Our check in time is 3:00 and check out is 12pm, (very competitive compared to many of the other homes in our community). We are flexible and understanding of flight schedules etc. so depending on departing or arriving guest the same days as your reservation or scheduled maintenance we do our best to accommodate you. Worst case, guest are always welcome to drop their luggage off and head to town to start the party if you arrive before the check in time.

One of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed in. We booked this house for a bachelorette party and I have 0 complaints. Miguel, Lorena and the entire staff are fantastic and met every single need. They reply quickly, cover every thing you could need while visiting Cabo and at very reasonable prices. Thank you so much!

Villa Luna Nueva exceeded our expectations for our group of 8 for a bachelorette party. The house is absolutely amazing with so much space and a Sonos system throughout. The photos really don’t do it justice. Lorena, Isela, Miguel, Rodolfo, and Jesus were so amazing and attentive. Everything was cleaned daily and service couldn’t have been any better or easier to set up.
The house is located close to downtown, though a little farther from the nicer restaurants in other resorts. Easy to go back and forth though with private transportation (or an Uber). I would absolutely stay here again, but would do chef service more with Rodolfo - his food was better than some of the fancy restaurants we went to.

We loved our stay here and kept saying how the pics don’t do this place justice! The staff were all so amazing and our chef Marisol was AMAZING we loved her.
Lorena was so helpful in getting everything set up like a bartender, prestock items, and transportation set up for us so we were able to relax the whole time.
The only thing to make note of is the water pressure is very low - could be the area in general, but otherwise no complaints

Our family of 9, including grandparents, parents and 3 kids (aged 5-9) spent 10 days at this incredible place over Christmas. We couldn't have asked for more! Everything from our airport pick up to our departure was handled effortlessly. The house was furnished with every detail carefully thought out and the response of the management was so quick.
This was the first time we've ever had a personal chef when we've vacationed and I must say it was a game changer! Not only were Manuel & Marisol excellent cooks, they were fun and friendly and willing to accomodate any of our food wants & diet issues. Every day we had fresh ceviche, guacamole, salsa & pico de gallo. I think we could have survived on that alone but the quality of the meals left us all satisfied - we even brought a few "extra pounds " home with us!
The housekeeper was wonderful too. She was very accomodating to us being around the house while she was trying to make up the bedrooms and the main living area. We spent most of our time at the house, pool & hot tub with only a few trips to town or the beach.
We had one issue with the hot tub not warming up but they were right on it as soon as we notified them and fixed it immediately.
We would love to come back and hopefully can make it a part of our family Christmas vacation rotation. Or maybe we can convince a few of our friends to book a trip together with us.
Thanks again Mark & Brian for your beautiful home and for your wonderful staff. Our 5 year old granddaughter asks almost daily if we can go back to "our house with the pool and her cousins".

This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean and comfortable when we arrived. We were greeted with lunch and margaritas from the awesome chefs. The home was big enough yet so cozy for family and friends. We Enjoyed the beautiful sunrise every morning within steps from the home. And the sunset views were amazing! The home was in such close proximity to downtown which was wonderful for walking, coffee, meals and shopping. The service was impeccable and our pre stock of groceries was available upon arrival. When we didn’t use the services of the chef we were able to order in with no problem. This Villa will definitely be our go to for our annual Cabo vacations!

Our Cabo Oasis
We celebrated a bachelorette party and it was such a great experience from the moment we walked in the door, They helped us decorate before we arrived and have welcome drinks and snacks. Pt was a perfect set up with bedrooms/bathrooms and we Loved hanging out and playing games on the upper patio and to watch sunset! The staff was very helpful and friendly! We def enjoyed having a chef everything was delicious. Would love to come back if ever in Cabo again. the front gate Security was great never an issue with getting an uber or checking in.

World Class Service
Mark and Bryan have an amazing property accompanied with world class service starting immediately upon booking. I would highly recommend this property or any other owned by these two based upon our experience. I booked the villa as a surprise 40th Birthday for my wife. Everything I needed or could ask for was provided to me on call. From transportation to restaurant recommendations to the chef’s meals. The chef was AMAZING. My guests raved about her meals and quite honestly did not want to go out to eat as her food quality and taste were far superior. Thank you to Mark, Bryan, Vanessa, Lorena and all the others who helped make this trip an experience of a lifetime.

Overall, excellent. Perfect, private 4 bedroom home in Pedregal close to everything. Definitely recommend the chef, Rudolfo. His food, breakfast, lunch or dinner was terrific. The ownership and staff was responsive to all our needs. I would stay here again if I am going to be in San Lucas.

