the garage is heated, so bring your ski gear, mountain bikes, or golf clubs inside to dry out and keep it safe!

The home is cozy but feels spacious with its open layout and high ceilings throughout. View lot with spacious parking, less than a mile away from the Golf Course, Tennis Courts, and Children's Park. Ski parking, grocery store, and restaurants within 1.5 miles.

Greenbelt hiking/mountain bike trails within walking distance.

Guest Access/Directions to our home: From the middle of town head South on Highway 434 towards Black Lake. Turn right on South Angel Fire Road. Turn left on Valle Grande Trail. Turn right on San Mateo. Turn at the 2nd left on Torrey Pines Lane. Our address is 36 Torrey Pines Lane. We are the 3rd house on the right with a green/teal roof.

The Neighborhood: Our home is nestled in the pines only about a mile from Angel Fire town center. The Ski Lift parking lot and grocery store are just minutes away. Yet, our home has a very private feel with lots of quiet space all the way around the property.

We are also located about a mile from the Angel Fire Country Club. Boating and Fishing are available approximately 2 miles away at Monte Verde Lake.

Getting Around: Angel Fire Resort provides a shuttle from their parking lot to the ski lift.
