From booking our stay, to receiving our code to the unit the day of check in, everything was communicated in a professional and timely manner. WE absolutely LOVED this condo. It was our first time staying in Orange Beach and it didn’t disappoint. The inside is beautiful, well decorated, and very inviting. We originally planned a 7 night stay, but extended it by one more night (nobody wanted to leave) Family of 8 (kids ages 13,11,10,8,4,2) and this unit accommodated us very comfortably. Our kids loved the bunk bed room. The mattresses are all very comfortable. It was a nice surprise to see the master bedroom had an updated walk in glass shower despite the pictures online showing a bath. The views from the master bedroom and living room are spectacular. There are a few beach chairs in the utility room, along with 4 boogie boards to take down to the beach. A couple flashlights (D batteries needed) in the junk drawer to do some crab hunting at night. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook. We only ate out twice, as we enjoyed home cooked meals, and family time at the table with an ocean view. The splash pad was a big hit with our 2 youngest, and the inside pool was utilized every night after dinner, along with the 3 relaxing jacuzzi’s. Our overall experience here was a 10/10!!!!! We’ve already discussed wanting to come back next year. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The stay was wonderful, except that LSU lost that night. The check in process was a bit difficult as the email with the info in it, didn't display to entry code. We had to contact the property manager to get the code. That took about 15 minutes. Otherwise, it was a great time in beautiful gulf coast.

This condo was beautiful inside. It was very spacious and clean. We loved that the property had carts to help unload groceries or luggage. The views from the spacious deck were also amazing! The beach was clean and easy to access. I highly recommend this property for any family or for anybody seeking a relaxing vacation.

We loved our condo! It was the perfect size for 10 people! Our only complaint was the dryer door would not stay shut so we had a time drying clothes and also I would highly suggest for the owners to buy a new air mattress. The one offered was badly stained but it did hold air so we threw some blankets over the stains! Other than that we have nothing else to complain about! We would definitely rent from this owner again!

The look of the condo is fresh and updated nicely. The comforter in one room had blood on it upon arrival. We contacted the number listed and they came to change it. That night we realized the sheets also had blood on them and the pillow case has makeup. One of the bunk beds had sand in the sheets. The beach is also packed. They place their rental chairs all along the front of the ocean in rows. It leaves little room to place your own chairs. We still enjoyed our vacation. Just beware of the crowded beach.

Property was great! Bigger than I expected the floor plan to be. Place was very clean with very nice equipment and furniture. Bunk beds stable for all four kids. Only thing I wish was that there was some sort of vacuum. Hard to cleanup all the sand with just the broom. Would stay here again :)

We had a great stay with no problems. Beautiful condo. Only negative is that there wasn’t a remote for the living room TV itself (only satellite) so we couldn’t access the apps however that issue was fixed the next day. Communication with the property manager was top notch! FYI Parking is $50. The hot tubs were like boiling water.

We absolutely LOVED staying here! It was absolutely stunning and very clean! The views were incredible from the patio and plenty of room for all 6 of us! Literally the Only downside I can think of is the elevators take a long time. Which is not the owners fault and is to be expected in a big place like that. Absolutely nothing bad to say about the property! Amazing!

Great vacation
The condo was amazing. We had 7 people and it was perfect. The only flaw was in the master bathroom. The shower door does not keep the water in. We had to wipe up water after every shower. The garbage disposal didn't work when we got there. After contacting the owner, it was repaired quickly. Make sure to take spices and cooking spray if you do stay here. Over all, we would stay again. The view was fantastic. Watching the dolphins swim and play from our balcony was the best. Thanks for a great stay.

Not worth what I paid
Arriving and checking in were a breeze but getting up to the unit was a nightmare. 2 elevators were out of service when we arrived (not units fault). It took over 2 hours to get our stuff up to the unit. Same goes for trying to get to the beach everyday it was awful with a 3 yo and 1 yo twins. Within a day of arriving my children began to get sick and over the next few hours they got worse. Upon inspection the vents were covered in mold. I'm talking about the mold was growing down the walls in the livingroom and bedrooms. I contacted maintenence to let them know. They send someone the next day to "clean the problem." The guy took all the vents down and left never to return like he said he would. I doubt they even properly cleaned them just waited for us to leave and return then. I got home and my children were sick for a week due to this. I requested at least a partial refund to which the said they would get with management about and low and behold never contacted me back about it. It seems they don't like dealing with customers. I paid WAYYY too much money to stay q week and go home with sick children for a vacation.

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful experience at the Phoenix V Condo. Everyone was extremely nice and the condo was amazing and clean. My kids loved the pool and the beach. All of your needs or wants are close by.

The condo itself was nice, spacious, and updated but the Phoenix V building itself is dated. Guests need to be prepared for long waits at the elevators.

We arrived at 6:15 pm to find the condo had not been cleaned yet, and we were very tired after terrible traffic. The cleaning crew did not gave enough staff, the floors weren’t mopped and still had candy pieces scattered; we found glass shards and used bottles from the previous renters. The living room television wasn’t working and the problem was noted by the person who checks the condo after the previous renters leave. She said she’d submit a work order, but it wasn’t until three days later when I texted the desk number that someone came to check on it. Nothing was accomplished, however. My son and his girlfriend also got trapped in the elevator and the fire dept had to help get them out. Some aspects of our visit were very nice, but for the expense of the cleaning and service fees, we expected much more.

A Treasure
Our group of 7 teachers loved this property. Easy access to everything! The elevators are a bit sluggish, but that's the nature of the building. The ice machine on the bottom floor was super convenient. Great views and an easy walk to the beach.

Gorgeous condo
The condo was gorgeous. We were pretty disappointed with the management company's lack of response to the livingroom TV not working. We called them 3 times, every time they said they would send someone out (not sure if that happened or not) but the TV still did not work nor did they tell us if they could or couldnt resolve the issue. When we checked into the condo there was a hard old piece of a cheeseburger on one of the livingroom tables. The property itself was pretty busy. Long waits for the elevator and not many poolside chairs. Overall we were very pleased with how nice the condo itself was but, for how much we paid it could have been cleaner and the TV in the livingroom should have worked.
