We had a very nice time at Indian Beach but there were some issues with this property that perspective vacationers should be aware. 1. Communications with the owner were a challenge. We did not receive check in information late on the evening before we were to check in.

Great beach view and access! Condo overlooks the pool/beach and is minutes away from sand. Be aware of need to take your own sheets and towels, as well as paper goods. The host was easily accessible and check-in was effortless. We would stay in this condo again.

Great place to stay. We have never stayed at summer winds and we’re very impressed. The security was actively checking cars, and were around the pools etc. the pools were cleaned, and this condo is in a great location. We could see our grandson in the pool from the patio and also a great view of the beach. perfect birthday for my grandson and the condo was very spacious and clean. We would definitely rent again!

Check in was very unpleasant due to lack of communication between property manager and HOA Office. It took over an hour to get in to the condo. The door to the balcony was very difficult to shut, there was a water leak under the kitchen sink, could not locate remote for TV in bedroom, furniture old and dirty. We still managed to have fun. It was our 2nd trip to Indian Beach this year. We loved the condo at the same location back in June.

We had a girl’s trip (with two kids) and this was a perfect condo. It was very spacious and nicer than the pictures. The area is so nice and quiet. Hope to go again.

The condo was clean and well maintained. You could tell the owners took pride in their condo. It was perfect for the wedding at Merrell Estate & Gardens which is why we were in town. We would rent it again.

Enjoyed the condo and being beachfront. We were disappointed that the hours of the hot tub/indoor pool were not made clear at booking as we intentionally booked a location that had these since it's off season. They ended up being closed mon-wed which was the majority of our stay.

We spent four nights in Lynn’s condo and had a wonderful time! Although it rained most of the time, we made great use of the balcony watching the ocean and were right there to be able to run down to the pool or beach between showers.

Emerald Isle VRBO was our final destination. Stayed in other locations in North Carolina prior to beach. Owner wanted to mail the (1) key to us. As we were “on the move” didn’t trust the key would get to us. Met owner to pick up key. Would have liked a lock box or combination lock at location. Seems to be an antiquated process based on all our past VRBO rentals. Older building, very clean grounds, great location on island. Beach pristine. Owner was readily available to answer any questions.

This was a great 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. It was spacious and had the best ocean views from the 4th floor. Elevator was close to unit so only a short walk with bags and plenty of luggage carts to help close to elevator. It had a very nice kitchen with granite tops and white cabinet. Will plan on staying here again in future.

We had a wonderful self-contained getaway for some winter beach time. The unit is well-appointed and the view from the balcony terrific. The owner was very responsive in the booking process. We hope to go here again!

We had a lovely stay! The condo was immaculately clean! Perfect location with a beautiful view. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was nicely stocked with amenities . There was plenty of things to do onsite and our two children were kept busy with the pools and games. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. Lynn was a great host and quick to respond to any questions or concerns, excellent communication. Thanks again for letting us stay! We are already looking to next time!

The condo unit was lovely. Everything was clean and welcoming. From the balcony you had a view of the ocean and the pool. From the living room and Master bedroom you also had the view of the ocean. Kitchen was equipped with what you needed to prepare your meals. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The only thing we thought was a slight inconvenience was having the key to the unit mailed to us and we mail it back to Lyn at the end of the stay. Overall though we’d stay there again and had a wonderful time.

Very relaxing - beautiful location

My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location. Even on a rainy day, we were able to use the balcony without getting wet. Kitchen had all the items we needed to fix meals. Convenient access to the elevator. Quick access to the beach and pools. Great location to get to either end of the island. Gas station and Dollar General about 2-3 minutes away. A few restaurants within a few minutes. We tried Port of Call - great food and lots of it. Definately looking forward to coming back.

This condo is in the perfect spot! Not far from Emerald Isle end or Atlantic Beach. We loved the option of having 3 pools to choose from that are pretty big and the hot tub and the indoor pool. Having the grill/cafe right there as well is very nice. The inside of the condo was nice and plenty big for the 5 of us that stayed.

We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay! The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The views from the balcony were wonderful, and it was literally only steps to the pool and the beach beyond. Lynn is the consummate host and willingly answered my dozens of questions and was very prompt in communication. We look forward to staying there again.

The five family members stayed comfortably at this property. The morning and afternoon beach views were beautiful. The pool was well taken care of too. Security rounding and enforcing social distancing made us feel comfortable to entire site. This is a great property and worth its value!

My family had a great time! The condo was everything we expected, and met all of our needs. The views and the proximity to the beach were great. Having 3 pools to choose from is convenient with the covid-19 restrictions. We had everything we needed to cook in. The living room are is especially large which made it good for when we all wanted to hang out together. My only complaint would be that one of the bathrooms had a slight odor.

Fantastic views

Fantastic views

We had a great time in our stay. The most important thing to us is the views, and they were wonderful! The balcony has a great view of the ocean, so close that the sound of the waves was almost like it is on the beach. It is high enough to be able to see lots of distant ocean, and low enough to still feel close to the beach and the surf. The windows, and glass doors to the balcony from the living room and from the master, allowed for continued ocean views from most of the unit, even as far back as the kitchen. The complex has some nice features too. We liked the indoor pool quite a bit, especially when it was too hot on the beach, or too rainy. The big outdoor pool has a lovely hot tub, and sitting on the edge with legs in still allows for seeing the ocean. The location is great too. Its pretty residential around there, and being in the middle of the island makes it reasonably convenient to get to both Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Lynn was very responsive in communications and easy to work with. We had a great time and look forward to staying in Lynn's place again!

Great location. property is in very secure an we’ll managed. Has nice pools an small game room for kids. Only negative is price was slightly high for size of room. But it’s par for the island.
