This charming custom house is in PRIME LOCATION!! PRIVATE HOME ( this is NOT a condo) in the middle of LA's hottest BEACH areas including Silicon Beach. Our home is Centrally located and surrounded by some of the best restaurants and bars in Los Angeles. This rare Gem is literally a bike ride from the sand (1 mile) and a short distance to The Famous Venice Beach (2 mile bike ride) , Playa Vista, Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey, El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Disneyland, Magic Mountain, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Santa Monica Pier, Lego Land, Staples Center and many other famous Southern California attractions. 3+3 4 beds Sleeps 6-8 comfortably . Pool can be heated in the winter upon request for a small daily charge and private jacuzzi (no charge) that's a touch of a button away!!!! We were visiting town for the junior lifeguard competition at Dockweiler Beach. House was perfect. Great location and beautiful home. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would very much recommend.

We really enjoyed our time at this home. Location was central to all we had planned for the week (Malibu, Anaheim, Culver City, & Downtown LA). Pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. Kitchen well stocked. Beds so comfy! Only suggestion would be pads for the pool/deck chairs. They were not too comfy without pads. Overall perfect, would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for four nights. The property manager/ owner answered every message very promptly. We were very pleased with the house and pool. The master bedroom is phenomenal and the house is very spacious. The pool/ spa area is large and beautiful!

We liked how the house was close to the beach and airport. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and grill. We ended up getting the pool heated which was a nice option. Owner was quick to answer any questions i had. We hadto get a foil wrap and storage bags

We really enjoyed our stay! There were four of us, and we had plenty of space and privacy during our week. The backyard space was exactly as advertised - an oasis - and we spent a lot of time out there! The beds were very comfortable as well, we usually don’t sleep well in rentals but we slept great here! We also loved the location, Marina Del Rey has a lot to offer (we loved Tanners Coffee, Jacienda Playa del Ray, and Tony P’s), but we were also close to LA, Universal, the Griffith Observatory, and Long Beach (those were the places we visited). For larger families with a lot planned, this home is perfect!

I highly recommend this gorgeous home. Everything you need for the perfect get away. The spa was absolutely amazing and relaxing. The pool was refreshing. Also enjoyed the luscious green courtyard with a soothing and peaceful water fountain. The fireplace was super nice on a cold night. Great location, close by the beach. My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this gorgeous oasis. Thank you, Tanya.

We stayed in the Tanya’s home with family, kids had a blast in the swimming pool and spa. Location is great close to airport and the beach. Tanya is a great host extremely helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the time.

Pros: House was stocked and clean as advertised, washer and dryer on site were great for cleaning towels as needed. The pool was not clean or heated until the pool guy came on Tuesday (it was not a big deal because we didn’t have time to use it until Tuesday) and it was perfect after he came! The house is centrally located to everything we did- Venice beach, Hollywood visit, Dodgers game, Disney-and it is in a great neighborhood! Small Cons: We did notice the house had a smell to it so we bought Febreze and left it there for the next tenants. Overall a great trip! Host was amazing and I know Tanya would have responded quickly if we had complained about anything (pool or smell) but I didn’t bother with the small stuff that we could fix.

Tanya provided a nice house for our little getaway! The house is a bit on the older side, but some nice updates and upgrades gives all the needed comforts. New appliances in Kitchen - new primary bathroom - new floors throughout. Having 3 bathrooms was really nice , especially since jack n jill was small. Communication with Tanya was easy - and she was quick to respond to questions!

Property was great overall. Some of the lights throughout the house and outside didn’t work well, was pretty dark trying to enter the home after 5 pm. Kitchen was great and fire place made for a very cozy Christmas.

Close to LAX airport and beaches but far from main attractions. Communication with host was great! Quick response to our questions. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all ! Beds comfy. Kitchen well stocked and included the basics. Some areas need repair - kitchen cabinets, back yard fence

Beautiful roomy home/ pool and spa. In a very safe neighborhood. Kitchen was great, did have to buy some kitchen supplies other than our food during our stay, ie foil, some spices, coffee, plastic wrap or ziplock bags to store leftovers (no bowls/containers with lids) We weren't able to have full access to the home until 4:45pm the day of check in / even tho' check in was at 4pm; house cleaners were still there, so we waited by the pool. Also, we were never able to get the outside lights around the pool to turn on/ they were supposed to be on a timer. We contacted the host several times re: the lights. We did eventually figure out the lights near the spa, which was good, as we used it every night!.

The property is eclectic but very nice and worked well for our family visit to LA. Convenient to LAX and to Playa del Rey. Nice restaurants on Lincoln BVLD for takeout - make sure you try Thai Talay. Since we have family in LA, we know the city and the difficulties of getting from place to place. The location here is excellent of access the west side of the city without dealing with the 405. Mostly though, we had a problem with the HVAC system during the stay. The owner’s husband made a long trip to fix the issue way faster than we would have expected. He went out of his way (about 6 hours!) to help us. For that, we are most appreciative. I think it says a lot about how this listing is handled by the owners - I would recommend this property to families looking for a relaxing visit to Southern California.

Nice place, good neighborhood, comfortable stay. The pool and spa were nice to relax. Right close to LAX which was handy. The master bedroom was beautiful and the master bathroom was one of the coolest bathrooms I've been in. Deep tub, shower with multiple sprays. Very nice. The other rooms were comfortable, though sparse. The kitchen was quite workable, though wine glasses would have been nice.

This property is in a great location and is in a quiet neighborhood. Tanya was great to deal with! The kuerig coffee machine broke and she had one delivered to the front door the next morning before the wife’s woke up so everyone was safe! There was no dishwasher but she had some issues with the delivery of the new one witch happens in the real world and the intention was there and out of anyone’s control but wasn’t a huge deal. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

This was a lovely house. You can tell they are working on updating areas in the house. The kitchen is missing dishwasher right now. Countertop by sink and a cabinet had some duck tape. I bet it will look great when done. The pool was not heated, but wouldn't go in anyways, to cold during stay. The hot tub was perfect, we do think there could be a leak, we had to add water every day, not a big deal, but shouldn't need to do that. We would definitely stay there again. Easy all the way around.

Stayed with my two daughters and one granddaughter. House was good size for 3bed and 3 bath. The weather was cold and wet which was bad swimming although the hot tub worked out well. Kitchen had a problem with a broken dishwasher but otherwise worked well. Neighborhood was very nice.

Our group of 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 kids was really comfortable in the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom accommodations and benefitted from having common areas and a kitchen. We visited LA during a very cold spell and the small bedrooms were hard to keep warm with doors closed (for privacy and noise control at night). But Tanya brought over extra blankets for us!

Nearby neighbors did not encroach on the lovely, private retreat feel of this home. Good value, with comfortable beds and nice patio for a gathering of friends. Pleasant 30 minute walk to beach, can also visit grocery, and handful of restaurants, and bars on foot. Three bathrooms make group stays easy. LAX Airport access was a breeze. Suggestion: Couldn't figure out how to pair stereo to phones. Maybe bring a portable speaker for poolside tunes.
