About this apartment rental
Is there anything better than a quiet sunrise on an oceanfront balcony and a day of relaxation stretching out ahead of you, as wide and empty as the beach itself? Definitely not. But the Atlantic sunrises are just one reason to love Rolling Waves, our 3-bedroom oceanfront Indian Beach condo on North Carolina's glorious Crystal Coast.
Other reasons include:
It's family-friendly! Colorful and fun inside, the condo also has beach gear like sand toys for the littlest guests, boogie boards for the teens and tweens (they'll appreciate the WiFi, too), and beach chairs for you and that novel you've been waiting to read.
Bedrooms include a master suite with king bed and en-suite bath, a 2nd bedroom with a twin-over-full with twin trundle bunkbed, and a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed (these two bedrooms share a bath). Perfect for parents, grandparents and kiddos on a getaway together. It's also friend-friendly—great for two couples or girls weekends and golf outings.
The views! So good they deserve a second mention. Not only do you get the oceanfront vantage point of the Atlantic from the balcony and living area, you also have a view of the Bogue Inlet Sound from the master bedroom. Head to the sound side of the complex and have a drink with fellow vacationers as you watch the sun sink into the Inlet!
The kitchen is set up for real cooking. With stainless appliances (including double ovens and a beverage cooler to free up fridge space), and well-stocked cabinets, you can easily prep meals for the group. But no judgement if you prefer not to cook on vacation. We're just minutes from some delicious seafood restaurants, and the kitchen is equally great for heating up leftovers. :)

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Greg and Laura's communications were informative and helpful, and the property's website was amazing - it included everything we needed to know for our stay. We didn't use the sound-side pool, but the beach-side pool was a great alternative to the beach. Both the pool and beach were easy to access. We also appreciated the bell hop carts located near the elevator, which made unloading/loading so much easier.

This was a wonderful venue to spend the week. There were four of us -- one child and three adults. It was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware and flatware. The balcony looking out over the ocean was a great size with comfortable furniture. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Beach chairs provided were in good condition. Only downside is limited storage, but we tend to overpack for our trips.

Beautiful views of the Atlantic. Loved watching the birds, dolphins and ships out in the distance. Very relaxing and centrally located to our favorite restaurants and shopping.

I needed to book a new place at the beach to extend my time away. This was the perfect place to do it. I was skeptical of the apartment style condos at first but the place looked great online, so I gave it a shot. I was not disappointed. It was great for me solo and would’ve been so for friends and family had they come with me. Communication with the owners was very easy and pleasant. Would recommend it to anyone and I plan on staying again in the future.

The beach in this area was great, not crowded AT ALL! Views were amazing and we loved the large deck overlooking the ocean. The condo had everything we needed and was upgraded nicely. Owners were great to work with. Fabulous trip and a fabulous stay.

A perfect ocean side condo. Very comfortable. Close walk to the beach and pool. This unit is right next to the elevator as well. The ocean view is perfect. The beach was fairly quiet while we were there which was lovely. A great location overall, close to restaurants and shops, and just a short drive into Beaufort. Thanks for a great stay!

The property was beautiful, as listed. It was a great location, close in proximity to beach and pool. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. The parking was easy, right underneath the unit. I definitely plan to return. Also, great communication throughout.

Great location, perfect weather, wonderful family to share all together! Our host always got back to us promptly. We had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend in the pool and kitty pool for an added bonus to the ocean.

Really nice place, photos and descriptions are all accurate. Close to the beach access, the pool isn’t too far and the view is perfect. The beach and pool were never too crowded. We really liked this location. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to anyone. Thanks so much!

The condo complex caters to families. It is quiet and the beach is not very crowded. Our hosts did a great job making sure all was well with us, but they did not bug us with too many emails.

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo!!! We were just steps away from the beach/pool and the amenities were great! Greg & Laura were outstanding!!! They provided a Guide Book with the check-in/check-out process, favorite local eateries, family friendly activities and more!!!! They checked in to see if we had questions or concerns, etc. Hands down, this was one of our favorite vacations and we will DEFINITELY be coming back!!!

My mom, her two sisters, and myself had the pleasure of staying a 2nd time at Rolling Waves condo! My mom and aunts are in their 70s and early 80s. The oceanfront balcony is perfect for them to watch the waves!

Can’t say enough nice things. We really enjoyed our long weekend. Such cute and fun beach decor. Well stocked kitchen. Best part is the view. It hits you when you walk in the door. Oceanfront balcony with very comfortable and cute seating to enjoy the view.

We rented this beachfront condo for a long overdue family vacation with our adult children. We couldn't have asked for a more lovely place, complete with a balcony with chairs and table to take in the breathtaking views of the ocean. The home itself is superb; very clean with colorful home furnishings perfect for a beachfront home. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and TVs in each room. The kitchen had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. There is a fabulous huge pool and hot tub with comfortable poolside lounge chairs. The beach is right out the door and the owners graciously provide excellent beach chairs and boogie boards for the time spent on the beach. The owners, Greg and Laura were super to communicate with and very helpful. We would come back again for sure!

This property is an absolute gem. It’s located directly inbetween Emerald Isle and Atlantic beach which puts you in less busy area but still close enough to everything. The condo is in great condition and there is tons of space. The amenities are on point. The view of the beach is breath taking. The heated pool is great for off season guests! We’ll be back and are so happy we stumbled across this property.

Property was first rate. Everything about the experience was excellent. Owners were active with their communications before and after stay. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Perfect for a family of 4 or 5 (or 2 couples). Views were spectacular and the pool was never crowded. Just a great 3-day getaway before kids head back to school.

Perfect in every way
Our first time on Emerald Isle and this condo was perfectly suited to our needs. We loved staying oceanfront and found the property to be extremely well maintained, quiet, convenient, and comfortable for our family of two adults and three teens. We especially enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, updated baths, and decor.

Birthday reunion
My grandson lives in Fla, and was turning 25, also his mom had a birthday the same week. We his mom and me (GranMa) decided a get together and visit with his girlfriend. The condo was perfect just as described. Right on the beach with stunning views. We even saw dolphins from the deck. I highly recommend this rental and hope to return again this year.

Relaxing and fun!
Easy check in, beautiful and comfortable place. Everyone had a great time and found something they enjoyed to do (fishing, swimming, playing on the beach, lifting weights in the work out room, watching the ocean from the patio). Everything was perfect.

2 night Ladies getaway with family members. The property was clean with comfortable beds and included everything we needed. The bottle of wine left for us by the owners was an unexpected and added bonus! Views of the sun glistening over the ocean at sunrise was amazing! Hoping we get to come again soon!