Fantastic experience!
We visited Cabo for a bachelor party, there were 10 of us. The property was incredible, and the staff could not have been more helpful. Irania and Juan were able to take care of everything we needed, and we had a great time! We would definitely go back.

Excellent Home
We were a group of 8 adults on vacation. We absolutely loved this home. Juan met us at the house with the personal chef, serving us margaritas, fresh guacamole, salsa and chips. Best guacamole ever! Juan was amazing! He helped us out with anything we possibly needed. I would highly recommend this home to any group or family. I personally hope to be back someday.

A perfect weekend
About two minutes after I emailed the owners a question, I received a call and spent 40 minutes chatting through details of the property, neighborhood, and Cabo. Every step along the way, the owners and the villa staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They helped us book activities, make reservations, call cabs, and provided recommendations. Every single person on the staff from the cleaner, to the cook, to the concierge and property managers were so sweet, kind, funny, and gracious. The house is enormous and felt very spacious, even with 12 people staying there. Everything was clean, well kept, and they even provided a basket of sunscreen, lotions, and other toiletries. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect setting for my sister's bachelorette and we had the best time. Plus, the pool is bigger in real life than it looks in the photos here :)

Family Getaway
We had a fantastic time at Villa Luna Nueva hanging out by the pool and grilling. We really enjoyed opening up the two hideaway doors which creates a huge indoor/outdoor space. The housekeepers did a great job keeping the house spotless and were very discreet when tidying up. The chef was wonderful; his chilaquiles were especially good. Juan was fantastic host and Irania ensured that we received all the information we needed about the house before our trip. We’ll definitely be back!

What a charming and beautiful home, quite and private, just what my husband and I were looking form we never left the house. The property managers are very helpful and Rodolfo the chef was amazing. Tranquilty found!
Perfect paradise, this house was just what we were looking for. My wife and I stayed at the same owners other house down the street but it was only open for one night, so we moved over to this house. The property manager Juan helped us move our luggage and was amazing. He set up a sunset cruise for us and organized Rodolfo the chef for us for our entire stay. Everything he cooked for us was excellent, we were so impressed.
The maid was very friendly and helpful, this was the best experience my wife and I have had renting a house. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and have covered every detail.
We did not want to leave, and we will be back! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best place to stay if you have a large group
This is the second time we have stayed there and can’t imagine any place better!!! Every couple has their own room and bathroom. But even better we had a maid every day. We cooked every night and didn’t have to clean kitchen!!!

Great Villa!
Just returned from a girls trip and had an amazing time. The house was beautiful and very spacious.
It was perfect for our party of six. The property manager Juan was great and very helpful. Rodolfo the chef prepared several excellent meals for us, we are all spoiled now, we want a private chef everyday! The place is very clean and maid came in daily. Juan made a reservation for us with RedRum sportfishing and we had an awesome day of fishing, caught some snapper and sierras which the chef prepared for us one night. The captain was amazing and very patient with us as none of had every been fishing before. We are already planning our next trip, thanks again!

My Best Vacation Ever
Upon arriving at Villa Luna Nueva, we were greeted with welcome margaritas and appetizers. Juan, the property manager had everything prepared and all of our groceries stocked for our 4 day stay. The house is beautiful and private. Very close to town with easy access with all of our transportation needs arranged and provided by Juan. We used the chef service for 2 dinners and the food and presentation was excellent!! From the entire staff and service to transportation and activities, this was a vacation that I will do every year. I will highly recommend this VILLA to friends and family. We are already planning our next visit to Cabo and staying at Villa Luna Nueva!! Thank you Mark and Brian!!

Slice of Paradise @ Villa Del Toro
We enjoyed our four night stay at Villa Del Toro and will definitely plan to come back. The decor was very light and airy and the view from the master bedroom was unbelievable! We very much enjoyed our concierge service with Juan and team....they took extremely good care of us from arranging rides to recommending the best restaurants in town.
The highlights were hot tubbing at night as well as Margarita's and the chef's homemade guacamole & pico de galla like clockwork at Noon. We are so grateful for the attention to detail and the beautiful Pedragral community.

Beautiful Home with great amenities!
A buddy and I rented this house in Pedregal for a few nights for a golf trip. From the moment we booked until we checked out, the communication from Brian and Mark (owners) and Juan & Irania (home managers) was fantastic. We received detailed information for just about anything we could possibly need. While staying at the house, we utilized the chef who did an amazing job for our dinner one night. Juan, the house manager, is very responsive and helpful when needed - he arranged the chef, and taxis, and was just readily available if we had questions. The kitchen has everything one would need to cook a nice meal, and then some. The living room has super comfortable couches and lounges for hanging out and watching TV. We only used 2 of the rooms, but all 4 of the rooms were nicely appointed and had individual full bathrooms. The house has great lighting both inside and out. We did not utilize the beautiful courtyard; however, it has a very nice pool and hot tub and outdoor kitchen with grill. BOTTOM LINE: we highly recommend Villa Luna Nueva. One thing to recommend: If you are comfortable driving in Cabo, then i would recommend renting a vehicle simply because the homes in Pedregal are up a steep mountain and it is easier to get down to the gate or go to the resort if you have a vehicle.

The perfect Villa awaits you in Cabo!
Villa Luna Nueva was our private oasis for the week! When we arrived, we were welcomed with margaritas, fresh salsa, guac and chips made by the private chef. The owners Mark and Brian made the booking and check in process easy and stress free.
The main outdoor area, surrounded by palms and lush tropical vegetation, has a beautiful pool, hot tub and outdoor barbeque. This is where we spent most of our time relaxing, soaking in the rays or looking up at the stars.
Juan and Irania, the management team, are very friendly and were a phone call away if we needed anything. The maid did an excellent job each day keeping the villa clean and tidy.
Each room has its own private bathroom + shower and two of the rooms have tranquil outdoor patios attached.
We had a hard time leaving paradise, but we know that we will definitely be back to stay at Villa Luna Nueva!

We spent 7 nights here and upon our arrival we were very impressed. The pictures don't do this house any justice. This place is very large and beautiful. The house is kept spotless by the awesome housekeeper. She was great and our stay was nothing less then spectacular. The walk to town wasn't bad but I would definitely recommend a taxi for the return unless your part mountain goat! The pool and kitchen were immaculate. All the rooms were large and the bedding was extremely comfortable. I have stayed in a lot of villa rentals and this place was right up on the top with cleanliness. Even the gas grill is scrubbed down to a like new condition. You will not be disappointed here. I recommend no more then 8 people for a comfortable stay.

The home was more than I imagined it would be . So close to the beach , the marina and downtown Cabo. Juan was so helpful and there 24/7 for whatever we needed . The house staff was friendly . I would definitely stay there again . The only thing is once you enter Pedegral , I found the Villa hard to find and the security were not much help due to the language barrier . As soon as you arrive make sure Juan gives you directions if you plan on driving , so you won't be spend 20 mins trying to find the villa like I did . I would recommend a rental , getting to downtown and back is too far to walk because the villa is located on a hill overlooking downtown cabo . The road is cobblestone and it's a pretty steep hill to walk back up . The taxis will try to over charge you ! It was my 30th bday , Juan arranged for a chef to come and prepare dinner , a free 15 min massage from the local spa . Everything was great !!! Thank you Juan and team for making my stay 5 star !

Not enough words to explain the amazing week we had with our family. 13 of us ranged from age 8 to 70, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect home for us. We had great care and service from the managing team. We had unbelievable maid service every day. Great kitchen, living space... But the fantastic outside area was where we lived! Such a great home for all ages.
One thing not mentioned enough was the neighborhood.. Wow! The views, the homes... and although NOT for swimming, one of the most beautiful beaches to visit! We loved our week.. Didn't want it to end!

A group of thirteen of us stayed together at this awesome home. We were in Cabo for sons Wedding. This Villa allowed us all to be together for the week.
If you want to be alone in quiet, there is a quiet garden in the back. If you felt like being social then the pool, hot tub area was great for that.
The villa also was a great place to hold our Sons reception Dinner after the Wedding. We had a Chef come in and serve a wonderful tasty meal.
Location was close to town. Some of the group liked the night life,while others of us just enjoyed the quiet of the Villa. The property Manager was awesome, Juan made our stay very inviting.
We will be returning in the future.

This is one review I was compelled to write. Our stay at Luna Nueva was truly a wonderful experience and the service was spectacular. I can’t say enough about Juan’s professionalism and knowledge. Of course, we all loved the house (seven girlfriends). Not one of us could come up with a time that we have had better service—even in a five-star hotel. Our four-hour delay in Salt Lake City became a non-event. One phone call to the owner and my sister—who had already arrived in Cabo—was in a taxi and on her way to the villa. Juan met her at the house (she was treated like royalty). He also contacted the caterers who readily adjusted their schedule to accommodate the late arrival of the rest of our party. When we arrived we were met at the door with a warm greeting and adult beverages (and an already stocked pantry). From an early morning dip in the pool, to afternoon massages on the sundeck, to a walk on Pedregal’s private beach everything was perfect. Everyone is still talking about “the best vacation ever.” It was epic! I would highly recommend Villa Luna Nueva and look forward to a return visit.
